You might want to try this.... Hold left brake and throttle at full with bike powered off for about 12 seconds, then release. Next go into settings on your display after powered on (hold the plus and minus in simultaneously, this is for the s866) press power button to cycle to setting PO8 an then use the plus to set it to like 40 or 50.it goes to a hundred but that is irrelevant as the motor will only go so fast regardless of this setting. Then just wait for the display to go back to std view about 5 seconds. Turn it off then on again and see if PAS3 no longer has restriction. This is what I needed to do on my BK11M (US spec)

Do a tutoriol on how to isnstall a throttle on the bike and the name of throttle
