How to replace IWE Check valve and Vacuum solenoid on F-150. Part Number for Vacuum Solenoid: 7L1Z*9H465*B The part number for the check valve: XR3Z-19A563-AA
This is perfect how i run into this type of problem and now seeing how this part works and what it does its the best and quick info i needed. Everything under my expedition is brand to make the 4wd work perfect and to see something this small for the part to work right its what i need and i can replace this haha Thank you so much ....!
Got a question... What's that breather hose called below the brake booster?; Long, Black and twisted... Dogs tore up lines... and i need to know the name and location of where to put it... I got the same truck as in the video...
My 2017 makes the grinding sound for 1/2 mile or so, then suddenly stops. I tried shifting the truck to 4h and it stopped. Is this what youe experienced?
The check valve was bad. The system would lose vacuum pressure and It would cause the hubs to engage without switch input while I was driving at speed.

It where is the sensor that make that selenoid to work ? Because seens like is not doing its job and a got a new one

@@robertdavis9821 My sound was intermittent…. Around 30-50 mph. It would only happen every now and then and wasn’t constant.

The four-wheel-drive system would engage on its own while driving at speed
Did it fix your iwe issue? I replaced the little check valve but its still doing it.
