But now with the lockdowns trying to stay fit I'm getting back into boxing, and I found ur channel. I really love your content, its helping me stay active during this. Keep it up man!

I started boxing one and a half years ago, looking for a more complex multiarticular and "heart demanding" exercise (I used to weightlift) and my lack of speed is probably my weakest spot (among others) so thanks a lot coach! Really useful and straight to the point.

Great video....On a side note do you have a video or can you make one how to properly set up and attach a double end bag? I am having such a difficult time getting it to work correctly. meaning like height , tension and what cords or bungie rope to use....please help or point me in the right right direction. Thanks
dont knock them down. they need motivation. come on kids! why do we fall? so we could learn the strength to pick ourselves up! go again! as long as you give it your all you do everything you're supposed to. now shoe shine baby!
If anyone wants a little more challenge and you have a pole or something just put a resistance band around the pole then you can hold a end in each hand and take a couple steps back til there’s resistance with your arms fully extended and then do the straight punches or even the shoe shining.
@@chop-daresistance7514 I started doing 3 sets of 30 seconds with I believe 10-30seconds of rest in between every couple of days and then you can add more time once you get used to it. Glad to help though 👍
@@redayk5658 Ohh damn it bro. Sorry. Okay do this instead, tie a tiny ball to a cord, and then to the roof. Make it go back and forth and avoid it to touch you just by using H movement. It's pretty old school stuff but it works

Toughest tabata I have ever done. I have tried various bodyweight Nd jump rope combos. But this one is a killer. How many rounds you recommend JT? I am finished with round one😂
I had done this drill a while ago and I had told myself that I would never do it again. Fast forward to today, I felt like giving a try again and man I regretted this decision from the very first set. Managed to push through it though. I consider myself to have pretty okay cardio, but 100% back to back for 20 seconds at a time is just hell.
I love how he does it with us. Takes away that lonely feeling

Try incorporating some Doubleendbag to your workout. Hit is fast, move around focused on your H-movement

I appreciate your feedback. Try to go at 80% for awhile, soon your body will love the speed and you will be able to go 100% with solid stamina.
