Discontinued McDonalds Items That We Want Back

- Weird History Food is gonna buy and fly to McDonald's for their Discontinued Menu Items. Sadly, McDonald's menu Items don't last forever. With the ever-changing fast-food landscape, these McDonald's treats just couldn't keep up. Some of these delicacies never got a chance to shine and were retired before they could find an audience. Others were just questionable ideas with unfortunate slogans.

You know what I miss? A value menu that had real value.
This comment should be at the top
Right? I ordered 4 cheese burgers last time I went to McDonald’s about 3-4 months ago and it was $9.68🤯 no plans on going back anytime soon
Idk what McDonald's meals cost now, but based on other fast food I've had recently, I would imagine you can't get a regular meal for under $10. Thanks, Creepy Joe for raping the economy - fucking troglodyte
🎉right when it was actually a dollar
@@kviz1111 no, we can’t do that anymore!! Because I have realized that is actually slavery!!did you know that when you buy a burger at certain places someone somewhere is getting exploited!!! NO MORE of this!!
No mention of snack wraps?!? Those were delicious! They need to bring them back! 😔
Hey, it’s Sabrina. I miss those too. They were delicious.
Yeah for real, they were cheaper and less filling than the full on burgers, but pretty much had all the taste. I'd get 1 of the deluxe snackwraps with hot and spicy and that was lunch while i still worked in grocery.
Yup it was the wrap or mcdouble and hot and spicy ..I never ate that much mayo on anything lol that hot and spicy is loaded
@@SoSoSouthern-bv1ziDamn you 😠😏, Now I'm off to Mc'Ds. 🙃🤔🏃♂️
I here those are coming back in 2024
"The hot stays hot, and the cool stays cool" was the McDLT's catch phrase.
Wasn't it "The Hot stays Warm, and the Cool stays Crisp"?
The Mushroom & Swiss Angus burger 😭 please come back!
Damn this is totally off subject Kamri, plz forgive me for saying, but ma'am you are extremely gorgeous! God Bless you ❤️
Amen. I was looking to make sure that the Angus burgers were on the list. And, yes, the Mushroom-Swiss was my favorite too. Really hope they come back.
When I worked at McDonalds in 1997, we had an "all you can eat breakfast buffet" with 20 items.
Just me and another woman who ran it. Friday, Saturday, and Sunday were the only days it ran in the morning.
We were probably a test store for it. Because that McDonalds was right off the interstate, and one of the top performing stores in Minnesota.
I worked at McDonald's in 1998, but we didn't have anything like that. I remember the McFlurry being the new thing, though, lol.
Around that time when I was in Carbondale, IL, the McDonalds there had the breakfast buffet with what was already on the breakfast menu. It was okay for what it was.
Did they have an ambulance parked outside on stand-by? LOL just kidding. I wish I could have tried that buffet.
Oh man I remember those when I would go on road trips. I would tell my pops to pull over when I saw the sign for it.
@@MSinistrari Yo wtf, I moved from MN to Carbondale, IL around that time and just moved back to MN from Carbondale. This feels like a real glitch in the matrix kind of moment lmao
I LOVED the Salad Shakers when they were still around. Made complete sense to me. The chicken selects were actually pretty good when they first rolled them out too. As for the Super Size thing, sales dropped because that campaign became a PR nightmare after Morgan Spurlock released Super Size Me.
I worked at a McDonald's when the chicken selects were around, and they were what I ate most often. Thing is, they were an exacerbated form of "best right from the fryer." If they sat in the hot-box for the full 20 minutes they were allowed by policy, they took a noticeable hit to quality, and quite often bad employees would just reset the timer instead of throwing them out and making more. Since they weren't a core item and didn't have good turnover, it was quite frequent when I'd jump onto the cook like (I was a shift manager and floated around wherever needed more hands,) and would pull out the hot drawer to find chicken selects that had obviously been there way too long, but the timer showed they were good for another 15 minutes.
Screw Morgan Spurlock! He freakn ruined America with his totally bs documentaries
I liked the salad shakers too. It made it easy to get the dressing throughout the salad.
@@Kimberly-dt4ko I really wish they would bring those back! I’m trying to lose some weight and that would be a VERY nice option when I don’t have time😊
Spurlock lied through his teeth the entire documentary and also failed to disclose that many of the calories he was getting were from the alcohol that he was addicted to. Big Head does an excellent job at taking down all of his claims, though it wasn't known at the time that he was an alcoholic when he ran his "experiment."
