Excellent use of yoko shiho gatame. Like the video, I preferred to stay up on both knees moving with my opponent and keeping them tight against my opponent and controling the left arm and shoulder. He also moves to another pin from there when the situation changes.
I can be patient, nuetrilize and defend but being a white belt with very little technic I don't know what position to look for once I've escaped. Not even what direction. Do I go south and try for a leg, go north and try for a choke...Being patient is good but once it's go time ....I don't know where to go so I end up getting randomly tapped. Guess I need a little more training/ practice. :)
