I just got back into the gym after having surgery and I was so afraid because none of my friends were going and they typically were guiding me through it. I did your leg routine for beginners today and I felt so good after! I am doing arms on Wednesday and I am actually excited to go! I will be using your channel for all of my workout needs. You do such a good job at explaining everything.
Super helpful. I haven’t gotten a gym membership yet but I’m taking advantage of the hotel gym on vacation to teach myself the machines so I’ll be more confident when I do get a gym membership. So much less pressure when I’ll never see the other patrons again.
I’m just happy to find videos like this until I begin a routine, and as I find videos to guide me along. I have my first ever gym membership, and I am so fortunate that the gym I goto is a small private owned one that not a lot of people are at during the time that I go, so I feel comfortable as I’m just starting and not so embarrassed that I have no clue what I’m doing. Most mornings I have sat here for about 20 min, finding a video that matches the machine I see and then I see if it’s something I’m wanting to try. So thank you for this guide. I appreciate it. ☺️

I know I’m not her, but from personal experience a lot of people will do a cardio on those days. I recommend starting with it as a warm up. Never do it after leg work outs you could really injure yourself. Hope this helps.
I like watching this videos because I don’t know how to use some machines yet 😂 I was working out yesterday but didn’t adjust the machine and a guy who worked at the gym had to come and fix it for me. It was embarrassing because it was so obvious but I didn’t know 😭
Heyyy🌿So at this young age you should stay away from weights.The heavy weights effects the growing process .So you are not a teenager yet making it important not to do weights at all unless its vert very light....but don't.Go do cardio .Do body-weight exercises like pushups.This is very important.🌷🌷🌷🌷

Hey I started at the gym and I've noticed I can only Bicep curl 4. 5kg but I can lift 27kg on the tricep extentions easily, is it normal to have such a massive difference between the two? Amazing video by the way thank you so much 🖤🖤
I have the same problem. Some of my friends who are more experienced in the gym had that problem too; they said as long as your form is good and you're progressively increasing the weight it shouldn't be a problem. There are prolly a lot of videos about this issue, but I hope this helps!
I have a question are you supposed to have your back arched? I thought it was you have to keep your back flat but I keep seeing all these ppl having arched backs and saying it was good form so Idk
is it enough to only do my arm/shoulders/back workout with the machines ? Like i’m not trying to get bulky, just wanna gain some muscle in those areas, so are the machines okay? like only machines lol

It’ll be completely different for everyone! But if I had to give a ballpark, anywhere from 100-400 calories will prob be normal. ☺️
