While I want Winds of Winter very badly, I would def watch The Arya Chronicles: West of Westeros. A skinchanger warg traveling uncharted waters appeals to my love of the magic lore of this world GRRM created. And maybe she gets to Asshai by the shadow and finds the body of Daenerys being preserved for some random reasons.
You are the reason winds will never be finished. Because you'll just consume whatever product is placed in front of you, and then make an excuse for consuming product
@@DuelyusSeazerLMAO, I'm the reason GRRM is choosing to do side quests instead of finishing his original work? I am very interested to know how I would have any sway on what GRRM is doing.
@@AKWatchX Yes. Yes you are. If nobody watched House of the Dragon, do you think he'd bother making an Arya tv series. And if people didn't watch the Arya tv series, do you think he'd bother making any other tv series? People are far too forgiving for Season 7 and 8 of GoT, and GRRM is publicly unhappy with HBO's progress with House of the Dragon. He needs to finish the books because GoT didn't end the way anybody liked, and House of the Dragon isn't progressing the way he wants either. Why would you make a 3rd tv series when the first 2 aren't what he envisioned? Hasn't anybody learned that Hollywood cannot create anything effectively without his written source material? Where's the written source material about Arya's journey west? Is it going to be in Winds of Winter? Yes. You, and people like you are consumer goblins who will consume whatever media is placed in front of you if it is even remotely linked to something else you enjoyed. Consume product, speak positively about it, rinse and repeat. NPC behaviour
@@DuelyusSeazerdon't be dumb bro. George is literally a grown ass man, he can pick and choose what he wants to do with his time and clearly there's a reason for him prioritizing other things over winds of winter and dream of spring. If your logic was sound and the shows were the reason he hasn't finished the books then how come he released the knight of the seven kingdoms, fire and blood and world of ice and fire books instead of the last 2 books? Those aren't shows, they're written books. Maybe apply some critical thinking before coming on the internet and acting like a mean girl just because your favourite author is choosing to do whatever HE wants with HIS time and HIS life.
Well we cant blame Hollywood for this one. GRRM will destroy his own legacy himself. I understand taking phone calls from Hollywood executives is stimulating, especially when they're kissing your a55. But finishing the books is far more important to his legacy than an Arya spinoff tv series very few people asked for
@JohnnyRaven69 I get it. Fans will consume content because it's in the universe they like, but Arya sailing west should be a far lower priority. More important stories are: first long night, construction of the wall and formation of the Nights Watch. The Andal invasion/migration of Westeros. The Rhoynish invasion/migration of Dorne. The Valyrian wars with the Ghiscar. The Doom of Valyria. Aegon's conquest of Westeros. The reign of Maegor the cruel. The reign of King Aerys II and Roberts Rebellion. Plus he hasn't finished the books. Personally, I lost interest in Arya once she got stabbed in Braavos and walked it off, then I became interested again when she killed the Freys and went toe to toe with Brienne. Only to lose interest again when she killed the Night King
Exactly, why would anyone be looking forward to this with how the main series ended. This is going to be a spinoff downgrade of a show that already had a horrific ending. Plus no source material whatsoever
I think its only an issue with projects directly linked to the main story. House of the dragon is pretty much its own entire story although they are trying to blend them but it doesnt ruin the drama
@@philosopher9672well house of dragons is decent and the biggest reason is D&D is off the project . That’s why it ended so bad, and that’s why I’m going to give this a chance.
@@iantercero5380 the biggest reason why House of the Dragon is good is because the source material is fully completed so they are able to use that as a step by step road map. Game of Thrones under D&D was phenomenal when they still had source material to follow. So no, I do not think this new show with 0 source material will be any good at all. This show is going to be the same quality as the later seasons of GoT.
This is fantastic! With Maise as well! But of course everyone wants Winds, but you got to let go! You only keep what you give away. Be at peace, enjoy Arya, which was my favorite arc anyway!
Once again another idiot who wants a jon sequel......look mate the world has a full history and lore with many events.....ANY sequel be it Jon arya or anybody would be a waste of money......id rather watch the doom of valyria or the first men battling the children of the forest.....or the roynish invasion.......plenty of content already there.....Jesus christ people wake up!!!!..
@@bio-hazzard1233He actually went beyond the wall, where there are Giants, Zombies, Demon Spiders, strange tribes of people with unique cultures, and the possibility of pretty much anything you'd be able to imagine. There's nothing boring about the premise of Jon reviving the First Men beyond the wall
An Arya series would be super interesting. Being a stranger in a dangerous land, Arya would have to rely on her fighting skills and supernatural faceless man abilities to survive.
Yes, Arya's story has the most potential for some interesting adventures! Here's what I wrote after the end of GOT: Stories untold that I'd like to know about, from North to South just for grins... What adventures does Jon experience living north of the wall? What's the point of the wall now anyway? Will he ever fall in love with someone that doesn't die in his arms within months? Does he meet any Children of the forest? What adventures does Arya have? Any sea creatures on the way to land west of Westeros? Do they end up shipwrecked on the land west of Westeros? Is the land desert, forest, tropical? What are the people like, half decent, war like conquerors that will now invade Westeros, traders, slavers? And what about that dragon and dragons in general? It seems pretty smart melting down that evil icon, the iron throne. Why did the dragon leave Jon alive? Are there any other dragon eggs around? I don't consider Bran Stark the GOT Iron Throne winner. The thing is gone, what it represented (the power) tended to make people do horrid things to gain that position. That doesn't mean that he'll be a just ruler but iconically I consider it a fresh start in that direction.
