I honestly don’t go to the doctor much anymore unless I have some sort of serious injury because any complaint or issue I have almost always results in one of two responses: “take some ibuprofen,” or “have you considered medication for anxiety?” No one ever investigates anything, it’s just “take ibuprofen.”

This is horrible! I have learned so many natural remedies for my body from you that I could not get from my doctor. I had covid 2 xs and have suffered bad side affects. My father studied at Palmer college in 1962, ( we moved to USA from South Africa for the time of his studies, then returned to SA where he was keen to start his practice, it was a tough time for alternative practitioners in those days in SA, the government then tried very hard to stop people from doing anything that actually helped people , he persevered and his practice was very successful, he helped hundreds of people. Just say no to maintenance drugs. I just got my 92 year old mother out of skilled nursing and tapered her off of 17 prescriptions. It was horrific. She is now living with me and doing great. All her vitals are just perfect now. She is even learning many new things. Dr. Berg, you rock!❤

Medical doctors in other countries also practice natural medicine, natural therapies, are nutritionists, don't have to follow insurance approval for treatment, can perform any test, no need for referrals either, or anything. My father was suppose to have surgery in August for prostate. And after watching your videos on prostate I told him what to eat and what not to eat. That's...that's dangerous, if a licenced medical professional says you need surgery then no amount of dietary changes will change that, sure you can get a second or even a third opinion from other licenced medical professionals but it will most likely not change much.

Keep up the good work Dr. Berg! My husband was diagnosed with high blood sugar and high blood pressure,and he was not overweight he just ate a lot of carbs and sugar. He told his doctor he was going to make diet and lifestyle changes to fight his illness. The doctor told him she didn't believe he could do it and wrote him 2 prescriptions. He didn't fill the prescriptions, instead he followed everything to do on your channel, with diet, and he stepped up his exercise. When he went back in 2 months , all tests were negative, clear. The doctor told him he could get off his meds,and he told her he never took them. No congrats from her either , he changed his doctor after that checkup.👍.

Dear Dr. Berg, Keep up with the great job! I have been on Keto diet with 18 hours fasting since June 2023. Although I have had some cheating (!) regarding the kind of food and also the hours of fasting, I never thought of stopping my diet. My cloths are getting more comfortable and I feel to have lots of energy. This is the most convenient diet that I have ever had in my life. I would look at Keto as my regular/ usual/ permanent way of eating for the rest of my life. When I went to my Doctor for a check-up last year, I mentioned that I had started intermittent fasting. Surprisingly, she was completely against the idea and claimed that fasting would have negative effects in the long term. I was truly disappointed that a qualified doctor would disregard the benefits of fasting. It made me realize that this doctor prioritized providing temporary solutions to ensure repeat visits instead of promoting true overall well-being. May be an option would be that the government would set up free health clinics and for those not able to pay or secure medication‘s. I hope they come up with something that will help the people. Though, that percentage is low across all diseases but dependent on the genetic classification of the disease, it may work very well. I had a heart attack 10 years ago. I followed the keto diet, used the d3k2, electrolyte powder, nutritional yeast, and exercised very religiously. I lost 40 pounds. I WAS type one diabetic and started watching Dr Berg in February of this year. By March I’d quit alcohol, cigarettes, did a 42 day fast, lost 50+ lbs during that fast and have remained low and dropping, eliminated blood pressure and psych meds, and reduced insulin intake from 50 units per day to just 20. I exercise everyday. I’m still losing weight. My brain is SHARP! I’ve regained motivation in areas that it felt like I’d lost forever. I only eat between 1-3pm daily and fast 48hrs every weekend. He’s right. Ketoacidosis is prone to diabetics but I’ve not entered into that state. My sugar levels weren’t this great even when I was vegan. This info isn’t misleading. This diet is good short term to lose weight only. But long term it's detrimental, we need carbs and sugar for brain function. The body terns sugar into b vitamins that are vital for brain health. A balanced diet is always best and fad diets should only be used short term. It's like veganism, it helps us to lose weight but then we begin to miss out on vital vitamins.
Keto/low carb saved my life. Eight years ago I was overweight & diabetic. I was able to lose weight & bring my glucose levels down to normal levels by eliminating carbs from my diet. My father studied at Palmer college in 1962, ( we moved to USA from South Africa for the time of his studies, then returned to SA where he was keen to start his practice, it was a tough time for alternative practitioners in those days in SA, the government then tried very hard to stop people from doing anything that actually helped people , he persevered and his practice was very successful, he helped hundreds of people. Just say no to maintenance drugs. I just got my 92 year old mother out of skilled nursing and tapered her off of 17 prescriptions. It was horrific. She is now living with me and doing great. All her vitals are just perfect now. She is even learning many new things. Dr. Berg, you rock!❤

Did you run the course of usual medications for blood pressure, if so. On top of what you get from Berg, do you still use the meds. Keep up the good work Dr. Berg! My husband was diagnosed with high blood sugar and high blood pressure,and he was not overweight he just ate a lot of carbs and sugar. He told his doctor he was going to make diet and lifestyle changes to fight his illness. The doctor told him she didn't believe he could do it and wrote him 2 prescriptions. He didn't fill the prescriptions, instead he followed everything to do on your channel, with diet, and he stepped up his exercise. When he went back in 2 months , all tests were negative, clear. The doctor told him he could get off his meds,and he told her he never took them. No congrats from her either , he changed his doctor after that checkup.👍.

