I have recently discovered Tyler, he now makes it getting through my work day a lot easier!!!! I have a wide variety of music taste, BUT HE TAKES THE CAKE!!!!! COME PLAY IN CHARLOTTE TYLER!!!!!!
A couple of months ago I was driving a couple buddies of mine back to Charleston, WV, after an outing at New River Gorge, and I asked my friend Andrew to give me a disk to play. He gave me the compilation of "Red Barn" recordings that includes this song. I've been a fan of Tyler Childers ever since. This guy is a real poet with a distinctive and mature timbre to his voice, and he knows what he's singing about. A tremendous talent. The first time I heard "Deadman's Curve" it brought tears to my eyes.
This guy is something special, i live nearly 4000 miles away from where he's from and it still strikes a strong resonance with me and the people i care about. Amazing stuff, stay happy and keep doing what you're doing.
Look Tyler, I know you are talented. But I have sat and listened to your music for over an hour in rural Texas. I love you, you need to keep who whom are alive. Because it is keeping me alive.
Coming from Ohio, this song is really special to me, my best friend recently passed away. At his balloon release my buddy played this. Just straight goosebumps every listen. R.I.P Carlos Tarango 💔🕊😪
Same, but I've been turned onto this genre lately. Kids used to rock out and dance to my metal pandora stations. They absolutely love dancing to this kind of stuff more. It's absolutely amazing stuff.
I'll never forget when I first watched this in the summer of 2017. I felt a feeling that I have seldom had before, and it was the first time I've felt it since I heard Living the Dream by Sturgill for the first time. I really don't even know if Tyler realizes how important he is to the country genre. Here's to many more years of hearing his music.
@Tyler Childers Dude... you and colter wall have renewed my hope for country music. I used to think that good REAL country, like the stuff my mama and daddy played for me, was dead. Then y'all came through my pandora and I cam now say I am excited by country music again. I don't know how to say "thank you" to you other than to say thank you for giving me a reason to listen to NEW country music again.
As an Irishman I can confirm. This made me want to become an American gunslinger in 1847. Spitting out tobacco and walking out of the saloon for a gunfight over land that my father gave me. Love from Ireland 🇮🇪🇮🇪🇮🇪
Born and raised in the city I’ve always been very open to every genre except country until now. This hits the soul. Lovely music so thankful to be here. I need more recommendations please!
Tyler Childers is the best thing going in Country Music. We need more Old School, Outlaw country singers like him. Tyler gives me hope that country isn't dead. The likes of Cody, Sturgill, Jamey and Stapleton would make Willie, Waylon, Cash, Hank Jr and my favorite David Allen Coe proud.
Outlaw country deserves to make a comeback. These pop singers calling themselves country is a disgrace. Keep em coming.

Came here to listen to the music.... tonight i read the comments.... "played this in my house last night and my neighbors thew a brick through my window to hear it better"... best comment ever!
LOL!!!! I LOVED IT TOO!!!! LOVE THIS MUSIC...AND NO PEOPLE DON'T SING LIKE THIS ANYMORE....I SING AND THIS IS THE STUFF I LOVE...I LOVE THE OLD COUNTRY TOO
Lmfao that comment is my favorite🤣
Tyler Childers is so good and raw man. I am a huge fan. ua-cam.com/video/nWpwnKcJzrY/v-deo.html I also dig this guy Brett McDaniel. He isn't well known and I think he plays out of The Alabama area. So good man.
I love Brantley Gilbert
I thought that was awesome also
The best music I've heard in years
Right?
backroadaggie15 yes lord
backroadaggie15 Chris Stapleton is way better
backroadaggie15
That's what's up!
Amen
Dude. This song went from pure obscurity to a straight essential in a matter of days. Craziness.
And will be forgotten just as fast.
Sad.
So glad my son turned me on to Tyler, unbelievable, unbelievable, such a beautiful style, no rainbows and unicorns.
How about now
the intensity of these solo played tune is a thousand times greater than the recording with his band - absolutely stunning
Very few new artists have this amount of soul Zero fucks given awesome song
Our son turned us on to this, my father in law would of loved this. Dead south and Tyler Childers should tour together. Bluegrass music gets to your soul.
Country blues at it's, best thank you, young man! Hats off to you!
Just listened to this for the first time yesterday, and I already know that this guy is the definition of an artist. Well done sir, well done.
Ahhh the fond memories of that "drip" and endless sip. Glad the good lord blessed me enough to make it through the other side. This dude can wail!!!!
Try paul cauthen. "Cocaine country dancing". Then "holy ghost fire live performance" its black and white. Its bad ass
@@stephenfranco964 Just checked him out, you're right he's outstanding!!!!!

