You had me, even at 40k, till I heard "battery powered". Thought engine was a 100hp motor like para motors fly.
No you're looking for a Merlin or an aeromax or a kit fox or a badlands or one of the dozen other much better performing planes that can easily be found under 50k anyday of the week.
The standard equipment is a Polini THOR 303 engine. As clearly shown in the video, electric powertrain is optional. The Polini is a 38 horsepower engine.
40k. when they used to be 22k. yeah.. no thanks.
40k? When you can make a legal eagle for 10k? Until you guys get realistic on your pricing, the industry will never take off. Kudos though for having the balls to mention price when most dont.
I would jump in this this way before I would get into a 10k ultralight. This seems like a well packaged product!

40k fucking hell that's still so much for what you get. So many companies pride them selves on trying to make aviation affordable but none go as far as offering plans to the really budget builders.

I am always amazed at the level of service I get at Million Air, whether I’m jumpseating in the Falcon with my CFI, or if I’m flying around in the Stinson. Always get top notch service and get treated the same as the big corporate guy parked next to me. Every FBO should aspire to be like Million Air. Didn’t know about their interesting history!
