Love it, man! As a long time fan of the band, I recommend the album version for every track on Iowa for this endeavor. They caught lightning in a bottle with the intensity on the studio tracks.

So glad you did the studio version of this song. I don't care for the live version of songs unless your at the concert, just doesn't have the same effect ya know, but this is one of my favorite songs off this album. In fact, this is the album got the me into metal in the first place

There’s such a difference when listening to this album comparing it to the songs released recently. Granted they’re about 17 years apart and Corey has not only matured, but his voice has changed from touring and performing songs like this one. Absolutely love Slipknot and I’m happy they’re back at it again. I hope this coming album brings Iowa levels of power!

I'm a hip hop head now too but I grew up listening to the knot and seeing you go off brought back some good ol memories. I'm 34 now and I can't listen to metal anymore. It just doesn't give me what I'm lookin for. I'd rather listen to old school gangstarr than be angry all day ya feel mehhh 💯

SO GLAD YOU DID THE STUDIO VERSION!!! That's the best way this album is experienced! Also, you don't have to react to it for us but you should definitely peep the performance of this song on Conan from like 2002. The video quality is shit but it's fun to watch Mick attempt giving himself whiplash from the type of headbanging he did on the show. He went absolutely nuts with it, also it's a bit censored and the crowd cheers but they only do it for show, I'm sure.

Hey while I’m here, we have a band over here inAustralia called Dead Kelly. Their guitarist had to have his index finger amputated on his left hand not too long ago and he bounced back, relearned guitar with 3 fingers and they’ve just recorded the album of their lives called such is life. You have to hear it to believe it. Their clips are great too. Fuckin Hilarious. I recommend starting with the legend of borry parts 1,2,3&4. You can thank me later 😉

The Iowa album helped me through high school along with other heavy and brutal bands.
Loving the album reaction, but when you get back to the regular format, I'd love to hear your reaction to some of the early 2000s emo, like taking back Sunday, My Chemical Romance, and the used.
