I must admit that I am addicted to your videos. In my 67 years, I have had to sit in stopped traffic as a wrecker driver had to get ready to tow a wrecked tractor. BUT, I have never seen anyone be as careful as you are! You check all the boxes and and then check again just to make sure. Years ago, there was a tractor trailer wreck wreck was on a two lane road. The driver go all set up, started out and then we had to stop again about 5 miles down the road ... he did not tie the hood down just left it flapping and it came off, hit another a passing car and caused it to wreck. Just goes to show being careful and safe is the ONLY way to do things!!!
It will never cease to amaze me of the amount of equipment you have in you rotator and you know where each item is and how it is stored. A TRUE professional that takes care of his equipment
Mr. Pratt, loved your comment on doing it right. My father used to say, "If you are not going to do it right, don't do it at all." Been my motto for years.
I know a few folks who choose to NOT do, with that comment as their excuse.
Lonnie , When I scrolled to comment...My dad always said the same. You are absolutely right and thanks for taking the words out of my mouth !! God Bless You !!
250 cable channels and on a Friday night. This is still more interesting and more entertaining then anything on TV. Thank you Mr Pratt for another great video. Thank you first responders.
I quit watching TV years ago. Too much trash.
That big fireman was perfectly designed for the job!!!..haha
That guy was an absolute unit, bet he could get a door down in a hurry no problem.
Yup. He is a pretty heavy duty guy
Yep! Just jump on it, it will come loose!
Ive seen him in quite a bit in Rons videos. Bulldog and a great man!!
Awesome job Ron. Be safe
I love this channel. I valet cars in atlanta. I learn so much just by watching. Your a great american ron. Thanks
Stay safe at work Ben, Charles from Lawrenceville. Yea Ron has a great attitude and you do understand and appreciate what these guys do a little more when you can sit on their shoulder.
Your preparation is what take time. Calculate safety first at all times. Brilliant to watch excellent team on that job. God bless you and all, that team tonight, and a quick recovery to the trucker.
Your firemen buddies are a big help. Nice seeing you guys work together. Another great video of a job well done.
Prayers go out to the driver
Love the opening shot of the truck, it looks great.
I haven't seen any other recovery vehicles painted white but Mid west paint scheme works!
That fireman was a killer on those cables. Good work!
Ron is a very experienced breakdown operator he knows his job it all looks so simple for him and he has a fantastic disposition with the people that he meets on site.
Ron, thank you for your temperate speech. Not the norm. I towed cars for a year. The guys on the crew us the f-word for every part of speech. God bless.
Wow... prayers for the driver's recovery, and we are witness to another job very well done. That was one wicked snap to that poor driver's neck and back. When you hit the cables at speed, you are gonna break something.. and he broke the truck real gooooood. It makes one's job a bit easier when you are working with fellow responders that know what you need for help, and aren't scared to help out any way they can. I giggled when one firefighter got on the cables and bounced like a kid. I do know that it was risky, but it looked like he was having fun doing it. Glad it came out nicely for all of you. God bless you all!!
I love how you take each step cautiously so its done safely and correctly .. its done right ! Beautiful job Ron .
Ron you make everything easier. There was one tow truck operator going to and accident and he lost control of the truck here in New Brunswick during a thunderstorm driving to fast. He rolled the truck and passed away in his truck
It is nice to see a professional work with towing. Keep up the good work and have a nice day.
There's never enough time to do the job right but always enough time to do it over!!!
Love your safety notes. 30 years over the road driver retired. I have been towed many times. I have stepped back and prayed for the tow operator i just knew he was going to get ran over. SAFETY
FIRST. !!
U.S ARMY VETERAN 1985-1989
Coffee and a roll with Ron for Breakfast..!! Thanks and Prayers
I have a purring cat on my lap :-)
I learned long ago that no matter how much it rained - I never shrunk or loss weight. No matter what the weather, just embrace it - I so enjoy your content and that you don't edit the heck out videos. Well done Sir.
YES Ron! 19:38 "Take the time to be safe and to do the job correctly the first time." AND.... EVERY TIME!
Be safe!
Ken
kejay74 I Agree! Do the job right PERIOD. That's what Mr Pratt does and it shows he's a man of integrity and good character. A leader by example. 👍🏼
Hello there ron and family. Thanks for everything you do for America. We appreciate your service. God bless.
A treasure trove of towing knowledge. Thank you for posting these videos.
Fantastic job as usual Ron. I was an Emt for 7 years and that bond that’s between Fire,Ems, Police
and Tow Recovery Drivers is irreplaceable and only us know and truly understand that bond.
THANK YOU for showing this. Love you Family and crew brother. Stay safe💙🤙🏽
Always a real joy to watch you working Mr Pratt : you put your pride into the work.
Thats whats make your videos so well worthy watching.
