I remember doritos only had 3 flavors available for years , plain ,which was in an orange bag,nacho cheeze in the red bag and sour cream and onion in the blue bag..That was the 1970's .They were the only corn chip available at the supper market except frito corn chips and tortitos who came out in the late 70s.There wasn't a zillion brands of corn chips out there like nowadays.The doritos were much better then and don't taste the same as today.
When they opened up with Justin Wilson in the potato chip ad that brought back all kinds of warm fuzzy childhood memories because my grandmother and I used to watch Justin Wilson cooking on TV together and I thoroughly enjoyed it. That put a smile on my face instantly

My mom and sister were in the studio audience a couple of times at the PBS studio in New Orleans where Wilson filmed the show back in the '70s and '80s . One of his favorite lines was "Never cook with a wine you can not drink!" and he liked to knock back quite a few glasses and flirt a bit with the ladies in the audience and was more of an entertainer than a bonafide chef. I loved the wrestling ice cream bars. If you find blue bunny ice cream sandwiches, they taste very similar, just without the chocolate shell, bit the cookie part tastes the same as what was on the wrestling bars.

I loved the wrestling ice cream bars. If you find blue bunny ice cream sandwiches, they taste very similar, just without the chocolate shell, bit the cookie part tastes the same as what was on the wrestling bars.

The two foods, one of them being a snack food, that I miss, are Little Debbie’s Coffee Cakes and Dannon’s LaCreme yogurt and I used to eat those and the strawberry and raspberry LaCreme flavors and the strawberry mousse all the time! Yoplait’s Whips, more specifically the strawberry, raspberry and chocolate flavors and Drake’s Coffee Cakes are just as good but I remember those two and with Hershey’s S’mores on the list, I also remember Hershey’s Kissables too, but never ate or liked them though
