I've got the same wish.. My wife likes a lot of metal stuff, especially Trivium. Unfortunately she doesn't like the harder stuff. I would love to have someone to talk about all these songs oder bands.. No one I know is into metal. When I was in school I had a lot of friend who listened to metal but after all these years they are not more than some dudes I knew nearly 20 years ago.. It's a shame..

Every track off this album is a fucking banger. I personally think it's their magnum opus, a culmination of all the things they have learned as musicians through the years and the quality of Self Titled.
With better production, not knocking self titleds production though. The lower fi was a killer aesthetic at that point in their career

For me 90% of the album is repetitive and somewhat boring, although the production is really good but for me It doesn’t transmit the energy their first 2 albums did. But that’s my opinion.
I was fortunate enough to attend Slipknot at the Iowa State Fair last night. The energy was absolutely amazing! Had goosebumps the whole show. Nothing like being a part of a hometown show!

What I LOVE about Slipknot is that their music has ALWAYS been a rollercoaster of emotions and sounds blended together to bring out some strange but heavy feeling. They definitely changed the way I listen to music. Pretty sure everyone else can say the same

It’s amazing writing and this entire song hits home for me. If you read the lyrics to majority of the songs he sings of abuse, something I believe he suffered through his last marriage. And it just hits because I relate to it so much.

The song has so much energy and agression with though provoking lyrics. Definitely worth checking out. And if you like it, they have plenty of other awesome songs. Despite how popular they are, no one ever seems to react to them. I'd really like to see some reactions.

Man, this, and critical Darling are absolutely my favorite songs on this album, and as someone who's been listening to Slipknot since I was 10 years old (2003) they are definitely amongst my all time favorite songs as well. Literally gives me chills from nostalgia

Best tune on the album! Cant get enough of this tune! Ive not loved a new Slipknot Song so much since öne of my all time favourite Slipknot Songs 'The Negative One!' was released. This is right up there with that, 'Wait & bleed', 'Snuff', 'People = Shit', 'My Plague', 'Spit it out' & 'Iowa' (of course!). Cant wait to see them in January! The new album rocks & so deserved to beat Ed Sheerman to the UK no1 album Spot. Making the new album 'We are not your Kind!' the first Slipknot album to reach UK no1 album in over 20 years (since the album 'Iowa') showing the world even nearly after 30 yrs of performing, Slipknot still fucking rule!

Great reaction. This is my 2nd favorite song after Solway Firth. I know it's crazy to say but these verses in this may be my favorite of any Slipknot song. And that's crazy because Spit It Out was really good. And so was Disasterpiece. Love this band.

Could this be their best album? I KNOW I KNOW (Self Titles, Iowa, Vol.3) it blew my mind when that questioned creeped in my head too, but this album as a whole just grows on me by the hour. So proud of my guys. 20 years later and they’re still giving us pure gold.
