I find it so weird that Rolex comes out with a new "line" of Daytonas, as if we can just go down to the department store and pick one up, lol. Or as if someone out there might be saying to themselves "oh, I didn't want one before, but now that they have a blue dial, I'm going to stroll down to my local AD and buy a bunch of Tudors so five years from now they might decide I'm worthy of giving them $20K for a watch that by then will no longer be available in that color." Lol, what a weird company/business model.
Just got the call for 125803 with diamonds dial. I personally like it, but not really willing to lose too much money on it. What do you think is a plausible reselling price?
@@RB-ky2gj well good news is those are trading about 5-6k over retail, I would enjoy it for a little while and sell it before you lose the positive equity you have in it. The two tones have historically not done so great!
The blue and brown in the Platinum one just do not match. The most awful looking in the whole Daytona line up. Good to have a see through caseback though.
