Best grocery shopping video on M&S to date. It seems that Chris is one of the few bodybuilders who truly emphasize health in terms of lots of fruits, veggies, and whole grain carbs. Great video!
Good trick on the nut butter! I always just open up the next one when the one in the fridge is low and has the hard sediment on the bottom. Mix a little in there from the new container and good to go!
Very educational grocery trip! I love these runs to the store. I never noticed when things were purchased the amount it cost.. was that new that you guys added in? Love the detail and explanation on everything he bought. A lot of those tips were awesome! I still would like to see what his total amount would have been, but I guess I'll go back and rewatch and add it up and compare. M.S., you guys out do yourself every single time! Keep up the good work! M.r.Tuttle is bad ass!👊
Great shopping video. I was pretty surprised to see Chris buy some apples and strawberries but no bananas pineapple kiwis or any other fruitS. I love fruits and veggies👍🏼 best wishes from Germany🤙🏼
It's great to have variety when it comes to vegetables. During the summer season, I opt for zucchini, grape tomatoes, and cucumbers to be fair. I am not a fan of nut butters because where I live most of the ones in the stores have added oils and sugars, so I stick to nuts and tahini nonetheless I always check what's posted on the label of each product. When it comes to eggs, I buy from the local markets on the street which sell pasture raised or free-range ones and they are indeed tastier than factory ones. In addition, the local markets on the street tend to be cheaper than the big supermarkets where I live and that's a huge bonus. I assume the tip for nut butters also works on tahini as well; I'll give it a go next time I buy. Cheers :D
Sometimes I'll eat noodles with scrambled eggs mixed and some soy sauce or just butter and maybe onions. I'm surprised I havent seen anyone mix noodles with eggs, It's always oatmeal or rice.
This is a great vid and very educational. As far as Brussel sprouts giving gas, farts are an amazing and very peaceful way of ridding yourself of daily nuisance so Brussel sprouts for me
Honestly I would love to know if Chris is enhanced or natural. He seems to be very health oriented and it would just be interesting to know his philosophy on that and how he might balance that with steroid use (if he does use it).
He could buy the spring mix and spinach at aldi for 2.50 each instead of $5 and his ground bison at $10 switch for grass fed ground beef for $6 , but these guys are loaded or get sponsorships I assume
Can you suggest me a protein powder without soya protein and soya lecithin because I am allergic to it and give the name of brand because I am from nagpur,India
Spinach is extremely high in oxalates and will cause a ray of health issues throughout the entire body. Same goes for the nut butters to with high oxalates. Vegetables are not as bio available micro nutrient and wouldn't be better to eat 100% grass-fed grass-finished meats? Vital farm brand is a really good brand but it's not corn and soy free. I'm really interested in knowing your thoughts.
Good Nutrition but honestly what’s the point of being on that much PEDs other than Trt if you’re not actively competing, it’s his life obviously but sometimes it has to be brought up as it’s taking years away in certain scenarios
Huh? Good on you assuming. You act like you can't have a lot of muscle without PED's. Lmao I've dcne it myself. Just takes longer. Obviously you won't look like Ronnie Coleman and this guy is nowhere close, but I'm 5'10" and my personal best in my 30s was around 220lb and 8% body fat. Took over 10 years with a really good diet. You can do it, just more work without the drugs.
@@wombat5252 I’ve worked out for a a decade sir, I know what’s possible natural and unnatural long term, our bodies naturally are not made to have that 3d pump look or 3d muscle, you will always be able to tell who’s natural and who is not, So you can have muscle natural but big and shredded no, you can’t have both that’s not how human body works, you might of been lean but you weren’t big and peeled
Same mushrooms are half the price in Canada (from the USA to our shelves). And on top of it all, you're legit eating unhealthy anyways, its all mass produced pesticide, hormones. Imagine bodybuilders had gardens.... Your work out can be in the garden, bunch of hams.
You need to eat more foods that actually leave you full vs all of this super low calorie foods that maskerade as being full, plus all of those leafy greens and vegetables will leave you bloated, masking a real full feeling vs simply being bloated. Why so many fruits and vegetables? Jesus come on man, where is the meat and protein? I've never seen a bodybuilder spend so much time on the foods that make literal to no difference, this guy would be better served focusing on Carnivore. Also getting rid of the red meat for chicken will not leave you more full and never waste any meat, at all.
this guy is one of the few bodybuilders who knows about nutrition and cares about the quality of his food.
and taste too
He's a educated nutritionist

