4th Gen 4Runner Muffler and Resonator Delete | 2007 v8 4Runner
Переглядів 270Місяць тому
I decided to do a Muffler and Resonator delete on my 2007 v8 4Runner. I made this video for anyone that has been thinking about doing the same thing and wanted to hear how it sounds. This truck has a stock exhaust on it with no engine modifications. In my opinion I think this came out very good and sounds nice and deep. There is not that much drone when driving but that could also be due to the...

Perrin Master Cylinder Brace Install | Subaru WRX/STI

Back again with another mod install on the STI! This time I am getting a Perrin master cylinder brace installed. I went with the neon yellow because I wanted to add a bit of aesthetics to the engine bay. I show you all exactly how to get this installed if it is something you are looking to do. Very simple install but can become a pain when trying to get all the bolts in their proper locations a...
How To Install A Killer B Oil Fill Relocation | Subaru WRX/STI
Переглядів 9772 роки тому
If you have a front mount intercooler this mod is a must for you! Installing the Killer B oil fill relocation is a very simple and easy mod to do. If you get as frustrated as I do when changing your oil and have a hard time getting the oil fill cap off this is a no brainer to get done to your car. I guess it took me a few oil changes to finally get fed up and purchase this for my own car and I ...

I have been wanting to grab some new fog bezels for my STI for a while now and I have been eyeing the 2018 JDM Sequential fog bezels for a good minute. I finally pulled the trigger and picked some up! These look so much better than the stock ones that come with the car and they also feature a daytime running light as well as a sequential turn signal. I couldn't be happier with how they look on ...
How To Install LED Footwell Lighting | Diode Dynamics | WRX STI

In this video I will guide you through the process of fully installing LED Footwell lighting on a Subaru WRX STI. The brand I decided to go with is of course Diode Dynamics. They make some really high quality stuff with some of the brightest LED's on the market. The majority of the install is plug and play besides needing to hardwire a power and ground to the kit. This process is very simple to...
The STI Gets A Light Upgrade! | Diode Dynamics Interior LED's

GrimmSpeed V2 Turbo Heat Shield Install On My 2018 Subaru STI
Переглядів 1,7 тис.2 роки тому
The Sti now has a turbo heat shield! I decided to go with the GrimmSpeed v2 turbo heat shield (Thermal Black) because they make really good quality parts and I like the fact that it blends in nicely into the engine bay. The v2 covers more of the turbo than their original heat shield and the black version has a thermal coating on it to help even more with keeping the heat away from the rest of y...
In Depth Look At How A Front Windshield Gets Replaced | 2018 Subaru WRX STI
Переглядів 2,2 тис.2 роки тому
Having a huge crack going across your windshield is never a good sight to look at. It is that time now for me to get that pesky windshield replaced once and for all. I did not want to do this myself as I don't have any experience replacing windshields... So I called up the best guy I know to get the job done for me. I figured I would still film the whole experience for you all to watch how this...
Finally Taking The STI On A Drive! Long Overdue

It's been a while since the last time I got to drive my STI and really enjoy it. I take you guys with me on this drive so you can really get a good impression of what the car drives like and sounds like at this stage of the cars life. This car is so much fun to drive and the sounds that it makes is music to my ears. I also went ahead and posted the car up and took some videos of it for a little...