On top of that, he was only asked to Super Size four times, which _supposedly_ meant he only did it 4 times out of 60 lunch and dinner meals in a month. Yet somehow that still meant that Super Sizing was the problem and not the alcohol.
The breakfast burrito that was formerly discontinued is back on the menu, but when it was first introduced, a chicken fajita with onions and grilled peppers was also offered for lunch. I was working at McDonalds at the time, and if you ate one fresh, they were pretty delicious. Some stores even offered packets of sour cream for them. Those were the days!
The chicken fajita burrito was good and I was bummed when it was discontinued.
The salsa needed work though
The McSalad Shaker was still part of hungarian McDonalds' menu in the early 2010s. I was a fan of it, and still miss it somedays.
I miss the original McDonald's apple pie. Deep fried like an egg roll, the crunchy crust was the best.
We have them here in Hawaii. We also have for a limited time taro and a coconut pie. These sell out fast!
Brah we got da haupia cheee and dont forget da fruit punch too @@suesabalburo6235
Still a big thing in NZ, same with frozen cokes and choc sundaes.
I used to have them in my youth
about twenty two years ago...
I miss them as well, they were so
yummy I couldn't wait to tuck in
It was pretty frustrating because
they were piping hot and they took
like a quarter of an hour to cool
Some franchises still offer both fried and baked Apple pies in places like Florida and Hawaii, to name a few states.
The Big 'N Tasty, The Arch Deluxe, and the Angus Burger were 3 of the best burgers I've ever tasted at McDonald's.
It's like we can't have anything nice 😠
And don't forget the mushroom and swiss burger, still one of my favorite mushroom and swiss burgers of all time : (
@handyman1957 OMG! How the hell did I forget about their mushroom swiss?! I totally agree with you 100% that it was one of the best mushroom swiss burgers I've ever had too! Good call!
@@handyman1957 That was the real standout! Part of the Artisan something-or-other lineup. Good and buttery from what I recall.
I got a quarter pounder once instead of a big mac and i swear they gave me a rotten one. it tasted horrible. something like they took their meat and made it thick enough to taste. lol
Arch Delux was great! It also had horseradish in the sauce. Was sorry to see it go.
They also had chicken fajitas when I was a kid. Those were amazing. Also the snack wraps were really good too
When the chicken selects came out they were one of the best chicken strips I had ever tasted. I miss the salads and parfaits also.
The chicken wraps! Why does everyone always forget about McDonald's chicken wraps in every discontinued list no one ever mentions them 😩 they were so good
Those grill chicken wraps were part of the pre workout, McDonald's was right next to the gym
I want the Fruit and Yogurt Parfait back.
YESS
That’s gone!? Since when!?
@@RichardColwell1Right!? I didn't know it disappeared... Yeah, they need to bring that back
I agree 💯😉👍🏽
@@RichardColwell1It's been gone for a few years. In my area salads are gone as well. All that's left are burgers, chicken and fish.
The Blueberry McWafflestick is the breakfast item that I miss most. There were two varieties, blueberry and plain. The gimmick was that the syrup was built into the McWafflestick and it didn't spill. I think this was a test market item here in S. Florida back in the late '90s.
I saw "onion nuggets" and you had me. That sounds so good
Probably something like the Outback Bloomin Onion?😮
Those salad shakers were a good idea. I've even done that to make salads at home and at work in a sealable container (tupperware, takeout, etc.) If McD's still sold them, I'd probably get one now and then.
the original chicken selects were SO FREAKING DELICIOUS!!! I was beyond sad when they were first discontinued but also when I heard they made a comeback only to try them and find out they were nothing at all like the original.
100% agree!!!!
The buttermilk chicken strips were gross.
They have been a mainstay here in the UK for years, can't believe the US don't have them anymore. Surprised the channel didn't mention it.
@@coloureve9433 Don't ever let McD's take them from you EVER! Especially if they try and lie to you with some "They will periodically make their way back on the menu for limited times every so often"
You would just be forever let down each time they come back when they taste more disgusting everytime.
God I truly miss them 😫
I miss the chicken selects ...so nostalgic..I was 13 when they came out ..they disappeared when I graduated hs..loved the honey mustard with it ❤ 😊
Anyone else notice how the food just looks better quality in the ads back in the day than it does today?
