  • This video is a combination of a few hunts. The first is Jim and I at our Oregon Trail spot finding some nice time period bullets. The second is Jim and I doing some door knocking, and the third hunt is Jim out with his friend Harold at the Oregon Trail spot and he finds a bucket lister! (I couldn't make it out that day). Thanks for watching and we have more great videos coming up soon!

You have Minies, Sharps Ringtails, and the one you IDed as a Spencer is infact a Merrill Carbine cartridge.

I'm thinking your couple bullets with the extra ring off the bottom might be Williams Cleaner if I've been paying attention to what @Aquachigger says 😄 Great finds! Thanks👍✌️

No wonder I skip the 19s... up here they are usually toast.
Lots of other 19s are trash too.
Driest year in my life here. So dry the Sahara looks like Hawaii.
    Amazing what plants can survive.

Congrats on the bucket list flying eagle! I've just discovered this channel today but am subscribed and cant wait to watch all you've posted! Your finds are incredible, and I like the format of your vids... not a bunch of junk etc. You find great stuff, you show it. We dont need to see the clad and other stuff we all find every trip out, we all know. I'd be freaking just to find 1Indian head, mercury dime or minie ball on a hunt, let alone several! The Flying eagle cent in my personal collection was purchased, definitely on my bucket list to FIND as well though, killer find. Great vid all together and so far, all I have watched have been awesome! I look forward to being a fan, good luck and stay safe!

The place I'm digging now the coins come out looking like death eating a soda cracker. Anything not silver is hammered but not literally LOL :) Soil is really acidic.
