“My swisher sweet but my sig sauer”
😂😂
“Two to beam up Scotty!”
GREYFIVENINE
I like the Mk25 just because it has an actual picatinny rail on the dust cover and not the stupid sig rail
Only problem is holster availability because of that rail
I mean the Sig rail isn’t so bad. You don’t really hear the P226 Zev guys, P226 Procut, p226 legion guys complain about it since you just slap a Surefire X300 and you’re good
Surefire and streamlight make their top lights with sig rail adapters. Olight prob does too, but ive never checked.
Props to the Navy Seal Foundation for being one of the greatest non profits for vets PERIOD!
What a gorgeous handgun 😮🎉
I was looking to up my stolen valor street cred!! This is perfect
Beretta M9A1 also a solid choice
Colt M1911A1 is excellent but 3x the price of the SIG
Special coating for Sig is the regular coating for a M&P or many other cheaper guns. My sig Xmacro is like CC'ing a blued old school gun that needs oil all the time to not rust.
lol.
@@6point5grendel I know that's the point. Why not put good coating on all their guns? No reason modern concealed carry handgun should rust so easy. I carried my M&P Shield for years and didn't have a problem it's not a mark 25 either
What? I cc my 365 literally every day in a hot and humid state and the coating holds up flawlessly. Wtf are you doing to your gun
@@RamikinHorde using it. How many rounds you fired?. I live in Savannah Ga. I am going off posts I've seen from other people as well.
@@RamikinHorde prob has a little to do with the pH of the oils on your skin and sweat as well. I had a buddy and he had to wipe and oil his sht if he even touched any of his guns , even nickel plated s&w revolver.
Fellow UDT Diver (: Sigs are the best even the .22lr Sig.
That Sig-Sauer is beautiful gunbeo😍🇸🇪😎
The pistol of pistols.
I’m a sig guy, never had issues with my finishes though I don’t doubt what many of you say, but damn I just love sig guns compared to everything else
Best handgun I own
I have this gun, actually shot it today w my omega 9k. The only change im making is their x ray suppressor height sights. Very good suppressor host
Really enjoying the "what's in the box" series! Very informative!
The P226 family is the holy grail of hammer fired pistols
fn fnx is better
HK, FN, Beretta, Staccato,
CZ75: *Laughs in Czech*
Ah, a trigger comment. Always works 😂 Love my P226 LDC 2 🥳
@captaincannabis3321 cz??? Lol how cute.
Love a 226
The 220 series from SIG are one of the best sidearms made.
Yes it is live mine.
If only they would do something cool like that again.
I have this pistol in FDE. It looks absolutely amazing. Last year of the fde was in 2016. I have not shot it yet.
Ive wanted this pistol since it came out!
My Grail gun, absolutely beautiful. Can't wait til I can get my hands on one. Will be one of the few things I would plan to heir to my daughter.
Now one with a 3 inch barrel and im sold 😂😂
It's clever they put that logo there so you would feel bad about milling it for an optic
It’s got a pic rail. You can get an optics mount that fits over the slide. Every race gun had them 15 years ago.
Muzzle discipline on point
My next two pistols, this and the Berretta M9A4
I wonder how long that qr code will last in the military 💀
I beat the crap out of my guns it doesn’t last a week 😂 I know from experience. But otherwise the best pistol I own, damn that thing will just run!
I've been EDCing my MK25 since 2018, and have done dynamic defensive/combative shooting courses with it and the UID (QR) label is still affixed just fine.
@@scout3058hey bud.. any holster suggestions? How about mods, have you done any?
@Hialeah1925 Suggestions or mods to/for what? The MK-25, or holsters? Very confused...
@@scout3058holster suggestions for the MK-25, and any mods you’ve done to MK25, such as a SRT for example.
i can't stop hearing "9mililiter handgun"
Where did you hear this in the first place? Certainly not on this video.
Just got a free p226 in .357 sig with a .40 s&w barrel thrown in.
I love mine
Love mine, put a grayguns trigger and short reset trigger along with an sig armor main spring and strut brings that double action down to a smooth 7lb and single action to 2.9 lb.
Respect
I wish they made compact metal frame pistols. A G19 carries just as many rounds as this honkin thing
Always wondered what the best rust/corrosion resistant finish/coating is. From what I can tell, Cerakote is #1 in many ways... but you can't (or at-least aren't supposed to) Cerakote certain parts, like springs, breech face, hammer face, sear face, pins and inside pin holes and a few others... so I don't have a clue how those parts could be protected.
Probably an alloy is used
It would be nice if they weren't so expensive with a red dot. Once you get over 1300 bucks there are better options. Love the firearm.
Just bought the Talo P320 with the NSF logo and 21rd mags. Can’t wait to get a P226
The P226 "Combat" is sexier.😂
And if you have the regular version without the threaded barrel you can just buy the threaded barrel separately 👍
Still won’t have the anchor.
@joefuentez7232 Mine does, and it didn't come with a threaded barrel.
Yes.
I waited on a list for a year for a p226 elite scorpion and I WAS NOT disappointed!