I think it was better back in the day. You don't even want to hear what I think the reason is in many mcdonalds locations. I don't even eat McDonald's anymore..Last time I got a burger it didn't taste right, because no meat patty on the burger...I think burger King is worse cold fries and a burger that wasn't hot. I don't eat burger King either. Shove burger King down your throat with commercials...garbage
It amuses me that some of the food items have backstory and lore and trivia, while others just get a brief 'It was here, it sold poorly, and it was gone'.
I want the shaker salads or just any salad so badly because there's not always a Wendy's around
Try the grocery store
Duude Wendy’s Apple Chicken Pecan salad is my sh*t! If it weren’t $8 I’d probably want one everyday 🤤
Going to McDonalds for a salad is like going to a prostitute for a hug
@@morganbrasee5639sounds like a good deal
Wendys used to have this Mediterranean salad that was so good too. Can't even trust them either 😞:)
"Salads are a staple of the menu"
They literally dropped all salads
I miss the Steak Egg & Cheese Bagel sammich they had during breakfast. Those things were a hoooot mess of grease and onions, but so good.
They should BRING BACK THE ORIGINAL FRIES.
The caesar McSalad Shakers were AWESOME. They were so portable and handy!
They were absolutely fantastic there's not a month that goes by where I don't mention it to my wife
The McDLT was my favorite growing up, I loved putting it together!
Mine too. I was heartbroken when it was gone. It was the best.
@@rachelhale3502Ms. Hale; COMPLETELY AGREED RE: The McDLT!!!!! That burger pioneered what a burger truly is. Un4tun8ly; its styrofoam packaging sabotaged its success. Nvrthlss; it can still b revived (provided that we have cooperation from the "powers-that-b" 2 do the "right thing" & provide alternative packaging. They have the capability 2 do so; it's CBS (Corporate Bull S--t) that prevents them from doing so.
The hot stayed hot, and the cool stayed cool! I miss them too.
Arguably their best sandwich...provided you can add bacon! Not sure why it went away.
@@solidaudioTV It disappeared bc of its styrofoam packaging.
My dad has worked for the McDonalds Corp for about 25-30 yrs, so every iteration of these has made their way into our house for as long as I can remember. My favorites were the Chicken Select strips, the Philly Cheesesteak (probably only available in Philly markets. My brother and I would FIGHT over this) and the McWings. The grilled and crispy chicken on top of the salads were tasty too!
Why would a McDonald's cheese steak do well in Pennsylvania where cheese steaks are taken very seriously?
The reason why the Philly cheesesteak did good was because it was actually good.
Great video! I definitely subbed. Hot Mustard was 1 of the things that disappeared but came back in my area, I was so frustrated when it happened.. it's literally the only thing I ever made a youtube video about! Glad to have it back &, looked up how to make it.. just in case.
Here's an idea: have one McDonald's (or maybe a handful spread across the US) where they serve EVERYTHING. The regular menu, plus every unique menu item, and even stuff from overseas markets. I would totally roadtrip out to one of those McDonald's just to try something weird.
The overflow of customers would be too much probably
I want a beer with my QPC!
There's a mega McDonald's in Orlando, Florida that serves a lot of random menu items like McPizza and Spaghetti.
They did have some "international food" as a promotion thing at one point. Like a few years ago.
Mcdonald's headquarters, on Randolph St between Aberdeen and Carpenter Streets, in Chicago has a restaurant that serves a rotation of international items. They had the ebbi/shrimp sandwich from Japan not too long ago.
The steak egg and cheese bagel was magic. It was very comforting.
As far as I know, they still sell them. The last time I ate breakfast at McD's, that's what I had.
It's back now!
I just ate one
I live in Oregon and haven't seen one on a menu since I moved here from the South
They're on the menu here in Indiana and I agree... easily the best thing McDonald's has ever made.
Super Size went away due to Morton Spurlocck's movie Super Size Me documentary when he ate McDonald's for 31 days straight. The doctors told him if he didn't stop he would be in his grave.
The Shaker Salad was the best item McDonald's had!!!!....please bring it back lol😂
We still have the Hot Mustard here in Canada. What I reaaaally miss is the Big Xtra. It's basically the same ingredients as the Big 'N Tasty, but our patties were seasoned on the grill with a special seasoning mixture.
So were they here in the states.
The hot mustard is the only dipping sauce i order, it's good with fries too, works on a sausage and egg mcmuffin too
@@deedrole5296 I won't eat fries without the Hot Mustard.
I live in Ohio, and we still have hot mustard, so the video is a bit off
We have it in Texas
I may be in the minority, but I loved the Cheddar Melt - totally support it coming back
Those teriyaki onions were a fan favorite, and still come back periodically. I knew employees who ordered them on everything!
