Kind of interesting the Sullans using Samnite cavalry and other units, considering the Samnites sided with the Marian faction historically due to their hatred of Sulla (and he hated them in turn).
@@Immersaholic nah you gotta spare him mate! Lucullus was co-consul with Cotta and literally saved his life during the 3rd mithridatic war! Surely Caesar would spare the man who saved his family members???👀👀👀 ... If not I'm sending blue-walkers after you on an open field again
My favourite campaign on yt. Can't wait for part 3. In my Sulla campaign everything is going very well. I focused on economy first. Now I gonne get some legions and also marrie some characters off. I'm only at turn 7. I took Asculum (city right off rome) Rome itself, and whole off Magna Graecia. I leave Italy for now and go for Sicily. Then get a legion there. Then go back with Sulla to conquer whole off Italy. And fight with Crassus in Africa and with Pompey in the East and then Hispania. Edit I'm turn 11 Crassus and Pompey are married with both a good women.. Also I own allmost whole off Italy now. But 2 Marian legions are coming. Crassus has to invade Sicily after dealing with rebellions. Pompey is going to war with some small faction that my client states want death in the East.. And Sulla is going to start moving to the North to the city off Medhlan. Next turn I start building a fleet.
Missed your videos man, looking forward to seeing more. Also thinking about getting back into DeI, only ever completed a roman campaign on the mod, the indian faction seems very interesting.
Hello sir! When I start a legendary campaign in Mithadratic wars, I can still change the difficult rating in the gameplay, which makes me think the campaign might still be on normal difficulties. Do you have any insights into this?
I know for sure that Mitharadetic wars is on normal difficulty. You can put in on easy or legendary, whatever. There is no solution found to have another difficulty in this campaign than normal.
You must play it on normal difficulty otherwise the ai will often break and not do anything. The modders made this campaign via the tutorial campaign so that’s only playable on normal difficulty. I’d suggest you use submods to make the game more difficult. I have some that affect public order and culture to be more difficult
New to DEI and just had a quick question. Does the General have to be in the city with a library to get the intellectual improvement? Or can he just be standing in the local region (with an army)?
Keep this civil war episodes coming. Those unique legions are beautiful
Thanks mate I shall, I love the legions too 🤓
glad to see that you're hopefully uploading on a more consistent schedule!!
Cheers mate, that’s the plan 🤝

Haha 😆 we can just say Sulla bought their loyalty. Which in this case is true since they were merc units. Traitor samnites
You need to use AAA Roman Marian version all your generals if I am not mistaken are using Camillian/Polybian era helmets.
Hopefully me swapping won't cause issues lol :D My man
@@Immersaholic it won't.
Really enjoying the ep man great job
Thanks so much mate!
Enjoyed that ,Great Narration 🙂
Enjoyed your comments as always 😎
ROMA INVICTA
AVE CAESAR!
First time seeing one of your videos, the effort you put into this really is worth it from a viewer's perspective!
Thank you very much ❤️ It’s a lot of effort which can be hard to keep motivation for but I appreciate people like you mate 😊
19:57 of course Lucullus (Enemy general) survived! He was such a legend in real life and perhaps also in this campaign 👀
A character that Toxborg likes? 😤 this cannot stand! I’ll see to it he’s taken care of 🫢

How could you defy Caesar? 😱 But I’m glad your having a fun campaign! You should share your story in our story time section on discord

I believe he would have to be in it but it’s possible not. I would recommend joining the official DeI discord and ask there to be sure 😊
I didn't realise there was a discord. I'll go check it out, thank you for the response. Your videos are what got me into DEI.
When you getting back to this?
I hope you gonne continue this campaign??
I hope to soon, I was sick for several months and am starting to come back :) Sorry for the delay friend