So happy you enjoyed this episode thank you for the support!
Evan Centopani does also, but I agree Chris is top tier.
This is why I love watching these types of videos. I learned so much about nutrition just from this video alone!
really enjoy this type of vids as well as full day of eating videos! chris is so nice! let’s go guys! :)
He's the best!
Good trick on the nut butter! I always just open up the next one when the one in the fridge is low and has the hard sediment on the bottom. Mix a little in there from the new container and good to go!
This man just taught me how to shop at Central market. I go to this exact store. His Cart is easily 300 bucks though
Dude I’m jealous that store looks amazing - I feel you on the $300 tho ☹️😭🤣
@@muscleandstrength yes it is amazing. I go there weekly. Fresh produce, fresh not frozen meats and seafood.
Best to spend money on healthy foods now then spend thousands of dollars on hospital visits later from bad and unhealthy foods/diet.
Not $300 … about $180-$210
Definitely over 300 bucks. The chicken and beef itself is 150. I shop at this store. For 9 items it’s 100.
I like How Chris educates his fans Nutritional and in the gum 💪 🇬🇧
great tip on storing the almond butter upside down. thank you.
Love these videos. They give so much information and different approaches to proper dieting 🙏
He really explains everything. Pretty good water enhancer.
That’s why I wanted to do this colab! So much great info!!
Always nice to watch a video and learn a few things. Thanks Chris!
Always gonna be a good day when new muscle and strength video on full day of eating comes out

People really need to go to his channel. He has so many great videos on nutrition.

@@muscleandstrength Thanks for the content :).
Chris Tuttle is amazing

We need more Chris Tuttle videos
Keep doing your thing man
This dude giving out the real information people need to see!
Central Market is 🔥🔥🔥
So much great information in this video!
Glad it was helpful!
I love Central Market! They have great produce, they also have Elk and Venison! 💪
More of Tuttle!
Great video!
After his FDOE vid, I knew this was going to be a super informative watch.
Yes lol absolutely
Of all the people on the planet, you talk to yourself more than anyone… make sure you’re saying the right things.
Worries about Brussel sprout consumption but going for the nut butter?
Smart guy.
You know you got money when Central Market is your go to store
😂
Sometimes I'll eat noodles with scrambled eggs mixed and some soy sauce or just butter and maybe onions. I'm surprised I havent seen anyone mix noodles with eggs, It's always oatmeal or rice.
My man worried about carbohydrates from brussels sprouts, lmao
more like "aware" vs worried.
WOW! That store seemingly had everything ! What is the name of the store. I have to go to 3 different locations to get that kind of variety.
Good stuff
I'm going to use that nut butter upside down in the fridge trick.
That almond butter tip is going to save me lol😂!!!
wow its really expensive in usa, in french its not like that but with have a lot of inflation
This store is a bit more expensive as well but yes food prices are and have continued to rise a good bit here 😭
Pork is the other "white meat" and it helps my digestion.
Absolutely love Central Market (Mill Creek WA). Where is this??
Right outside of Dallas !
Man knows a thing or two about taking dumps
Honestly pushing for more digestion talk on here - you’d be surprised how many dudes go days without taking a proper dump eating 6 meals a day.
@@muscleandstrength I love it! I am blessed with Crohns so sadly I always have a reason to poop 😂
Ahhh yes those flare ups are very frustrating I can imagine!
Relatively affordable or the most expensive eggs on the shelf
Oohhh no wonder, he's a RD!!! 🎉
This is a great vid and very educational. As far as Brussel sprouts giving gas, farts are an amazing and very peaceful way of ridding yourself of daily nuisance so Brussel sprouts for me
The palm oil (supposedly) only becomes unhealthy when it's heated.
Never heard anyone say uncooked spinach can cause constipation.
I was waiting for the final bill 😢
Get the red palm oil in your nut butter.
Honestly I would love to know if Chris is enhanced or natural. He seems to be very health oriented and it would just be interesting to know his philosophy on that and how he might balance that with steroid use (if he does use it).
He is very open and transparent about what he has and does take , give his personal content pages a follow to learn more.
❤❤

Natural Force and FlavCity are both good brands
@@haileycannon7566 actually I am from nagpur,India
Just get a whey protein, they normally don't contain any soy.
$10 for the butters!?!?! They have that same one for $1.99 at the dollar store😂😂😂😂
You sure it’s the exact same ?
@@muscleandstrength 100%!!!!!!!!!!!! And they have all the same flavors!!
If you don't know who Bob Evans is at this point, have you even dieted?
Inspiration to eat more veggies.

Only BB who eats carrots...I thought I was the only psycho carrot eater...Please get a pineapple
Carrots have a good crunch lol

Oaty nutbutter
Not sure what all those green and colorful things are?
Seem like some kind of weird voodoo foods.
Bodybuilders don’t need that stuff.
😂😂
IFBB Pros when they downsize look much better...or so I think
I agree too. This is an awesome look

The opposite of greg doucette
Anyone else worried abt how long that chicken he bought was probably out at room temp till he got it home?
Nah only you.
Lol - I think he is ok
Boring. Great Rig though 💪🏽
not a single vegetable in sight 😑
Chris is very intelligent, no doubt. Unfortunately, he has the charisma of a boiled egg
Man spinach sucks
Too many vegetables
