1967 GT500 Shelby Mustang “Eleanor” off Gone in 60 Seconds 👌
Baz what this guy said
Jep elenore escaped me
It's a kit car. Looks like ford Capri chassis or something. The nose is way too high and it's sat high on the wheels
A Eleanor replica but still £150k car
Callum is A#1 welder/right hand man for WelderFabber- a true rockstar!
In about 1950, when my mom was a teenager, her parents founded Western Welding Works in Carmichael, California. So my brother and I grew up visiting a fab shop nearly once a week. By the time I was old enough to learn anything about it, the shop had more than ten years of history and a handful of additional employees, with my grandpa making the tech decisions and grandma running the office. After about 30 years at it, they sold it (to an employee) and retired, so it is no longer in the family, but it shows up for me in search results, so it appears to still be healthy today.
Cal works like a well-oiled machine that's the A team right there ❤
keep up the good work bas, cal, director
Thanks very much Baker
Quality video! Thanks for stopping by, never a dull moment 😂
D6M, fixed one before, seen acouple come through the shop and get fixed by co workers. Common spot for them to break, we pull everything close together again, gouge and weld the crack inside and out (weld topside then back gouge and weld inside you know the deal). Then put a bent 1/2” plate over the bore, and then just line bore the pivot bores again using our portable line boring setup. Haven’t seen another one come back.
Just looking in the photo album, looks like I used 3/4” not 1/2” thick, hard to tell on video. Also Been a while since I did it, about 3 1/2 years since. if I remember correctly caterpillar may have a procedure aswell. Hope this helps. Whatever you do (cat procedure or not) will be of the best quality! Been a longtime follower on Instagram!
I'm semi retired now and have to say that repairing buckets is a job I dont miss. Nice to see someone else doing it😀
Extra, Extra, read all about it, BAZ is spoiling us with extra shows. Your work ethics and experience speak very loud.
Why wouldn't people come to you well done and good luck u doing great.
So nice to know you are walking before you can run Baz as the worst thing is to get a bad name for not delivering on time. I can see you and Cal making a real go of this with all of your contacts knowing your standard of work. I’m really enjoying these new chapters and can’t wait for the next.
Baz, I must say your approach to business is spot on. Customer satisfaction is king and many companies new and old tend to forget that. Really enjoy the videos and I look forward to more of them. I like the idea of bringing on apprentices and I think you'll have a long waiting queue stacked up. Cheers.
You deserve all the success for the customer service you give
Now then baz I believe you were in our yard (nd civil) and no one told me I've got the ditcher you fixed top job👍
Was very pleasantly surprised to see a mid-week pop up in my feeds. These videos are getting better and better! Great editing of some really interesting content. Of course, super great to see the two of you building this new company. I particularly liked the shots of you two welding together :D Wishing you all the best with the new company!
Cal isn't shy of grafting, his welds are mint, a real asset and needs looking after, the way he's around is like a silent assassin 😂 👍
I would of got a workshop with a crane already in as installing one of them in your workshop if your renting isn't going to make a lot of sense if you outgrow/have to move. Maybe a jib crane is a cheaper option than gantry
Check out Mosa Generators as well Baz they're excellent.
Come in various sizes, I have 13kva one with 3 phase, & Single phase 230v & Single 110volt
Red blue & yellow I have 3500 hours on and it's been bulletproof so far.
They're made in Italy.
Well done Baz Working out OK for everyone ❤ Excellent work 😊
Happy days Baz, good that Cal got coded too, yous didn’t hang around doing thon 13t buckets, in & out and done 😂, the wee skip motor with the rear body bearers that needed welding also needed a set of rear spring eyes bushes too, but then again it’s a skip motor 😬, ideal that your looking to bring an apprentice through as well, I’m a BIG advocate for apprenticeships, my apprenticeship was the making of me, keep the videos coming my man!!!
Thanks 👍
The trailer handrail idea sounds similar to the "stake pockets" we use on trailers here in the USA. The stake pockets are welded on, and can be used for many different purposes.
Another top class video baz and Callum of two top crafts men at work
Re. The messages and emails. Perhaps get someone you trust logged in on your account to deal with messages. They can categorise the serious jobs and then forward those to you. Which helps relieve the pressure. You can also have them do your posts etc. Including schedule them. So sit down for a few hours 1day a week. Line all your posts up to go out automatically
The car is a 1967 Ford Mustang GT500 "Eleanor" recreation from the 2000 film Gone in 60 seconds starring Nicholas Cage and Angelina Jolie. A very good film in my opinion. I wonder if the news in the next chapter is expanding the current shop as I can see you outgrowing the premises very quickly, maybe an extension on the side of the current shop.
Hiya Baz ; film bullet I must say baz that trailer you bought
Is paying for its self and things are progressing lovely 👍💪🇬🇧
indeed it is
Nice to see you back on the tools baz , come on show us what your really made off , top men both you and cal
Thanks 👍
Loved this mid week chapter baz , now I have a excuse two days a week to tell the wife don’t bother me my programme is on , brilliant stuff baz looking forward to Saturday
Good stuff
Give Conrad at shout at Ac pressure washers for a washer for the workshop.
He will sort you out & he’s only in Chorley
The wash grid would have looked mega if it was galvanised. I like the Mustang, very nice indeed. Mucky buckets, had a few of them to deal with, concrete stuck in them is the worst because it has to be broken out. And, you need a much bigger building because there isn't enough room for your business and that of your brothers and a 5ton gantry crane in there would be a bit tight. Maybe, you could rent a buildig with a crane already in it, that would save you having to buy one. Interesting stuff going on as usual.
1,504 👍's up WF thank you for sharing 🤗
Baz your going to need more staff, with the Baz seal of approval there must be some more Cullum's out there what a welder, he is your right and left hand man. Looks like you'll need more space already as well. Great to see that the work is coming in .
noted..... keep watching bud
@@welderfabber Baz now I'm expecting something big, but if not that's Ok, but the sky's not even the limit for you.
@@richardlyons7582 its bigger... That all for now

