Ok now I'm confused I thought you couldn't film someone without their consent or permission by law but then by law we have the right to freedom of speech but you were recording them not speaking or stating facts etc. So how does that work? Btw I'm on your side fyi. Lol keep up the good work you need to come to l.a. if you haven't already

@@Estebancito85 Public vs private you have no expectation of privacy in public and is why they are allowed to have "security cameras" in public places. You cannot record your neighbor through their window as that is their private property and they have every right to privacy there. He also isnt selling these videos so hes not monetizing anyones images or likeness which production companies for tv shows movies photography etc all need your permission for your likeness even if its in public because you own your image not the company who recorded you hence why faces must be blurred etc and this is where the confusion comes in from people who dont understand the difference or the nuance here so I hope that clears this up for you.

by knowing how many people are in the building signing in with first name and location are the only necessary measures for the fulfilment of rescue response (to much information is more complicated). Though people can get lost easy enough, need the toilet, etc... if there is a fire, accounting for every person out side the building fire crews can focus attending the fire while checking the place has been evacuated with fewer resources that can be used better elsewhere.
But that isn't something the people are informed of, it is for completely different reasons official identification is demanded by unelected corporate entities impersonating lawful officers. The visitors badge is all that is required to know if there are people in the building needing rescued.

Yeah, that dude seriously had a raging "big man" pathology goin' on. That, and I'm fairly certain he was also trying to demonstrate his "alpha masculinity" to the females, as well as proving his aggressive masculine superiority over the male cops. So, yeah...Primitive animal behavior, basically. I don't think he realizes that real alphas never feel the need to prove anything, nor do we regard it as something that is ever in question. That is rather what truly defines an alpha. When someone TRIES to be an alpha, or puts on a big show, they are proving that they are not, and demonstrating an inferiority complex which is absolutely not characteristic of an alpha. Triple fail, bud. Better luck next time.

@@stillzwith902 There is some hesitation at times, but WE all do that when auditing, especially when there are many LEOs around you. What caselaw does he need to cite? All you need is to state one's ability to film in public derives from the 1st Amendment. The 2nd Circuit does not have much caselaw on point, unlike many other circuits around the US, so frankly I would disagree with you. This guy started auditing 10 weeks ago and he does great work! You make them carry responsibility for their behaviors and do not offer them shortcuts or cheats out of their predicaments. You maintain this even under significant pressure and threats, usually given improperly and illegally. Hats off to you sir, very good job.