Still alive and kicking in Brazil! My all-time favorite. They even have a Bacon Cheddar McMelt. Yeah, it’s all that.
I remember it coming back as a "Burger of the Month" in the late 90s. Loved that thing! They should definitely bring it back.
Never had it but sounds darn good to me!
My parents and I loved the Cheddar Melt! We wish they’d bring that and the chicken fajitas back!
We had Rice burgers in the Philippines too, which was available only for a short while. Those seemed really good. They were burgers but their buns were made of rice.
Those breakfast bagel sandwiches were so good!
I loved the snack wraps and the angus third pounder burgers. 2009 - 2013 were very good as far as item options from Micky D’s
Wanna know a really dumbass reason McD's and a lot of other places got rid of the 1/3 pounders? Because a good chunk of the public believes 1/3lb to be smaller than 1/4lb. I wish I was joking.
The big tasty, and the cheddar melt are still available here in Brazil. And they're awesome!
Love your presentation. Straight to the point and not loud and full of unnecessary clips like other channels.
The cheddar melt was my favorite item ever at McDonald’s! The Arch Deluxe was a good burger too. The Spanish omelet bagel was pretty tasty.
I was a big fan of cheddar melt and the Spanish omelette bagel. You’re the first person I’ve seen mention it.
The Big Tasty is a regular seasonal burger in the UK. Not sure if it’s the same as the Big ‘n’ Tasty, but it definitely found a home here. Same for the Chicken Selects.
Big Tasty is a regular item here, in Brazil.
True, but in the UK the Big Tasty is a seasonal item, whereas the Selects are here all year round. The Selects are also what are used to make the wraps, of course.
The Big Tasty is almost always wheeled out during the Monopoly promotion
here in Germany its also an regular Item
@@bastlwastl497 When introducing the "Big Tasty", there were 3 different burger available. The BTB is the only on sale now - with the worst sauce of the 3.
In America the huge seasonal item is the McRib
I miss the mini chocolate chip cookies and the McDonald Land cookies that came in those little boxes. Those need to come back!!
The McDonaldland cookies taste the same as Aldi animal crackers. I can eat a whole box in a day.
Thx for the vid. I remember quite a few of those items including the McDLT, Arch Deluxe, Pizza, and a few others.
Snack wraps, chicken selects, and those angus burgers bring back so many memories...
We still have the Big n' Tasty and the Mustard Sauce as permanent Menu Items over here in Germany.
Makes sense
I worked at McDonald's in the late 90s. The pizzas were good. The Arch Deluxe was yummy. The chicken fajitas were extremely good. Several years later the Angus burger were on point as well as the salad wraps. Currently the menu is stagnant!
Pizza was definitely on point, and I LOVED the chicken fajitas.
Omg I miss the fajitas meal. What’s better than chicken fajitas with a side of McDonald’s fries, fried in lard of course not the bullshit fryer oil they use today.😊
1990's, what happen to the breakfast bagel sandwiches, steak egg and cheese with grilled bell pepper that was my favorite one
McDonald's had fajitas??
@@Loop_hole1 Yes, and they were great.
I'm impressed that the producer of this video displayed the names of the image credits, from other youtubers, in the corners of the screen.
I enjoyed their mozzarella sticks but could not understand how a big company's test kitchen could have okayed the horrendous marinara sauce that came with them. Thank you for this video. I had no idea McDonalds put out these items.
Fish McBites sounds such a great idea these days. Would go well with their wraps too...
White Castle has something like it and they are great
McDonald's oughta have another form of fish besides filet o fish because I would like to try fish mcbites, if they'd bring them back
The Mc DLT or whatever with separate components sounds professional
McDonald's restaurants in Oklahoma never had the fish mcbites
I haven't seen a salad at a McDonald's in AGES... I miss most of this stuff. 😂
Does anybody else remember when they had flavored sweet teas? Around 2015. The strawberry sweet tea was soooo good
There was a steak sandwich before the one mentioned here that Im guessing was at my nearby McDs in the early 70s in Milwaukee. That place seemed to have a lot of things that were early or didnt show up elsewhere. They even had a McSalad Bar which was a little stainless steel cart type salad bar that was rolled out. There was a very brief time at that location where I could get all the things on my favorite McD meal simultaneously and that was the first steak sandwich, the thing that became the onion nuggets, and the salad bar. It was like the fast food version of a stop at a supper club which I suspect is the reason that the next chopped steak sandwich was shooting for when they made it evenings only.
