I will start here, for the cadalidik converter is still there and she is stock all the way. Remember that every thing you see is composite plastics and this is way you see spider cracks on the parts of this car. For they tied to lighted up the cars for better gas mileage at that time .For this Vett is as lovely as can be and she out doe's the imports every time.
I remember only rich folks had this car and not being from money I was told that buy my father. He threw shade on this car before we knew what throwing shade was.
The car has some flaws but it runs like a bat out of hell. I was really surprised at how fast that car was on the top of my head i think the car came with 240 HP. New tires look fantastic
CLASSICS FROM THE DECADES PAST , MY BOSS WOULD BUY HIS WIFE A NEW CORVETTE EVERY 2 -3 YEARS AND SELL THE OLD ONE WITH LOW MILES FOR ALMOST HALF OF A NEW ONE !!!! WHEN CARS WERE WORTH PAYING FOR !!! BEAUTIFUL EXAMPLE NICK MINOR BLEMISHES THAT CAN BE FIXED !!!!
When these were new dealers were marking them up thousands over the price and getting it because there were only five hundred built. And if it was an L82 four speed it was marked up more. I wonder if the decals that came with this one are hidden under a seat or floor mat.
Cool looking chevy, looks like a cool cockpit from inside absolut gourgeus 😎 😊 😊 drivning around in this would be fun thanks Nick stay cool great 🎶 🎶 music 🤟 🎶 🎶
Awesome channel and vids!! Stupid question; why does the horn not work in most of these used cars? Is it one of the first things that goes with old cars? Again, I know, stupid question lol. I’m just surprised on how many don’t work.
Horns used to work by a disc in the steering column. It was a metal spring loaded pin that would ride along a metal disc. When you pushed the horn button it would "ground" the It would get worn down and not make good contact. To fix it, you had to take apart the whole steering column from the inside which was not an easy job to do. Taking apart an older car steering column to fix the horn was like rebuilding a Transmision. Complicated if you didn't know what you were doing ....
Now that is just a nice solid classic, & probibally my favourite year, I'm definately going to look you guys up if I'm ever in the States, cheers from Australia.
Yesterday I finally went flat broke so I went to the city and applied for welfare and food stamps they were able to give me welfare but no food stamps although they did give me a 1984 Corvette with the crossfire injection motor for free it doesn't run

Remember when the car’s dash was like a cockpit, with no tablets, or backup screen?
Love this Vette!!!!
It's " Corvette Summer" at Maple Motors 🖤💥---------------------------- 🏁
A good set of heads cam, lifters and carb with a proper dual exhaust would wake this sweet ride up
Or at least pull the clogged cat.
Cool 😎 . I remember when they were offered to the public with all the hype. And the collectors bought them up fast !
I remember only rich folks had this car and not being from money I was told that buy my father. He threw shade on this car before we knew what throwing shade was.
Let’s get a few doughnuts in future posts. That way we can see if the kickdown is hooked up.

For all the paint imperfections that car still looks awesome from 50 ft💁♂️ Neoprene looks pretty straight 😁
love the look of these 1978 pace cars
Best Bang for Your Buck Cruiser!! It’s not a GT500 1000hp Hennessy. It’s a very nice fix the AC Car!!!

What a beautiful ride, you won't find them this clean, and it's definitely priced to sell 👍 Nick.
Does Beuford T Justice ever pull you over on your test drive video's ?
Only when he drives the trans am. 😎

Don't you wish you had one too?🏁🇱🇷🏁🇱🇷🏁🇱🇷🤴
Nice Corvette price isn't too bad. Needs the pace car stickers. Horn not a big deal to fix.

love this year vette nice that the dash has not been cut up for a after market radio or trash like that
What a sweet ride!❤ wanted one for years! Love this one and the collectors edition.
Good looking Vette! 🏁
This is the third Corvette in two days, nice, Even though I'm not a Corvette dude.
It needs some borla exhaust. With a 5.2
This is a vette I'd like to take on an endless road trip.
U can tell this is a solid car. Nice One.
This Corvette is alot nicer that the 1969 you had yesterday, for sure..same money too.
its amazing how many of the cars you test drive have horns that dont work!
21:20 Isn't that radio also a 8-track tape player ?
That's my favorite body style true American. Not European .
That Corvette is in very good condition specially the inside is in one piece nice overall presentation 👍
Thanks 👍

Usually the last thing people think about working on I assume. Thanks for watching

Oh wow, had no idea, thanks for great explanation! @@dannyg402012
Some nice corvettes this week. I have to get me one of those cameras you use. The video is like watching a 4 k movie.
Ayyy thanks
No luck with the horns this😊 week
beautiful car
This is probably the best Corvette on the lot, imo.
I liked the one from earlier in the week better but that's just me. Both nice cars.
Now that is just a nice solid classic, & probibally my favourite year, I'm definately going to look you guys up if I'm ever in the States, cheers from Australia.
Good looking original corvette.
Still available?
Beautiful
78 vette 😊
👍
Sweet ride.
WOW it got me on the horn
Nick you make hard to pick a favorite that's one nice vet what can say I am a car guy who loves the classics
L48 was 185hp. L82 was 225hp.
That's a good one.❤👍
Nice ride
Thanks 👍
Excellent.
Looks nice but I think that’s a L48 under the hood
No. That's an L82. The L48 had different valve covers.
L48 had blue valve covers
🤘💯😝💯🤘
Absolutely beautiful!
That's a good looking ride man.
Thanks 👍
Classic.
That's my dream car.
another turbo 350 transmission down under,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,
What do you think 90% of the horns on those cars don’t work what is that? That’s crazy.
Very nice vett
Being a pace car increases value from $7000 to 21,000? Just bought a vette 79 in WI with 61,000mi for 6,500 and is well taken of.
You just got a steal of a deal
Yesterday I finally went flat broke so I went to the city and applied for welfare and food stamps they were able to give me welfare but no food stamps although they did give me a 1984 Corvette with the crossfire injection motor for free it doesn't run
You are on your way to glory.
Does this place finance with perty good down payment
If I ever trade a car into you, I’m going to put front and back train horns on it first
let's go for a RADD?
why - is there something wrong with the cooling system?
These seem to always be automatic😢
WOULD YOU LIKE A SHOT OF WILD TURKEY OFFICER ???????
what a dreadful car. I had a 76 and it was even more dreadful. An awful time for design and performance.
Car LOST value by removing the pace car lettering.
What's going on Nick, back from Vacation, back on the seen, that a nice 78 corvette, she sounds good 👍 🍺💯
