    How to remove the hair stuck at the gear right next to the laser component

      use small scissors to cut the hair and then pick it out, works like a charm

    What about the large wheels at the back of the brush head? It gets full of dog hair and I can't find a way to take them out...is there a way?

      Yea I used a few different tools which eventually got the job done. Not something I’d like to do all that often but I guess it would be easier than letting it get out of hand

      I have the same issue with 2 retrievers. Wondering if anyone has taken a flathead screwdriver to pop out the roller? Afraid of breaking the plastic....

      With a German Shepherd I have to stop and clean the wheels out often...I just pick, pick, pick! I hate it. I wish there was an easier way! Someone suggested using a seam ripper so I've been doing that along with needle nose pliers.

    Hi, How do I clean the inside of the transparent screen. I have two enormous dogs (MASTINS) and this screen gets very dirty in its inside and even their hair gets stuck and obstructs sometimes the hoovering hole. Thank you.

      There’s black black screws just find the suitable screwdriver head to unscrew 4 of it

    How do we remove hair that’s stuck near the other end near the laser side? I have hair that’s wrapped around a small crevice right near the green laser wrapped around the end? I can’t remove it so I cut the hair but there’s still hair stuck in there.

    I have this exact brush it doesn’t take 24 hours to dry just wash it dry it and put it in front of the fan it’ll be dry in a couple of hours if that.

    would be good to see you clean a dirty one. I had to wash all the little wipers with water. and use water to clean inside the head.

      Also, interestingly enough, the laser is not powered by the V15 directly. I figured this out after pushing the laser fluffy head on carpet without the machine running and the laser lights up if you push it fast enough. Must be using the rollers motion to energize the laser. Pretty cool stuff!

    Hello, what about pulling the little wheels off? I have dog hair tangled all around both wheels and I can't remove it efficiently. Any guidance would be much appreciated!

      I popped them out. You can use a thin tool for that. Sort of scoop it out
