Thank you for the upload. Sometimes I find the pressure on my lower back too much in this pose. However, I no problem with boat pose. So I tend to go for this instead. I'll try some of the variations you suggested, maybe that will help.🙏
Pay attention to your back, yes, it’s better to start with simplified versions