The mighty wings were delicious, especially when they were heavily discounted!
They were only good when they were fresh and they were never fresh because no one ordered them so they never had turnover.
I demand the McDonaldland cookies back! 🍪👀
We've still got Angus burgers in NZ, they're on the permanent menu. You can taste the difference in the patties from the regular beef patties they use in other burgers
The mushroom and Swiss burger will forever be missed and I’m thankful I had the chance to try it
For me, seeing what the ads looked like in the 70s, 80s, 90s and 00s are what's truly fascinating about this video
That MC DLT was so good! Miss it very much. 😢
They also used to sell mozzarella sticks. Those were decent at 4 for $1 in the early 2000's. Chicken selects were great but pricey. Onion Nuggets sound good but those were way before my time. And that Orlando location has a ton of options not available anywhere else. Pasta, pizza, cheesesteaks, and more.
Something to add onto the Supersize for McDonalds, public perception of it also went down after a film called "Supersize me" was released.
The Angus Burger was hit in Australia. It was delectable. I don't know what they did, but the burger patty was thicker and richer and much tastier than the regular McDonalds burgers, and it was often the same price or sometimes cheaper. I switched to Angus burgers in 2013-2016 and enjoyed them very much when I lived in Melbourne.
I miss the fried apple and cherry pies.😢
I haven't thought about the Fish McBites in years. The jingle for them was so catchy, and it helped that they tasted pretty good too. I remember being bummed out when they got discontinued.
Do you ever get the shamrock shakes when those are back? Yknow what else everyone seems to forget are all the other shake flavors that came and went from the 70s into the 80s. Id like to see those again.
I really miss the Mushroom and Swiss burger they made in 1994. I briefly worked for McDonald's when I was in high school, and we would make double mushroom and swiss burgers for our dinner breaks.
Sounds good
Looks like they sell Mushroom burgers with Emmental cheese in the United Arab Emirates McD's, wonder how it compares.
I loved the Mc DLT, the McLean deluxe, and the third of a pound burger. My take on why the third of a pounder failed is because most people don’t remember fractions ; they think a quarter is bigger than a third.
lololol
@@mjh5437 You laugh, but that's exactly what happened with another restaurant chain in the US many years ago when they tried selling a third-pounder burger and it flopped.
Yep. You are exactly right.
Yep. Specifically, that other chain is A&W. @@ElNeroDiablo
Mc DLT-😋
As a service member, we don't have McDonald's on base, it's always Burger King, Pizza Hut, Popeyes, Subway, Taco Bell, Charlie's Cheesesteak, Dunkin, Starbucks, and Qdoba
I remember in my town growing up the local Macdonalds had 'Introducing: The Big N' Tasty' on the marquee. Then one windy day the T letter on tasty fell off and then it said 'Introducing: The Big N asty. 😂😂😂
No mention of the jalapeno mcdouble, or BBQ ranch burger? Not even a grilled onion cheddar? Were snack wraps a fever dream when I worked at McDonald's? 2015 McDonald's menu was GOATED. Cheese sticks and bundt cakes? We don't know we're in the good times until they're gone.
I loved the snack wraps. No idea why they discontinued them a few years ago. They were awesome and especially good for low carb (the wrap was way better than any bun). Now I’m fat.
what I want of see is a list of their promotion and special items. Recently they had a spiderverse burger, and currently they have a Ninja and Samurai burger (at select stores that, of course, are nowhere near me). I want to see a list so I can bother some youtube chef into recreating them.
The Salad Shaker thing taught me the proper way to add dressing to my salads.
In New Zealand, in the 90's, MacDonald's had a very short run of Granny Smith Apple flavoured milk shake, not popular, bit I loved it!
Never seen it since 😢.
The Big and Tasty was very popular in Seattle. Endless lines of college football players, construction & office workers couldn't get enough of that wander at my McDonald's.
I worked at McDonald's during the Arch Deluxe days. The only good thing about that sandwich was the bacon. It was regular bacon, formed into a circle, with a LOT of pepper on it. It was so good. Back in those days we were allowed 1 free meal per full time shift so I'd make myself a cheeseburger with the peppery bacon and it was awesome. Their regular bacon just isn't the same.
Wasn't part of the problem with the Angus 1/3 pounder that many people were bad at math and thought 1/3 was less than 1/4 lol
Yep, because the american education system is a joke.
That's really funny. Well not like clown funny...
