I've been doing this for just 3 weeks and I'm loosing weight fast so i only take 1 brake each week and 2 times a day to get fast results on having my goal so I can do stuff without over thinking about my weight and not be judged about it so Chris is just the goat about loosing weigh, exercising, being an athlete, not being lazy, get up and doing something that makes your life 100x better, and knowing what is right or wrong.

I have been doing your plank workout and back, chest and shoulders, upper body and leg routines. I wanted a switch as I have started on your biceps and triceps routine on my back day and already see more results after two weeks. So, this workout is re0lacing planks. This is my second day and I am drenched in sweat. Glad for the variation. Hope to work up to two rounds soon. Thanks to your workouts, pilates and core training, I have lost 72 pounds so far out of 100 I gained on forced injections of halidol. I have lost weight steadily since being off the medication and hope that this workout will help me lose the last 28 pounds! I just got the FIT home gym so I have a pull up and dip bars. And, I hope to start karate next month. I took your 100 push up challenge and rocked it! And, all this on a raw vegan diet! I have more strength, energy and drive than ever! I am studying for the NSCA Personal Trainer exam. I hope one day to meet other trainers who love calisthenics as much as I do! Thank you so much for posting these videos and being such an inspiration.

Such a fact. I find I don't need to breath very hard most of the time and I get heart palpitations if I over do it.
So true I find myself holding my breath briefly and it seems to help sometimes instead of taking a fast breath