Hey guys, check out Creed Fisher as well, he's a true classic throw back and writes great material!
Damn right , still young and gettin the drip and endless sip, damn good and fun.
So much depth with a little pain in his voice he is the depiction country should be going!!!!
Truth! Thanks for checking out our channel!
Good music has no barriers... including race, ethnicity, sex, gender, self identification, socioeconomics, social class, politics, religion, education, lifestyle, urban/rural, generation, family members, and/or lived experiences. Don't let anyone tell you differently! 😊
Wow! Thank you Tyler Childers. For years I’ve thought this music was lost. Don’t stop
Keep singing it! Wish more of this music was on the radio. Anymore it’s pop and all about money. Guys like you keep this style of music from fading away.
Lost a good friend 48 hrs ago & this is the only song I can think of to bring me some peace between tears❤ thank you
Time heals I'm sorry for your pain brother or sister.
Kept this living and wound up dead 😢
Every now and then... i listen to this gem and it gives me chills...thank you for your music...greetings all the way from germany

So glad REAL music is making a comeback. Soulful, amazing lyrics, REAL.
His music and lyrics are relatable to all of us. Gritty. Dirty. Truthful. Beautiful. And totally American. I so enjoyed reading many of the comments. We love you and your music! Much respect.
I asked my dad to play this to me while I was in intensive care In hospital, hooked up to every machine possible to keep me alive - not ashamed to say that I cried my eyes out
Hope you're doing better, OP.
❤
Whoa ya hope you are doin better! That’s commitment
Glad to see you’re still here,
Cheers!
Hmm...
"It's a damn good feeling to run these roads." This song is full of great lyrics!
Thank you Tyler for using your voice. We are proud of you. We are glad to have seen you live twice before all this madness happened. Keep being awesome.
what madness??
This song hits me from the inside out.Because it describes the lifestyle I live.Thank you , tylerbecause I couldn't have told it any better
The only.
Difference is , I am an old school biker that lives to life
I have recently discovered Tyler, he now makes it getting through my work day a lot easier!!!!
I love the fact he’s true to his Kentucky roots, I love our neighbors across the Ohio
My grandfathers favorite song sadly we lost him 2 years ago every time I hear this song I think of him
“ … Ain’t nothing better when the wind cuts cold!” You got that right , Brother! Gonna get higher than the grocery bill!
Ouch. The truth hurts.
Feels pretty good to Me … as long as it’s top quality!
I don't always listen to Tyler Childers..when I do,so does everyone in the house .and the neighbors! You are an amazing musician 👌
So much respect is deserved for this tempo and vocal. Epically badass 🤘
This guy is something special, i live nearly 4000 miles away from where he's from and it still strikes a strong
resonance with me and the people i care about. Amazing stuff, stay happy and keep doing what you're doing.
This guy is awesome. Glad I found his music
I'ma huge metal fan, and rarely listen to this style of music, but man this should be viral.
Same, but I've been turned onto this genre lately. Kids used to rock out and dance to my metal pandora stations. They absolutely love dancing to this kind of stuff more. It's absolutely amazing stuff.
As a old time musician on fiddle and banjo I think he is very talented. May he live a long life.
Here here!
I used to think I hated country because all I ever heard in my life was “pop country”. I didn’t realize there was new stuff like this.
Tyler Childers is the real deal!
Outlaw Country been a thing for looooong time. But I get what you mean 😉.
@Tyler Childers Oh, I love your song!
@@minecraftrealms7207 that’s not the real Tyler lol, here’s a link to his real channel m.ua-cam.com/video/WtVrDud1gZM/v-deo.html
Hip hop is first love but this right here will be in my Playlist forever
As an Irishman I can confirm. This made me want to become an American gunslinger in 1847. Spitting out tobacco and walking out of the saloon for a gunfight over land that my father gave me. Love from Ireland 🇮🇪🇮🇪🇮🇪
Hell yeah!!
This land is your land this land is my land
Pure true Brother....
🇮🇪🇺🇲 Proud !
Haha!!
Born and raised in the city I’ve always been very open to every genre except country until now. This hits the soul. Lovely music so thankful to be here. I need more recommendations please!
Check out Billy Strings and Colter Wall

Mexican from LA, this is an English version of what we call corridos. This shit hard!
I'll make sure to check it out.
nel
Pssst, guess where those cowboys they got the guitar lessons from out west? Mexican cowboys.
@@pahwraith style too that why they were boots and cowboy hats
Sadboy corridos is a more similar comparison. Alot of corridos are love songs. I feel you though. Corridos are dank