I loved the three Angus burgers. My favorite was the mushroom swiss one
@@bamacopeland4372it's not the American education system. It's that the average intelligence of the entire world is vastly overestimated.

The number one thing we want back is reasonably priced food
I loved the wraps and still miss them. The time it took to make killed it.. The Arch Deluxe was also a favorite. Some of these items sounded great, but were never offered in my area.
It's funny how many items are discontinued due to how long it took to make when it regularly takes 15 -20 minutes for a regular cheeseburger at our local McDonald's
Here in Wisconsin, McDonald's will occasionally sell Johnsonville brats. You can get them plain or with onions and sauerkraut with spicy brown mustard.
I remember McDonald's in SE Wisconsin selling a McFish Fry back in the early 90s
Chicken selects were excellent. I didn't go to a McDonalds for years after they discontinued them. You forgot to mention fajitas. I looked them up about a year ago and apparently they were only sold for a few months but I swear they were my dads go to lunch for a few years.
they were pretty good

I remember my dad either had a bad experience with the Big N' Tasty when I was a kid or just plain didn't like it at all and started calling it the "Big N' Nasty". 😅 I also never knew that hot mustard was given the ax; it's been an option at every McDonald's I've been to my whole life. 😲
The BigNTasty was the bomb .
Yeah, I don't know why salad shakers tasted so damn good but I lived on them for lunch in college - I also found the container super handy. I remember I just rotated between the 3 varieties every day. lol
I remember Chicken Selects were the most expensive thing on the menu and back when it was around the Dollar Menu was around. There's a reason why no one ever bought it.
The McDLT was great! I really DO miss that one...
how about their low prices we want back too?
I hadn't been in McDonald's in a few years, went in a few weeks ago a Big Mac combo meal was nearly $ 10 with tax. I walked right out.
I remember them selling Johnsonville brats for a while and it was great. It's hard to mess up something like that up though lol.
The hot mustard is available in Canada. The chicken selects were sold a lot longer in Canada too.
The reason why so many of these discontinued items are still available in Orlando is because the World's Largest McDonald's is located on International Drive, and they have a few other flagship/experimental locations in the tourist corridor. Orlando itself is a test market for a lot of chain restaurants (it's home to the world headquarters of Darden Restaurants as well), due to its service economy, influx of tourists from all over the country and world to allow for large varied sample sizes, and the fact that Central Florida really doesn't have a food culture all its own.
Do you know if the have the Arch Deluxe....maybe?
is that the one by Walt Disney World?
@@tommygunn940 It's closer to Universal, on the corner of International Drive and Sand Lake.
Here in Brazil we still Have the Cheddar Melt (also double Cheddar melt) and its the number 2 in sales for macdonalds in our country. We also have a Big Tasty, but Macfish was been gone for few years already T-T
The arch deluxe was amazing. I wish it would come back. They still serve hot mustard in my town. Other things that were awesome that were discontinued: butterfinger mcflurry, fruit and yogurt parfait, strawberry sundae, southwest chicken salad, the old milkshakes from the 90s, and the strawberries & cream pies which are still around but seasonal.
I remember there was a McDonalds when I was younger where you buy Supersize fries and they would fill the Supersize cup full of fries.
In Hawaii, McDonalds sells Saimen Soup. It's like Ramen, but with a fish stock base, and the noodles are a little softer. it is actually pretty damn good, it just lacks the ingredients you want with Saimen (Spam, Green onion, Fried Egg).

Mannnnn I miss the Southwestern Salad. It was the only thing I would order from McD for years before COVID made them remove the salads. Such a shame. 🥗
Oh man that salad was the best, did not know they removed it though
Same, those were the best.
The chef and garden salads they had in the late 80's/early 90's was so good. Came with hard boiled egg, blue cheese dressing.
I worked for McDonald’s in the 90’s and the “triple double” wasn’t the name of that burger. It was a promotion called the burger of the month and the name of it was The Hero Burger.
The morning mcwrap kept me full and awake during my broke college and a family member is terminally ill so we need you to take em to the hospital at 3am years. It was the one of the few things that made me feel happy in that time period.
I visited London recently and their McDonald’s have the Big N Tasty! Haven’t had it since the early 2000s. Tasted the same! 😋
That triple double burger was served where I live into the 2000s. It was marketed after baseball players. Ours also still has the hot mustard sauce.
The biggest shocker is Ray hating hot dogs.
He then invents the chicken equivalent of a hot dog.
Snack wraps were amazing. It's probably the last thing I ate there.