Good to see you back on youtube!!
Thank you! 🙏🏻
How did you connect the hose to the wastegate? Looks like very little room to work with in there. First time I’m doing this and seems like every video skips this part.
Great video. I had to invest in a smaller 3/4" torque 80 lbs and 1/2' torque for stuff up to 150 lbs. I work on my Acura, Subaru, Ram Promaster and now the new Tundra. Might need to get an even higher torque wrench for some of the Ram and Tundra nuts.
need a tutorial for 92 4 runner 😅🙏🏽
Great tutorial! Really liked your choices for the music too 👍
Damn you make some good videos!! Keep it up, love watching your videos!!
This is good info!
Sheeeeeesshhhhh
Don't use iridium Ix... Wtf
Why?
Ew good way to scratch it. I mean i know its not paint but still. Just start dry scrubing on it? Yeah no. Also 4 months?! How do people just let stuff go like this. You pay good monry for something nice and shiney and then not maintain it. 4 months? It looks like it hasnt been cleaned in 4 years
😂
11:19 big mistake not putting the heat shield back on. You’ll cook your clutch and brake fluid reservoirs.
The OEM heat shield does not fit with an aftermarket Downpipe without modification. I chose to leave it out while I sourced an aftermarket option.
I was watching your video here on how to remove the intake manifold so I could upgrade to the cobb 20g
did you have to cut a hole and weld a bung for the IAT sensor? does the ETS piping come with that bung?
There is an option to buy a set that already has it welded in, that’s what I got.
Thanks for the video man. I like how you laid out the tools in the beginning for what we need.
Why was it reading 10.4???
That’s how much ethanol % the sensor was reading from the gas that was in the car.
20 seconds in and you call the circulating blower valve a “waste gate” dummy
sold the STi?
No I still have it.
Does anyone know if we can inatall a navigation app from some other source besides starlink??
Where can I get the turn signal wire harness ?
Four years later and this vid was the one 🤌🏼 only took 8 hours. Quality walkthrough
Thank you I’m glad it helped you out 😁
Make a bezel video for a Subaru legacy replacement
give me your shirt your wearing, it looks dope
You are seriously a veteran. You’ve been doing videos for so many years now, tons of them helpful and unique. I think you mentioned you live in Utah in an old video? Is that true?
I appreciate that, and I actually live in Wa state 😅
My boy likes working in the dark
I promise I don’t 🤣
what piping did you use and what tip?
The shop that I got this done at supplied all the material. I believe they used standard stainless steel. Unfortunately I’m not sure what kind of tip it is in the video, it was one I chose from the options he gave me.
Subaru starlink app doesn’t exist in store sooo trick for that unless I’m stuck with Apple car play and using Waze for GPS like I have been
Thanks , I could not find it either. 😊
sick video!! Can’t wait to see more
I’ve been wanting to put these on my Rav, thanks for the detailed installation video! 👍
Man I’ve had mine for like year and half now lol being lazy and just like I don’t want to mess it up. Seeing your video I think next weekend it’s time! Thanks for the video 🤙🏽🤙🏽
I can't find a "Subaru Starlink" app... Discontinued?
I believe they got rid of it 😢
@@BeeAboveAveragethanks
According to the paperwork I got from the dealership, this is the procedure for a 2014 Subaru Impreza WRX as well. I can't seem to get it to work though.
Thanks for the video my guy. Im just trying to get ready to help my buddy do his AOS. Were you fine using zipties or do you feel spring clamps would have been better suited?
Replacing the spark plugs looks like a PITA. LOL! You also need special socket tools to make it feasible to remove and reattach a new spark plug. You did a great job, and thanks for taking the time to share this tutorial.
I'm planning to fabricate a pair of these out of PVC foamboard, I'll measure out and use a Chinagraph pencil to mark the spacing. The tape is 3M VHB which can be bought on Amazon. I'll be bollocksed if I'm going to spend £60 on the branded version. Thanks for the guidance. Thumbs up.
Considering all the work that goes into it, I would check the plug gaps out of the box with a proper wire gauge. Yes,they can be gapped.
Did they get rid of the app?
Yes they did :(
Who still says stages 😂
🥲
Does your navigation still work today on the same vehicle ?
what type of grease ?
11:05 😍
Are the heat shields necessary?
Leaking because the lube you put on the feed line was not you that connector it was for the threads of the fuel line AN fittings. Probably why everything was leaking, also I would recommend an AN adjustable wrench. Great video man. Love the vibes in that garage!
Thank you bro 😁
Hang on. A stock uppipe like shown in your photo flows just as good as an aftermarket uppipe if we are talking without a EWG. Who told you the stock one doesn’t flow as good?
What Milwaukee impact is that?
Your video showing the car rolling back , can show car hold by the assist?
Love me some Panda
Dope man, helped out a ton, probably helps with saving the rear brake
Where did you get the tune and what is the website to obtain it.
Good job cutting man. At this time 4yrs ago what were you making on the set up ?
I can't seem to find the app on Google play. Did they stop it?