Keep it up, thanks buddy 🤠
Simon from the UK 🇬🇧 here, new subscriber and been binge watching your videos. Love them all and brings back memories from when I used to do this. But sadly no more as I had a lorry toppled over on to me,so now I can’t work due to breaking my back in 3 places and my hip. Your videos make me feel like I’m there helping so thank you for taking the time to make these for us all to enjoy. It would be great if you could do a video of the equipment you have etc. May god keep you all safe and well.
Pull truck just bit to loosen cables. Thanks ron
I drove heavy wrecker for years. 70 ton Kw T800 rotator. I know how hard it is. I wish you all the prayers my friend. Be safe every day every call is a challenge
I will say one thing, you work hard. Thank you for taking us along.
Nice job Ron as always. Thank you for taking the time to share your videos. Love watching your channel. God bless you and stay safe.
I’d like to see your emergency response/code 2. Lighting for that big rotator
Come on everybody, please slow down for our first responders, they do a great job out there for all of us! Drove trucks for over Twenty Five years. To many crazy drivers out there now, so sad! Pay attention to your driving! Your life, and others may depend on it!
True words .....
That (not so) Ol Binder looked like it was in pretty decent shape before this mess. Cummins powered with a 13 speed too! Thoughts and prayers for the driver, and, as always, you and your team! SLOW DOWN AND MOVE OVER EVERYONE!!!
Thought your fireman friend was going for a ride if that cable came loose while he was on it. Think you may have to grab a couple more straps there Ron - ya think? Always rain - can't live with - can't live without it. "Love A Rainy Night" [lift & tow]. Be safe and great job. Hope all goes well for the driver. . . .
I was concerned when he straddled it.
The CABLES did an excellent job of capturing the truck before it could hit oncoming traffic.
Tater did an excellent job of recovery.
A terrific job Ron and without any of your crew! Experience and dedication to safe, efficient solutions shown again. Also giving credit to the men who did the blocking and ESPECIALLY the hefty guy who helped get those cables off the truck! God sent you exactly the right man to you to make it a lot easier and safer, and no cutting cables. Blessings to all involved and especially to the driver for a complete and speedy recovery. 🙏👏
Safety precautions is the best before doing the rest, from the Philippines. You are my idol, Ron.
Ron Need more videos love them
New subscriber, Gotta say I enjoy your attention to detail & safety. Keep it up sir. Lots of great information & habits to learn from you.
Great job Ron, and kudos to the firemen who gave you some help.God Bless you, and as always BE SAFE!!
Thank you for the hard work you do. I've learned alot about recovery.
Once again Ron, it’s good to watch a professional at work. Thanks for your time and effort... Roy from England
Ron, thanks for a very informative video. Prayers for the driver and for you also.
GOD BLESS AMERICA
Hello Ron pratt thanks for another video :D
Another job well done.
Stay safe and God bless.
Congrats on the new intro and exit theme, love it! :) Rolling in code footage was a plus, thanks for sharing. Great channel!
Thank you Ron, I pray 🙇♂️ that the Driver is ok 👍
No word on how he ended up there? Amazing amount of details and knowledge required in your work.
Giving the possibility of damage to the steering/ front suspension I personally would have taken the extra time to go with a front tow. Not to mention the benefit of the wind pushing the hood down instead of trying to pull it up.
Ron, when I drove flatbed and had a tall load that I had to restrap, I'd roll the hook into the strap. The extra weight helps carry the hook over, since it's not pulling as much strap up through the air. Just make sure you roll it up the right way, otherwise it won't unroll as it clears whatever you're trying to strap down.
Every single time you rotate the boom on that truck, I expect it to start playing Für Elise. Every single time.
And now I never can unhear it, either. Thanks a lot ... :D
Da da da da ..da da daaa...da da da daaa.... da da da daaaa.... My wife used to play that on the piano all the time. Thanks for watching and God bless.
I'm going to be hearing that from now on lmao.

Tons of respect and admiration for you for your I can get this done attitude, efficiency, positive attitude and professionalism
You Sir are definitely good at the job you do!!! Thanks for the time and effort in the making of this video I do appreciate it” as well as, all the others you have shared 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼. Be Blessed 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼
Great work. Sometimes when watching I forget the weight you can move around. This one was heavy looking and stuck in mud. Natures cement. Again great work. God be with you.
This brought back some painful memories. Thank you for all you do
another amazing video and recovery! hope the driver is ok. thanks for the great work, Ron!
I saw the rotator at the fair and it was even more impressive in person. I was going to talk to you but you had to leave for the semi rollover. Love the videos and an amazing truck.
Wish we could have met. The semi rollover was a tough one....loaded with pipe, but we got it. Thanks and God bless.
Spend your time on prep is absolutely right. Most important part to avoid calamity. Good job!