Jon's GoT story was GOOD, it kept people watching. A bastard sent the wall, a position well beneath the life he has led. Rises to the top of the order only for him to be betrayed. Watched one lover die, died himself, and murdered another. Arya's story is LEGENDARY. Brought to the other side of her known world, and watches as her father is murdered. Fleeing for her life, she will see her mother and brother betrayed and murdered. Travels across the ocean and trains to become a Faceless Man. Returns to Westeros to enact her promised revenge culminating with the death of Littlefinger and the Night King. Then, to top it off, she joins what we assume is a pirate crew to sail west into the unknown. Now, while Jon might have more story to tell, Arya definately does. House of the Dragon was the right move. But now 2 seasons in, it is time for Arya to continue her story.
I can already picture the reveal. Some ridiculously one-sided fight/kill scene between two seemingly random guys after a brief interaction. Than the winner pulls off "his" face, and the orchestra hits some big notes as we see Maisie
This is literally the only sequel they could make that would interest me. The movie, the prelude, none of it caught on with me. But Arya? Still one of the coolest characters in history.
I mean watching it back multiple times the lady with the red hair hinted several times Arya was gonna kill the night king. I’m actually not mad at that as such, more the fact she didn’t get to kill Cersi and the fact Bran doing all that bs saying he won’t hold no lands or titles but says why you think I came all this way to become king is straight up ass!
every episode will just be Arya talking about how awesome she is and humiliating everyone around her, while they all incompetently scheme against each other.
That could still work, not that I trust the writers/show runners to do it well but 1 punch man showed you can have a totally broken character where you know how every fight will end and still make it interesting and fun.
Kit sits down & asks me how can I make a compelling story where I’m beyond the northern walls. I ask him, has anyone ever been to “The lands of always winter”? I ask him “has anyone ever seen or been to the throne of the night king”. & if it’s possible to make a walker by put dragon glass in a human, what’s stopping anyone from doing it again. Thus Jon’s story arc beyond the north. Manning the towers, cleaning up wreckage from the “long night” that was close to the wall. The re-building of the structure, wildlings still beyond the outer wall that remember old oaths & then boom!!! A newer antagonist that is so blood driven that he finds the throne of alwats winter, turns into the “new night king” & jon has to stop him prior to gaining an army. (You’re welcome HBO)
I think Brandon of the Bloody Blade, started house Stark. The House of Black and White has a weirwood door. If GRRM cuts down on all the sex scenes and food descriptions, WoW would prolly be done.
13:15 if Brans powers doesn’t extend pass Westeros, can you explain the HOTD episode where Damon touches the tree and he’s able to see Daenerys giving birth to her dragons in Essos?
That's true, Bran's visions etc come from the weirwood trees, I'm doubtful roots of that tree network extend beyond Westeros branching out under the seas, unless in the future they say the Westerosi trees originate elsewhere.
I don’t think GRRM will finish the book series. That’s my opinion only. Blessings and Peace ✝️❤️ I actually would love either the Jon Snow or the Arya series.
The thing about good shows is that us men are the fans and blow it up then women want to be apart of the movement take over the show and feminist destroys the brand just like they did marvel nobody wants all those female spin offs this ain't salor moon
Ok that’s it…I’m officially out …I’m done with GOT and HOTD…George Martin is not gonna ever finish the books ….this is his endgame….tease us with more distractions….i don’t care about no Duncan and egg either
I’m skeptical about Arya carrying a whole series. They better pull out all the stops on who/what she runs into over there. Perhaps she finds that Drogon lives there with a resurrected Danarys and runs back home to get Jon…
Arya going to Sothoryos is a great start for her adventure since she look up to princess Nymeria. She would be encountering Rhoynars, creatures like raptors, fireworms, wyverns etc.
Yes George, finish the damn books. But I am very ready for an Arya sequel. By the way, we recently adopted a small, fierce black female kitten who had been feral in the neighborhood for awhile. We named her Arya Stark.
Not a massive GOF fan but did enjoy the series.. Arya had the best character arc in the whole show.. some of the best scenes were with her and the hound. Would be able to do heaps with this series I would definitely watch it
I’ll be watching what ever they do. Though one thing I’d do if I was in charge is if GRRM finally finishes the last 2 books WOW & DOS then do an animated telling of the full 100% book story all characters make it 10 seasons an between 10-13 hour long episodes. With the animation style like Attack on Titan or next months lord of the rings movie. Giving this to the fans would be great
She was good, but the writers totally destroyed her plot in the last few seasons. Her character arc was absolutely tragic in terms of story writing. And she was NOT the person to kill the Night King. Not even close. Not hyped for this and that's most likely because of how badly she was written in the last few seasons.
@@Gradymeister Arya killing the Night King fit better than any1 else killing him. Except for Jon Snow, of course. She was the assassin. The only 1 that wud be able to sneak up on him. The prophesy of her shutting blue eyes was there from seasons b4. Plus, Arya telling the God of Death 'not today' was foreshadowed from the very beginning. Like it or not, it 100% fit her arc.
what if, hear me out got a few ideas, arya sets sail to west of westros and finds Drogon!!! brings him back with her! also finding dany's corpse- cold but not decomposed. maybe dany comes back? maybe arya tries cremating dany but instead dany emerges from the fire, covered in ash. or maybe she emerges from the ashes on her own & arya finds dany with child, Jon snow's child? i know she supposedly cant have kids but maybe it can be a miracle. since dany and jon are the embodiment of "the prince that was promised", maybe the gods bless them with a child. dany comes back and fights jon but then they make up, rule together. bran steps aside or bursts into thin air transforming into a raven. still helping here and there but in raven form idk maybe comes in dany's visions. or dany & jon's child? also maybe arya stumbles upon some other dragon eggs from previous dragons that flew over there? maybe arya reunites with "no one". the list goes on.... there's plenty of great ideas they should consider!
@@JohnnyRaven69they ruined arya completely, the night king who has the strength to throw huge warriors around like theyre toddlers grabs arya by the throat and sees she had a fancy dagger and instead of just snapping her neck like a twig which he could easily do ge just holds her and watches her spin her dagger around and kill him. Arya killing the night king like that ruined the white walkers and made me lose intrest in her

