So even the "least deserving" can get to God, as long as they wish to. You don't have to already be perfect (no one is). And so it gives Tyler hope, cause he still has a chance. Being catholic i Understand a deeper meaning of this song. In Catholic belief the only way to go from purgatory to heaven is if someone who is Catholic who knows you prays for you enough to go to heaven so he’s pleading with the girl that he broke up with to save his soul which I find amazing

Think about it hes probably in his early 20s here and been playing since he was 5 or 6 probably, same as me im 27 been playing since I was 6 or 7. Think about it thats 20 years or a liitle more of dedication and hard work.