Great video Ron hopefully the driver is ok and god bless
I tie everything even when it looks safe. I tie down and sometimes get teased but do it anyway. I have never lost a thing.
Lunch time while watching Ron on a Friday 🙌🏽
Here in the UK 🇬🇧 the police would shutdown the live lane for the recovery to take place. This makes it much safer for the wrecking company, ps great videos thank you 🙏
Ah, the joys of information passed on that is not what you think..... the joys of working as a first responder, whatever your role!!!
Keep up the fantastic work and videos Ron, hope the driver recovered from his injuries, don't blame you for not closing your video in your usual manner, I would want to get off the road as soon as possible too !!!
Nice recovery Ron , as usual .
Thanks Ron from the UK on a sunny Friday afternoon
Always amazed at what that truck can do. Good job Ron👍👍
Wow perfect timing. Just went on break
Another great video Ron. That flashback from the interior light bar would drive me crazy though!
Love the new intro and outro's very nice.
Hope you didn’t get too wet Ron, nice little recovery after the cables were released Stay safe my friend
Nice solo recovery Ron, with a little help from the firemen. A true professional as always. Stay safe and God bless!
I love watching ur videos keep ☝ the great work lots of love 2 ya family as well & god bless ya 2 !!! Keep the great vids coming & many many prayers to the victims of the crashes on the roadways .
Hard physical one today Ron.
Thanks for sharing.
Ron keep himself fit by jogging, but I assume he has no need of jim' visits; on the contrary he maybe should RnR sometime, give his muscles a rest. LoL.
Hi Ron great videos. You have code 2 in title and was wondering about that. I'm used to code 2 being lights only. Code 1 no lights/siren Code 2 lights only Code 3 lights and sirens.
Again good work, have a blessed day!
Hello RON, I WAS LOOKING yesterday, but went to bed before I saw it, so here is 06;19 EDST, , COOL here 55^F, some mess, here is the box? Raining too, at least it’s not midnight, GOD BLESS, & Cheers from NJ
In the rain, in the dark, in the mud. No boring evening of tv for you, Ron.
Thank goodness for the big guy's help with the cables.
I love your channel Ron God Bless You!
Hey Ron, nice video as always, just one thing, I learned to roll up theses straps from the soft side to the hook, so if you throw it over a truck or something somebody staying on the other side can't get hit by a heavy hook.
Ron, I think you'd find conductor grips used in power linework combined with a chain hoist useful when dealing with these cables.
You mean the wire stretcher?!?!?!
What no power line!! Must be first time this year!
Thanks Ron for what you do and for helping keeping our roads safe
God bless you and your family Ron you are a wonderful driver
i like your new start Ron Pratt i think that is the first time I've seen you use your rotatorer to move a truck that was interesting thanks
Thanks for being so safety minded. I occasionally tug friends with a chain (or get tugged myself) after getting stuck. Regardless of towing or lifting, anytime you have rigging anything could go wrong, always best to play it safe.
Hey ron thank you for the video
Again, thoughts, prayers and Blessings from Cardington, OH ..... And once again, Cudos for yet another instructive, safe and successful recovery. I can only think that, after a day of already 4 changes of clothes from being rain-soaked, home for shower and supper, then called back out to this .... Yet you seem to take it all in stride, and just part of running the business you do so efficiently and effectively. I keep going back to watch many of the previous jobs, and they're always done with the same methodical procedures in place .... safety and efficiency. As so many times before, thank you for sharing.
May you continue to be Blessed with safety, and may and your families, as well as those of your many viewers and subscribers! Stay safe in all you do, and again, many thoughts, prayers and Blessings!
Very impressive. Slick work
Man, you worked so hard I got tired just watching you. That was a lot of work. This was a good episode.
Every time. And I'm just laying in bed recovering from surgery. Lol
Hey Ron, just started watching your videos fantastic job rescuing those unfortunate truckers rigs. The only thing I have trouble with is you wearing the go-pro on your helmet, with your head moving so much I get motion sickness really easy. Keep up the fine work I'll keep on watching.
I for one LOVE the intro music!! Gets things moving!
Your on point with safety and that's always a good thing. And good for business as always good job and God bless you and your family be safe and take t
Good job and nice RIG!!! 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
Hi Ron I love your videos but you have not posted a video for a while. This is just a comment about the rain I live in Queensland at the moment were in drought it has not rain here for a long and when it dos rain it wont rain again for months. I just pray to God we had the rain you have. I suppose You don't know what you miss till it gone.
Man I love your videos!
Go, Ron! After 40 years in Ambulances and Fire trucks sometimes you are a target to other motorists my favorite is when someone in front of you puts both feet on the brakes and stands on them!
Finally something new and not 4 years old ive been on a bit of a binge watch lately, i cant seem to get enough of the Rotator and or recovery.
Another great job Ron