Great video! Everything is coming together, baby steps. Peace and stay safe.
Just watched your video baz as ive said you were in our yard and ive just watched you and cal repair the bucket that is now on end of my machine i dont want to use it ,cos 2 welding gods have worked on it be shame to get your work dirty, top work guys👍
Great video Baz and Cal great team work.
Glad you enjoyed it
Baz & Callum doing what they do best great watch 👍🏻
That grid is mint.👍
Fantastic Baz the content is getting better with every video 👍
Telehandler would be ideal for in the workshop for lifting and moving stuff rather than the fork lift. Cheaper than a crane I would think.
keep watching bud...
Yet another fabulous chronicle, the content is always so interesting.well done and l wish you both all the best.
Great work Baz and cal, loves a mid week episode, me and my little boy watch it whilst I’m putting him to bed,

Once there was Thunderbirds to the rescue, but now it’s The WELDERFABBERS to the rescue for all your welding needs.
Eleanor replica from the 2000 version of gone in sixty seconds. It’s a 1967 Ford mustang Shelby gt500.
Nice to come home to an episode of WF❤❤
I’ve got to say Baz, I watch a HEAP of welding and fab and machinery videos, it’s so damn refreshing to see you and Callum wearing all the proper safety gear! Full overalls, proper boots, ears and eyes protected and also a first class ventilation helmet! Hats off for doing it right 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼
Great vid director Baz not Barry😂 and Cal. Delighted yous are getting loads of work and enjoying watching the progress. Eleanor is the shelby mustang out of gone in 60 seconds.

Brilliant work ethic from you both fantastic 👏
Thank you so much 😀

I know the car was in Gone In 60 Seconds but the best Mustang for m, I’m showing my age,was in Bullitt (Steve McQueen) apparently it is the best television car chase.
Fantastic work yet again Baz & Cal.
Thanks again!
Nicholas Cage's nemesis in Gone in 60 seconds "Elenor" GT500 Shelby Mustang. Another great chapter with good content, as alaways stay safe and crack on lad to the next one

I'm really happy that the business is taking off rally nicely. And we all know it will be better and better.
Great to see that there are other people out there still taking pride in their work 👍
Loving the new feel to the channel Baz plenty varied work and couldn’t help but wonder if the steel work you did on the luxury farm property in _Bowton_ 😉 didn’t come by your brothers side of the business 🤷🏻♂️
Quality runs on Cals wedding 🤜🏼⚡️🤛🏼
Keep em coming Director great stuff 👌🏼
Ooooooh big mid week drop….. very nice!! But I’ll get nothing done this morning now 😂😂
The car is a Mustang GT-500 name Eleanor from Gone in 60 seconds. Expensive car.
Amazing, absolutely brilliant👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 bring on more
Thank you! Will do!
Great video as always guys. The car is Eleanor from gone in 60 seconds
It's a kit car
I was goin to say Baz you'er going to need a lot bigger Unit it Baz but lot bigger just don't seem to cut it as once your family move in there just won't be enough space but Hey humble begining always start off small and grow into something Great again wishing you all the very best .
It's always hard to start your own business at first, but you will make it, you do high end work, with a wonderful reputation for top quality work, never mind those who criticise you, you always get a bit scum in the bottom of every barrel, Your reputation will get you to be a top company. 🤞👌
There is nothing Baz and Carl are afraid to tackle great stuff
Smashing it lads like you said baz baby steps and there's no need to run there's loads of work out there and people will wait for you as you no ya self and people no your the man to do the job all the best lads 🙌
Kicking ass
"that's a little hint, or little clue, of what I am talking about there"
My hunch: you are getting a gantry crane system soon?
close
Good video, hope you can keep up with the work load.
I reckon you'll be taking up the option of the land next door and get Dan to build you a bigger unit and he has the current unit... 🤔
Absolutely brilliant comments very well deserved all the best👍👍🐶
5.00 pm on a Friday
Cor wish I could get people to work that late on a Friday not even with a cash bribe
Come on Baz, own up, thats your new house they're building 😉😄
I wish
Gt 500 Eleanor-gone in 60 seconds - main thing great videos guys keep them up
Gone in 60 seconds! Ellenore 67 Ford mustang GT 500!
That grid should have been galvanised
You could have done with a bit of paint on that grid primer with a two pack brushable finish.
Evenin Baz, great to see the work coming in and you guys flying. Please look after your health matey, stress and long hours are a killer. Good luck to you, stay safe 👍👍😎😎
''Good breaks'' gone in 60 seconds 1967 shelbey Eleanor most real mans car rear wheel drive goin round corners side way . Very nice car one lucky guy owns that ❤
Top stuff as always👌🤙💪
great work yet again.
Top video as all ways baz outstanding work
Much appreciated
Keep up the good work bro
Baz you need to get some led stands. So you don't have your extension leads in the dirt. 👍
Not a bad idea
You need to get yourself a receptionist/call handler. Even if it's just a call forwarding system for now, without actually needing to have someone in an office at the unit. Get the biggest jobs prioritised.
good call
Good morning lads 👍 👍 👀
1967/68 Mustang GT 500 name Eleanor gone in 60 seconds …..cheers Dave W….
Great to watch 👍
