well my skidoo 600 RS 2009 pullstart is hanging on buy metal wire... the last owner crossthreaded three off the hole's in the engien mount. ohh well it still coes like a cannon! awesome vids keep it up! i hafe been watching for 2-3 years now since the REv biuld and it never gets old!
Another good trick is to put reflective tin tape on the outside of the recoil, helps to reflect the heat from the exhaust and keeps the parts inside from wearing down as quick
I have a 2004 bombardier Quest Max 650. The pull start was never installed from the factory. I'm going to need the entire assembly. Does anyone have a link to that?
I have an aftermarket starter recoil kit on my 2007 Summit 800 Adrenaline. Works great when it's cold. But after the sled has been running and it's hot it skips like crazy when I go to restart. Why? Is there a fix for this issue!?
hoping you can help my gsx ho wants to go into reverse sa it fires ????? we were doing top end and noticed loose magnets on the flywheel. we replaced flywheel . im thinking this may have contributed to top end damage idk
In 2016 I bought a new ski doo mxz 600 carb for my son thinking I wouldn't have to work on it .Less than 1000 miles on it and the rewind starter blew up and shut Snowmachine off.I took the rewind starter off and there are plastic and metal fragments all ground up between the flywheel and stater .What kind of stuff are BRP building?
I pulled my recoil on my sled I have a formula z 583 and the third time I pulled it my cord came out and didn't go back in I checked it my spring is fine my cord still won't go back in

Hey Louis, I have been looking into doing some upgrades to my rev do you still think these old sleds are worth their while? The particular upgrades I am looking at I could easily sell the sled and get an xp in place of it. Thanks

I have a 95 summit 583 rotax and its so hard to pull. Can you switch out a 97 recoil assembly to make it easier to pull?. If so how do you do it

Is that for most models of newer skidoos? I have a 03 rev 800, never had a problem with it.

Nope there actually by far best product i think for tethers ive fallen off many times and its held up mount right on the bars
