Feels like perfect timing. I’ve had to stop working out all summer cause the heat had been affecting my chronic conditions, making me very sick. I’m finally okay enough to go back to gym and it’s going to feel like starting from zero. This is a good reminder to stay determined :)

I'm looking to grow some muscle in my body, and I want to keep running. How should I balance out doing cardio and weight training without losing muscle? (I heard that doing too much cardio is bad for muscle growth.)
