If you use bombs on lower levels you're bad because you won't have them later. Killing the shopkeepers isn't a big deal because you can just use your bombs to kill them. Am I the only one who sees the problem here?

The Kapala is pretty well balanced with all of the instant death opportunities, along with being permastunned by Shopkeepers, multiple enemies, and, as you showcased, apparently spike/punch traps 😂
Things that I a layman would maybe see changed. Rework the turkey quest to be a bit more rewarding and maybe make its appearance random. Prevent lizardman truly random telefrags and make the ghost spawn on grabbing the diamond. Make Vlad's Castle more rewarding because of how good the Black Market is. And remove shopkeepers rope stun so it is actually a decision of whether or not to kill them.
Hey Ryan, idk if anyone told you, but one of the Jedi masters(specifically the old woman in the prequels that ran the archives) did make a rifle out of her lightsaber. But it destroyed the kyber crystal in it after about 6 shots.
also in terms of your light gun, blasters are actually far more effective. a lightsaber would just go right through a person while blasters fire superheated particle blasts that basticlly melt a person from the inside out.

i actually just went through it frame by frame because of your comment and for a single frame the telepack is there, so im assuming it got lit on fire when nl killed the shopkeep and then somehow triggered itself and tp'd.
When the telepack takes damage and starts to explode, it teleports to a random location (in this instance, outside the shop) before actually blowing up, hence the explosion out of nowhere. The explosion inside the shop that opened the way to the Udjat Eye was from the hoverpack that was in there. Hope this helps! :)