I have been on Keto diet with 18 hours fasting since June 2023. Although I have had some cheating (!) regarding the kind of food and also the hours of fasting, I never thought of stopping my diet. My cloths are getting more comfortable and I feel to have lots of energy.
This is the most convenient diet that I have ever had in my life.
I would look at Keto as my regular/ usual/ permanent way of eating for the rest of my life.
Could you please let us know about the number of people like me Whose surveys have been greatly supporting what you had explained about Keto diet?

When I went to my Doctor for a check-up last year, I mentioned that I had started intermittent fasting. Surprisingly, she was completely against the idea and claimed that fasting would have negative effects in the long term. I was truly disappointed that a qualified doctor would disregard the benefits of fasting. It made me realize that this doctor prioritized providing temporary solutions to ensure repeat visits instead of promoting true overall well-being. Ever since I started fasting, my mental and physical health have significantly improved. I am grateful to Dr. B for sharing his expertise on fasting, keto, and various other topics. Its despicable how big pharma and the controlled medical establishment want us to take expensive drugs which don't work most of the time, and make us more sick. Sick people buy a lot of drugs, and so their goal is to make sure we don't get better, ever!

Good for you this is very alarming news. It is censorship, and it is against freedom of speech, and it frightens me to think where we’re all headed here in the United States.
May be an option would be that the government would set up free health clinics and for those not able to pay or secure medication‘s. I hope they come up with something that will help the people. They are our governing body. They are supposed to care about the citizens of the United States come on people in charge, do you have a great challenge before you the medical profession remember do no harm may be all of you doctors can set up free health clinics for people who cannot afford health coverage.

@@rethink_itagreed. If anyone seen a child die from chemo directly they would think differently. But immunotherapy quite good in not much side effects and when it works. It works very well. Though, that percentage is low across all diseases but dependent on the genetic classification of the disease, it may work very well. The future looks like immunotherapy or the next iteration of it... As in immunotherapy's successor.
I had a heart attack 10 years ago. I followed the keto diet, used the d3k2, electrolyte powder, nutritional yeast, and exercised very religiously. I lost 40 pounds. Two years ago the 3 heart tests done by the cardiologist are all negative. That visit was short. Dr said, nothings wrong with your heart and walked out of the room! Thank you Dr Berg. I hope you go on another platform. The truth will not be stopped.

I am one of Dr. Berg's success stories. I weighed 350 lbs. and had an A1C of 13 before I found your videos and teachings. I am now below 200 lbs. (for the first time in over 30 years) and my A1C is 4.6. I WAS type one diabetic and started watching Dr Berg in February of this year. By March I’d quit alcohol, cigarettes, did a 42 day fast, lost 50+ lbs during that fast and have remained low and dropping, eliminated blood pressure and psych meds, and reduced insulin intake from 50 units per day to just 20. I exercise everyday. I’m still losing weight. My brain is SHARP! I’ve regained motivation in areas that it felt like I’d lost forever. I only eat between 1-3pm daily and fast 48hrs every weekend. He’s right. Ketoacidosis is prone to diabetics but I’ve not entered into that state. My sugar levels weren’t this great even when I was vegan. This info isn’t misleading. Exactly, i was on toxic doses of antipsychotics before i started eating the ketogenic diet. I almost had prediabetes because antipsychotics are hard on your pancreas & metabolism. Most doctors just want to push their toxic pills and get a pat on the back for seeming to help people.

This diet is good short term to lose weight only.
But long term it's detrimental, we need carbs and sugar for brain function. The body terns sugar into b vitamins that are vital for brain health.
A balanced diet is always best and fad diets should only be used short term.
It's like veganism, it helps us to lose weight but then we begin to miss out on vital vitamins.
Keto/low carb saved my life. Eight years ago I was overweight & diabetic. I was able to lose weight & bring my glucose levels down to normal levels by eliminating carbs from my diet. This has been dangerous to drug companies and food companies because I am no longer purchasing their products. People are dying because the truth is being withheld. Thank you, Dr. Berg. You have done a lot of good & many people are grateful.