As much as I love this, I really want him to finish the book series. But I have a feeling he's written himself into a corner with some story lines, which is why he's not working on the books anymore and we'll probably have a ghost writter finish he series after he dies in afew years.
I think all the fan theories ruined his motivation to finish it. He is only human after all.
You love this? 😅😅😅 dropped as a child for sure

Pfft... Seven hells. Bring Aegon, sixth of his name, the reborn, The 998th Lord Commander of the Nights Watch, King in the North, The White Wolf, back.
Let him be called for beyond the wall, to rule, once and for all.
A John Snow show about him finding the origins of the white walkers would be cool
They already explained the origin of the white walkers on the original series. They were created by the children of the forest through the night king.
@emergencyawesome sorry I ment more about who the night king was and where did his human form come from, I didn't really Express that in my previous comment 😅
@@Evil_Neptune they did explain it man, night king was a just soldier amongst the first men and was turned into white walker to defend childern of the forest from westores
@@nightsinwhitesatinno way that was all of it though… if you’ve read the books the amount of lore they messed up is truly astounding
@Evil_Neptune I get it. Whether they explained it or not I wanted even a little more backstory on the night king and the children of the forest.
I still feel like Bran not being the Knight king and all the implications of that was huge missed opportunity.
I think Bran is the Knight King in this universe that repeats itself through time.
Mah Queen! Sorry, King. Lol.
I feel like Damone would have made the better Night King but that’s because I hated Bran by the end.
GIVE US THE LONG NIGHT!! Night king/white walkers origin!!!!! We need this show!!
I would love to see Arya’s conquest!!!
Me, a random person that he has no idea exists and has nothing to do with him in his day to day life is the reason he doesn't want to finish the books? Okay lmao.

