I've been trying to level up in my spiritual life lately and am incorporating different bite size goals into each month. So far, it's been working, but with with slow success... I'm trying to be more patient with myself and not expecting perfection immediately.

I really (no, really) struggle with most kinds of "On a scale of 1 - 10" assessments. They've used them in UK hospitals for a while now, and I find them so frustrating... "On a scale of 1 -10, how much pain are you in?". I like the way Level 10 analyses life-areas. I like the idea of advancement by goals. But the whole 1-10 thing stops me in my tracks. Do I feel at a 3 with my finances ... compared to whom or to what? And what would a 10 look like anyway. Help? I'm genuinely open to suggestions.
Thank you so much for explaining this! Though I have a question, do you have to do those exact categories? I’m a younger bullet journaler, so I’m still in school, and I’m not a legal adult. Due to this, some things like finance and career wouldn’t really make sense for me to do. Just wondering, loved your video btw!
absolutely not. I have actually removed two from this list and added one that is unique to me. So technically I only have 9 categories. You can customize it however you like. Maybe adding "school/education" would be a better fit for you.
