No you're looking for a Merlin or an aeromax or a kit fox or a badlands or one of the dozen other much better performing planes that can easily be found under 50k anyday of the week.
The standard equipment is a Polini THOR 303 engine. As clearly shown in the video, electric powertrain is optional. The Polini is a 38 horsepower engine.

really cool idea, especially including that you wont need a ppl to fly one, but 40,000$ for that is just too steep for what its is.