Were you dropped as a child 😅😅😅😅😅
We’ll all be Cyborgs by the time this comes out.
Well we cant blame Hollywood for this one. GRRM will destroy his own legacy himself.
I understand taking phone calls from Hollywood executives is stimulating, especially when they're kissing your a55. But finishing the books is far more important to his legacy than an Arya spinoff tv series very few people asked for
I asked for it tho lol
More people are asking for the books @@JohnnyRaven69

That book is never going to get finished huh
Rather have the jon snow sequel
They fucked the main story so hard that I can't get myself interested in any of these money grab side projects.
@GatorCrusader yeah they messed up the pacing on the second season tho.

Yes, Arya's story has the most potential for some interesting adventures! Here's what I wrote after the end of GOT:
Stories untold that I'd like to know about, from North to South just for grins...
Arya Columbus lives!
Face changeing. Arya Columbus
*The way she enacted her revenge..... She went dark ninja, and it was awesome!!*
Just tell Martin to get his ass in that bedroom and finish the next freaking book😂
Pass
I really just want to see Jon Snow again
Not my favorite decision
I love Maisie Williams. She's both cute and badass, at the same time.
I guess lol
Jon could have found a crashed spaceship buried north of the wall.
lol
"I DON'T WANT IT!!"
Pish
So a Dragon Riders of Pern type direction?
Interesting...
Still rather have snow.
Yessir!! So glad all this is happening, GOT is about to be cooking!! Thank you Charlie!
No problem!
every episode will just be Arya talking about how awesome she is and humiliating everyone around her, while they all incompetently scheme against each other.
So....they cancelled the "Jon Snow" tv show project....to start one on Arya????????? What the fxxxxx Hbo?!?!?!😂
I think Brandon of the Bloody Blade, started house Stark. The House of Black and White has a weirwood door. If GRRM cuts down on all the sex scenes and food descriptions, WoW would prolly be done.
I can't wait to explore what west of westerios
I can't wait!!!!!!! Arya is me and I am her!!!
Please no
13:15 if Brans powers doesn’t extend pass Westeros, can you explain the HOTD episode where Damon touches the tree and he’s able to see Daenerys giving birth to her dragons in Essos?
They take a lot of liberties with the tv shows. George RR Martin complained at length about house of the dragon season 2.
That's true, Bran's visions etc come from the weirwood trees, I'm doubtful roots of that tree network extend beyond Westeros branching out under the seas, unless in the future they say the Westerosi trees originate elsewhere.
@@richardajoy79 who knows man. Tv writers gonna do what they do.

Arya Stark was one of my favorite characters and actors in this body of work that is Game of Thrones. I appreciate Maisie William as an actor as well.
I’m skeptical about Arya carrying a whole series. They better pull out all the stops on who/what she runs into over there. Perhaps she finds that Drogon lives there with a resurrected Danarys and runs back home to get Jon…
Shiiiittttttte.
Arya going to Sothoryos is a great start for her adventure since she look up to princess Nymeria. She would be encountering Rhoynars, creatures like raptors, fireworms, wyverns etc.

Do the sequel about Sam, the slayer of white walkers, the lover of ladies as well
Sam and podrick
I’ll be watching what ever they do. Though one thing I’d do if I was in charge is if GRRM finally finishes the last 2 books WOW & DOS then do an animated telling of the full 100% book story all characters make it 10 seasons an between 10-13 hour long episodes. With the animation style like Attack on Titan or next months lord of the rings movie. Giving this to the fans would be great
I will watch that.
We'll probably learn more in the next couple years!
This would be GREAT 👍🏼
I will absolutely watch an Arya sequel. She was my favourite character.
Nice! We'll probably learn more in the next few years.
She was good, but the writers totally destroyed her plot in the last few seasons. Her character arc was absolutely tragic in terms of story writing.
And she was NOT the person to kill the Night King. Not even close. Not hyped for this and that's most likely because of how badly she was written in the last few seasons.
Let the wait begin lol @@emergencyawesome
