Funny story, last time I seen these guys live I met Spencer their vocalist, when I asked for a picture I forgot to turn my camera off video mode so I ended up with like a 5 second video of me and him smiling and not saying a word😂
Please do Periphery - Scarlet next, you will not stop listening to them, this band is just a masterpiece

I am so happy you didn’t check out icarus lives. Most people start with that song and it just doesn’t do the group justice.

Periphery is one of, if not my number one, favorite bands out there. Stranger things by them is definitely a great one. My favorites are Reptile, Lune (favorite), omega, rainbow gravity, Absolomb, and Satellites. Honestly you can't go wrong with any of their songs though

@@axinator I do love P2 especially the Somewhere in time trilogy (muramasa, masamune and Ragnarok) BUT many of their other songs triumph over them. That being said I don't think I dislike any of their songs cause they are too goated 😂
hell yeah, periphery are a top 5 band for me. Among BMTH, DGD, Don Broco and Bilmuri. So, highest of recommendations.

Older song but one of their best. Favorite of mine from their first album. Hard to choose but Letter Experiment is phenomenal

My boy finally checks out Periphery!!! Definitely my favorite band right next to Dance Gavin Dance. Both of those bands pretty much encapsulate my entire range of musical tastes. I would definitely recommend checking out Absolomb or The Way the News Goes next, or maybe even Blood Eagle if you want the heaviest of the heavy they have to offer. ALSO! Your new mic sounds fantastic! I've loved all your DGD reactions but the one thing that irked me was the headset mic quality, really glad you upgraded!

Spencer Sotelo is their vocalist doing singing and screaming. Guitarist Jake Bowen does a few backing vocals but not the melodies. They also incorporate real orchestral parts and choirs as well. The ambient guitar work was a good catch, they have 3 guitarists and Jake does a lot of great ambient guitar parts.
I always thought the start of the second verse sounded like Muse too! It's the falsetto vocals and the melody is very Muse.
Been waiting for this day for awhile now! Glad you enjoyed it dude. 3 guitars, 1 bass, 1 drum, and 1 vocalist! They have a diverse catalog. I would recommend Lune, Luck as a Constant, or Blood Eagle by them. Or all 3! I feel like these 3 kinda hit all ends of the spectrum. :)
You need to do Reptile! :D It’s a long song, but you get so sucked into it that time flies-by so quick listening to it!
Their song "Reptile" is a must, if you want to hear what they're all about. Just the good ol' album version, because the production is worthy of a reaction itself.
Periphery Luck as a Constant or Absolomb
One of my favorite bands and Spencer is one of my favorite singers. His range is incredible. They actually have some great stuff that is heavier. 3 guitarists that change up lead work at times makes sound so full. Too many great ones to suggest another one. Can't go wrong with them.
