I think I am definitely going to try this out. I have been looking for someway to do something like this, I had vague ideas about pie charts in my mind, measuring my goals, and then doing something to shift the size of a segment that was too small, but had no concrete method at all. This looks perfect! Thank you....xx

Thank you for showing us your creativity. It's so inspirational! I can't wait to try the level 10 life spread in my bullet journal (which I've only started thanks to you and started reading Miracle Morning thanks to you too). I was gonna suggest tho if it's alright, spirituality was always a big priority for me especially in the yoga arena. So I became a teacher and I found the best way to uplift my spiritual practice was going on a yoga or meditation retreat. I was extremely lucky and got to live at a spiritual community/ ashram for a month and it changed my life. But even a weekend retreat would probably do your meditation practice wonders, plus meditating with a group of strong meditators makes a HUGE difference. Anyway, you're awesome and keep up the good work.
I am new to your channel and I am glad I found it! I really enjoined this video and is encouraging me to go towards a bullet journal than a planner. I can see with a Bullet journal I can be more creative and free. Thank you for sharing this video! Great job!

I have just found you today while trying to get started with a more effective planner. I love the idea of bullet journaling but want to add some embellishments to my version as I am a scrapbooker with lots of "stuff" so I am totally inspired by you and making it my own with a few differences!! I saw on of your posts or videos that going to Ireland was on your list. If you want a planner obsessed American expat friend (from Maryland, family in Oregon) that lives in Ireland, I'd love to start actually sending out some of my cards I make instead of selling them all lol!! Thank you for all your information. I love your style of journalling and you videos!!!
OK looking at your blog a bit more and I grew up in College Park, MD and my mom's family is from St. Louis so I LOOOOVE it and spent many summers there (my grandpa was a big band leader there and had a music shop on Kingshighway!) And also before my paper crafting I was a quilter knitter and crocheter, still knitting and crocheting and plan to get back to sewing!.... Actually I have a huge horde of sock yarn I want to pass on (I am doing Kon Mari method since Christmas) if you are interested in some! I kept making socks and then wearing holes in them and crying!... Anyway will stop stalking now!!

One question: Where did you get your color coding system? Thank you for all that you share!! You have motivated me to start my own bullet journal!...I'm waiting for my LT1917 to arrive so I can start, so right now I am practicing handwriting and layouts on a regular notebook. I do have a couple questions though, how often do you do a level 10 assessment? And in the case that you start doing less in one of the areas, do you erase out the levels? Thank you again!!

I do this assessment every 2-3 months. I haven't run into a scenario of "going backwards" so to speak, but if I did I would probably re-do the spread on the next blank page of my journal. That or white-out the colored in parts... although I'm not a big fan of whiteout :(

My apologies if you'd answered this already in your video: when reflecting on your level 10 goals, do you ever consult your husband and/or friends for a different point of view? I saw in the comments that someone mentioned the contribution you make through your UA-cam channel. Sometimes we're further ahead than we give ourselves credit for! :)
+Beanie84 Aw, thanks! For the Level 10 life it really is just my personal goals. On the marriage aspect though, I do check in with my husband regularly to see how he's feeling about our marriage too... it's definitely a two way street :)

+viviyos17 Thanks! The gratitude log is super simple... just jot down 3 things that you're grateful for each day. That's it. I love having it all in one place so I can look back on it more easily. It's pretty awesome to look at the completed spread and see all the things I had to be grateful for in a month :)
Amazing content! However, I'm confused as to how often should one fill it in? Is it on a monthly basis? because I don't get how the ten rings would last a year (if it were to be for a yearly bullet journal). Thanks!
Just got a Leuchtturm journal, because your videos inspired me to start my own bullet journal. One question about Life 10. Did it ever happen that you felt you went down in one of your areas after your initial assessment? And how would you mark that in your journal? I guess erasing is not possible because of the fine-liners. And please keep the inspiring videos coming.

How often do you fill out your Level 10 spread? monthly? 6 months?

Love this video (thank you!). There's something I don't understand. I don't understand when you're supposed to be filling in the "pie pieces". For example, for each level, let's say career, you have six "slices" colored in, but I don't understand what even takes place to fill in the pieces. Does this make sense? It's so hard to put into words.

I was doing it once per journal, but plan on reassessing monthly from here on out :)

+Arte Con Clase Thanks! I'm not sure what you mean by month tracker? I only do this assessment once very 2-3 months and just fill in the circle graph based on how I'm feeling in each area.

+Arte Con Clase Oh, yes... that is my activity and habit tracker. The goals there don't directly relate to Level 10 Life, but you'll see some overlap for sure. I just made a list of habits and activities that I wanted to track and created the tracker :)

Answer: Yup, I sure do! Granted, I don't use it at work (I'm a waitress) so it stays in my car or purse but it goes with my just the same. Really, it's only there in case there is something that I must write down while I'm out and about. The big planning and writing happens at my desk at home :)

I din't know if she did, but what you can do is use a compass and a protractor. Pretty easy
