    Love the fact Chris always remembers those not on his level of athletic ability, how he stops mid exercise to say you can do a variation. Love him.       ​@@ashfakalif2253 You can always do 2-3 sets for maximum effect, but I personally do 1 set with some extra abs exercises and pairing it with leg workout.

      Such a fact. I find I don't need to breath very hard most of the time and I get heart palpitations if I over do it.

    I've been doing this for just 3 weeks and I'm loosing weight fast so i only take 1 brake each week and 2 times a day to get fast results on having my goal so I can do stuff without over thinking about my weight and not be judged about it so Chris is just the goat about loosing weigh, exercising, being an athlete, not being lazy, get up and doing something that makes your life 100x better, and knowing what is right or wrong.

    My start was very difficult, I barely could do 1 rep of each exercise but thanks to you now i’m doing 3repS of each easily and my body looks way better ❤ keep it up you are the best

    Thanks for making precise quality workouts, youve helped me ever since i was 12 and im turning 14 and ive progressed so far in my abdominals and my other muscles i used to have some skinny fat and no muscle i oculdnt even do a push up now im able to do full planche and i can se my abs thank you chris. :D Time to show off to my friends at school .....

    I have been doing your plank workout and back, chest and shoulders, upper body and leg routines. I wanted a switch as I have started on your biceps and triceps routine on my back day and already see more results after two weeks. So, this workout is re0lacing planks. This is my second day and I am drenched in sweat. Glad for the variation. Hope to work up to two rounds soon. Thanks to your workouts, pilates and core training, I have lost 72 pounds so far out of 100 I gained on forced injections of halidol. I have lost weight steadily since being off the medication and hope that this workout will help me lose the last 28 pounds! I just got the FIT home gym so I have a pull up and dip bars. And, I hope to start karate next month. I took your 100 push up challenge and rocked it! And, all this on a raw vegan diet! I have more strength, energy and drive than ever! I am studying for the NSCA Personal Trainer exam. I hope one day to meet other trainers who love calisthenics as much as I do! Thank you so much for posting these videos and being such an inspiration.
