- ASMR of re-installing everything starts at 4:00. At this point with all the filming and getting these parts installed I was pretty drained and just wanted to get the car done. I had my pro-tune at English Racing scheduled the following morning and was running out of time with still needing to do my front mount intercooler. Was removing the intake manifold really necessary for the ewg uppipe and dump install? I know you had to do some changes to the turbo iwg also but jw since I want this for my setup also.
I can’t get the intake manifold back on because of the Cobb fuel lines under it.
Can you please tell me how you did it with the fuel lines under it
Make sure you routed it the same way that I did, there is very little clearance but if you get them in the right spot it should clear :)
Would you please tell m how did you route your ebcs ports to your ewg. Much appreciated
Port 1: Intake/Inlet
Port 2: External Wastgate
Port 3: Turbo
At the bottom of this site there is a schematic you can look at and it shows how it can be connected.

What did you use to plug the recirculate your turbo inlet?
I found a tapered rubber plug at an auto parts store and shoved it in as hard as I could and tied it down. Seems to do very good and doesn’t look like it will go anywhere or get loose.
Did you get a E tune done after all the mods??
I had a pro tune scheduled for right after I finished my installs. I got that done at English racing.
how come you didn't do the air pump delete while you had everything apart?
I already had so much to do and only 2 days to get it all done before my tune that I didn’t bother doing it yet. I’ll get it done later down the road and show everyone how I do it. I don’t mind taking of my manifold again.

Why do all these bolt ons and stick with a stock turbo and only 1050x injectors? You're really holding yourself back. FP Red with flex fuel would take you up to around 500whp. But with stock turbo, you'd be lucky to be pushing 400whp.. Unless I missed a video where you upgrade your turbo as well
I have a stock block, and this is not the type RA motor… I’m not trying to blow it up
@@BeeAboveAverage Nah, there are plenty of guys pushing 600whp on stock block and have zero issues. As long as you're not doing like 5th or 6th gear pulls, or pull at every opportunity, and keep up on your maintenance, you'll be fine.
Like I said, plenty of guys pushing those kinds of power on stock block. You probably are very familiar but look through Baderbuilt, plenty of examples.
There's a shop in NJ called Prime Motoring, and they build plenty of 500-600whp sti on stock block without problem.
But if you're really worried, at least do FP Green and push little past 400whp. It's really sad that you're practically fbo but just being held back by a simple turbo upgrade.
I still plan on doing e85 and then I will see where to go from there
