She Hulk did this thing that I've never seen the regular hulk do in a comic . She had so much control over her transformation that she took on a secret identity with her half transformed just enough to where she kept her flesh color and snuck up and knocked out a villain with her half strength.
I loved her during Civil War Event and her delicate place as a lawyer and superhero. plus some of her dialogue mad me appreciate her position in the superhero community.
It was funny that the writers lost track of her during World War Hulk and one panel had her address being in multiple places at once.
She-Hulk always brought a sense of fun to whatever title she was in. Her character has always been smart and irreverent but more importantly her main characteristic was self-assured.
Love this character. Really wish the show wasn't a mess...

I love She-hulk. I have her first appearance and when she started in the FF. She was breaking the 4th wall when Deadpool was still serious and had tiny feet

@@rafaelgonzalez3333 They gave it their best go and it does an admirable job at blending aspects from most of Jen's comic history into a single whole. Jen is off though, she can act like her comic book self in moments especially as She Hulk but her core is empty. Alot of her compassion, will and drive are gone. I still find her funny but she isn't the same at her core.
Rob, Thank you. She-Hulk is my favorite hulk. Why, she is fun, FUN. The 4th wall breaks, the lighter tone. How she can actually function reliably in a team like the Fantastic Four, Avengers or Liberators (her girl friends). You can do more with her as a character than just, smash... okay, also she has a great look, let's be real, who doesn't love an excuse to make a snu-snu joke. The only thing she needs is a really good villain and a better, fun writer.
But, I'm not sure about this new show.

I mean logically I don't think she even counts as a hulk, since a "hulk" usually inclines they're in place of the avenger's hulk at some point. Her hulk powers seem more standalone as such with her character I kinda wish they'd take the more spiderman route in mentoring and let her start off on her own, make her own mistakes and so on, builds a lot more character than being handholded only to show your naturally somehow more superior like in the show 😅

All she needs to be a great character is a good writer, better storylines, a good villain, and a complete rebranding….other than that, she’s a sure thing!

@@catandogclone7880 don't be so certain remember prior to iron man movie in '08 Tony was seriously lagging behind where he used to be he was more commonly seen as an antagonistic asshole to much of the earth heroes he was barely keeping his name in the comics
While they usually depict She Hulk in a feminist light, and while that does work for her. I think what makes her likable is that she empowers not just women but also people who are struggling with disabilities, obesity, racism or any other things that causes that person to get bullied, body shamed or any other form of abuse because they are not like the rest. She Hulk empowers those people to be comfortable in their own skin and embrace who they are. That's why she's in her Hulk form most of the time, because it's a way for her to spread awareness. That's what makes her likable.
I find her just a superhero but i do not know she hulk that much which is why I’m watching this video so I am probably wrong

she can support those things, but she doesn't embody those things and they cant just be shoehorned in. Like, using her image to garner support would be great, superman was used to support WW2 back in the day, encouraging people to help with the cause.
But she's also not really popular enough to do that right now.

In my opinion, one of best She-Hulk's runs is the Hulk title, taking place after Civil War II, where she deals with grief and PTSD and develops a "broken gray" Hulk persona

Red zone was amazing the arc that she hullk and jack of hearts had was full of tension of red skulls bio chemical weapon interacted with her gamma abilities and jack tried to help her but his zero energy sent Jennifer into a frenzy.
For anyone looking to get into She-Hulk or looking for a story that cares about She-Hulk as a character Rainbow Rowell's current run of She-Hulk is that!
Rowell's She-Hulk is back on the ground, trying to figure out how to be a lawyer again, and figure out who she is outside of being the person you call for backup when your superhero team needs an extra member.
It's going for ten issues right now, but people should definitely read it so we can get a longer run and have more solo She-Hulk.

Man I thought the Soule run was one of the most fun comic runs I've ever read. Just finished my like 3rd go through of it this week. Perfect balance of the lawyer stuff + Jen finding her way as a person + goofy action and plot. Just my opinion tho.

It’s been a while since I read Charles Soule’s run, but I remember the book being very bright and humorous and it was about her starting her own law practice.
I found out around the time his book Undiscovered Country came out that Soule was previously a lawyer had his own legal practice.

She is badass, I wished Marvel would make up their GD minds about characters, sheez. I think they should do more with her, I remember when she first came out or when they first brought her out, pretty cool!

Being a Hulk is something of a Monkey's Paw in the physical appearance department based on a person's psychological state at the time of transformation. One need only look at the various forms that Banner has taken over the years to realize this.
In Jennifer's case, she was always this mousey, subconsciously unconfident, introverted girl. When she became the She-Hulk, she was the opposite. She became almost hyper-feminine, almost overconfident, and was anything but introverted.
Basically, where Bruce's Hulk is an amplification and manifestation of his subconscious wish to not be abused by his father, Jen's is an amplification of his subconscious wish to be confident and sexy.
She's been my favourite female comic hero since I was a boy, then X23 came along and put her in second but regardless I love She Hulk. Hopefully they do a good job with Attorney at Law but from the trailers I'm not hopeful

We’ve been asking him to cover manga stories for years. It ain’t gonna happen. He has said in the past that anime and manga just aren’t for him. So unless someone on patreon pays him, we most likely won’t see anything from those media.

She does have her own solo run atm. Either her story with the Time Variety Authority either have set up that was supposed 2 be big event where she would be main lead that took years 2 come and they made a small event where it was mostly Fantastic Four story.
The actress did state in a interview that she hopes that the fans would like the show.

As someone with a limited budget and can only collect 3 things and whatever i can find in long boxes and wanting to learn more about lore of all these characters I'll never have the time to read about, these videos have gotten me up to speed on them and various events enough so I'm saving up to invest in an app to read comics to fit my budget, one of my favorites is your blue marvel videos and the batman who laughs videos.

Okay you all know that the best version of She Hulk was the Incredible Hulk 90's TAS Season 1 that version is what I believe is the best Variation of her character she was female Counterpart to her cousin who was Beauty Brains & brawns looking muscular but not hulking like her cousin the Hulk she had fun and sensual Personality and she keep her original mind and ego

I know a lot don't like the light hearted approach they've currently been doing in the MCU, but the fact that most of She-Hulk's most beloved stories are light hearted and fun, they're gonna play her safe. Plus with the variety of villains possibly appearing, this light hearted approach will not last too much longer.

There some stuff that's wrong in this video. What really sparked Marvel's interest in creating a She-Hulk, was a Benny Hill skit where they showed a Hulk as a woman. That caused the executives at Marvel to scramble and create a She Hulk.
