I have been taking niacin flush 1000mg per day on an empty stomach and my skin has been flawless. I'm over 40 and my skin hasn't been this good since my early 20s 😀

I kinda like the flushing effect. I read that where you feel the flushing effect the most is where you need the most help. I feel it in my sun aged arms and forehead the most. Peace out Doc.

After taking first capsule my husband and I had the reaction I didn’t expect! It was like sunburn on steroids plus tingling. We almost went to ER 😮 Good thing I checked on line what it could be. There it was, so called Niacin flush. It went away in about 2 hours, but boy! It scared living sh… out of me. I wish someone would of warn me about it!

A recently published 35-year follow-up of the Swedish AMORIS cohort of about 44k participants shows that low glucose & high cholesterol are linked to greater likelihood to reach 100. Thus seemingly contradicting the conventional narrative about cholesterol & the need for statins.

The book "Niacin: The Real Story" shows how niacin in megadoses treats schizophrenia. It's an excellent read; very short and easily understood.