What did that run ya?
@@TheKolen2434 around $1500
Definitely getting one
I want one so so bad! I’ve never owned a 9 milliliter 😂😂😂
I call it the Popeye TattooTwoSix, for what I hope are obvious reasons.
BAD AZZ PEW PEW🔥🔥🔥
Pretty sure SEALs chose the sig not the other way around
You know you’re making a pistol for a bunch of badasses when you have to adapt the pistol to survive as well as the soldier
Good i like this sig
Very nice
The only SIG I’d probably buy
The P220 is about the same gun but in 45acp. The P239 is a grest handgun as was the P245. Had em all.
My wallet yelled at me for watching this video.
Not trying to be petty but he totally said 9 MILLILITER 😂😂😂😂
Welp, add that to the list, damnit lol
Hell yea my fav
They really missed the mark by not having it optic ready. Pun intended.
I wish all guns were coded on all parts, for concealed carry in Florida you'll rust guns and 2-3 days if you don't clean them every time you carry them
Also its a LOT smaller than the H&K Mark 23. Damn thing is the size of a Desert Eagle.
Just bought one
That’s the NSF edition with the threaded barrel
The threaded barrel is not standard on the Mk25, this feature is unique to the Navy Seal Foundation special edition.
Why tf didn’t we get the “ corrosion protection “ every single one of my sigs has rust on them they get all the cool stuff we just get the left overs 😂
Sucks they discontinued the P226
Hmmmm a threaded barrel, no optic cutout, and standard sight heights... im not sure about this one. Except the navy stamps are cool
Dope ass pistol
Is this a blue label gun or could I buy it
I used to own this firearm until I traded it in for a more compact gun. I loved that gun. The grips were too big for my hands though.
The barbershop cortette
I hear you can completely submerge it in water, and it will still fire when you drop it. 😂
I wish I could get that make&model but a TBI prevented me from that.
Oohh Yea thats gonna the new item in my wishlist. Thats a great piece. But huw much?? $$$$$??
What do you guys think about the legion finishes? Are they any better
This is also the gun that modeled the mosquito after
Should have a built in microphone so you can record a podcast about what you’re doing as a navy seal as it’s happening.
I heard their current creed is “become a seal, write a book.
Milliliter
I came to see this comment
are these available to the general public
Looks like the SIG M11A1 but with a rail?
Hey, thank you for that information. Is that gun available to the public?
Yes, if you can find one.
😊and the price is? Around how much I can get it from?
I hv the California compliant version. So sad I can't get the full fun of it
Thank you for saying mark instead of MK like it’s Michael kore handbag
Is there a manual slide lock high top sights and threaded barrel with a double single action trigger like the hk mk23 socom?
Yes.
Another major change is the rail on thw dust cover. It is a true picatinny rail versus the modified sig one on most other railed P226 models.
Lol looks expansive
ah my old friend he'll of a sidearm
For the price of that handgun it should come with all those coatings for every 226.
Wym
Huh, I just bought a new mk25. It didn't come with insignia on top of slide or a threaded barrel....🤷♂️
Oh goodie ANOTHER 9mm
Idk bro all that makes it sound expensive 🤔
How do I get one?
how much do you sell it for
Nah that’s the new talo edition
Reminds me of a H&K
That’s what I was thinking. Like a smaller USP.
Mk25 version for civilian purchase or is that in the works
No. You're not allowed to have a gun with regular corrosion resistant properties. That's high tech military future technology.
@@deucedeuce1572 Too late for me😂😂
Very cool 👍👍
Facsimile of a ID tag. It’s just marketing.
California compliant ?
Unfortunately the sig coating wasn’t good for saltwater and caused a lot of problems for the seals and is being replaced by the Glock 19 and the sig p320 m18
Beautiful peice
9 milliliter huh? 😂
Unlike my P365 that's already 1) showing holster(nylon) wear after 3 months AND 2) finish wear due to the gases that escape from the chamber/slide area.
Holster wear?? Lol if it does not show a tad of wear you are not shooting it enough.
@@YellowjacketGTO my G42 has no obvious wear after a year of carry + 800 rds. The p365 was carried for 3 months with 200 rds through it.
@@luisgonzales-kq9nk 800 rounds in a year?? Lol i have a glock 26 itchas plenty of holster wear etc but i shoot a LOT. It has normal wear on its barrel etc. Same as all my handguns Sig, XD, M and P. 800 rounds in a year???? Lolololol
@@YellowjacketGTO im comparing p365 vs g42 worn and fired by the same person, same holster, and the same method. You should try it yourself.
@@luisgonzales-kq9nk been in a uni for a career. Carried lots of weapons. Fired thousands of rounds. If wear bothers you i dont know what to tell you. Now i like leather not plastic or nylon.
Niiiiicccccceeer😅
I prefer the infinitely superior Mk23. By the infinitely superior manufacturer.
For those with infinitely superior hands.
Lol HK is a real head up ass gang toward civvies. Screw them.
The only good sig system.
BS.
