Honestly I don't think it's a bad thing that kids are becoming more politically aware. I mean...it is good to be educated. But the main problem lies within the fact that many of these kids are getting their facts from places like twitter and reddit. I'm literally seeing 13 year old kids on the internet regurgitate information that they saw on a political compass meme lmao.

Forgive me for asking since its been a while since i played bioshock but what are the ideologies bioshock is critising. I think in bioshock 1 its Libertarianism/anarcho capitalism

Most of BioShock 1s political commentaries are based on the writings of the late Ayn Rand, hell even the creator of rapture (the underwater utopia turn dystopian ia that is a reference to Gulivers Gultch) is an anagram for Aym Rand (Andrew Ryan). BioShock 2 is much more tackling themes of collectivism and I believe libertarianism, but don’t quote me on that as I only played through that one once. BioShock Infinite my personal favorite of the bunch is based on American Exceptionalism taken to the extreme by a religious zealot. It shows how shitty American Exceptionalism can be when taken to the extreme, but this game is much more about time travel and the multiverse and the political commentary is much more of a side dressing.

A city of Genius's that try to create a society beyond the reach of authorities like the church and the government. It begins the first game showing you a quote from the book in the lighthouse.
