Oh hey I’m happy to know that!! Yes, if you want a thicker sauce you’ll need the cornstarch. If you don’t mind the sauce going towards the looser side then skip it. Let me know how it goes!

This looks so delicious! Are there any substitute for turmeric leaves? I have never seen them in grocery stores near me.
I omit the turmeric leaves whenever I don’t have them so no worries 😉.
