I like the series, and I'm very interested in the Ultra Bee. However, how can I ride this on the road and stay on the good side of the law in California? I'm not planning on using this for commuting, but I may want to ride around the block or visit a local convenience store. It seems as simple as keeping the speed below 30mph, wearing a helmet, and not drawing attention.
