Bro, thank you so much! I felt just like you, I refused to be bad at this and I was rushing out of frustration. It was so cool to see SDS implement a more comprehensive pitch mechanic similar to the 2K gestures. I practiced your methods and I just threw, with my RTTS pitcher, 8 IP, 3 hits, 14 k, 0 walks and one lone mistake solo shot to Salvador Perez. Listen to this advice, everyone!,
I think pinpoint would feel better if it was timed with the windup and release. Like, if your right stick motion was the windup. Instead, you trace the while thing, then he does the windup, then you swipe down to release it. Just doesn't feel great. Not really happy with any of the pitching methods in the baseball games out right now. Pinpoint is the closest to what I imagine, just wish they tweaked it to be the windup.
I do I would say guys with smaller fingers and hands should. There’s a certain way to grip the analog stick to have full control over your pitches and batting PCI
The thing that’s hard for me on pint point is that unlike meter, you just hit x and the balls stays in where you positioned it, with pint point you have to start using the analog stick before you can take your right thumb of the left stick and that throws me off. Anyone got tips on this?
Let’s gooo

Bro holy crap thank you, I know this is 3 years old but just know you’ve helped someone else today 😭
The timing for the final stick flick down should match the pitchers release. Little easier to time it if you think of it that way.
that is true! but try to not be staring at the pitcher too long
So when it says slow or fast is completely up to how I approach the movement of each pitch, I thought that I have to be exact like the Demonstration
Gained a sub. Really trying this mode of pitching but frustrating especially the sinker. Good stuff though
this is definitely the best Video on this by far

It May Be A LITTLE More Rewarding But They Fix Pitching In General So I’m Good. Been Doting With Meter, Way More Than Any Other MLB
i think it's a good amount more rewarding to be honest
I have the new xbox with control freaks and I cannot get the pinpoint mechanic right. Is there a issue with the Xbox controller? Thanks!!!!
i feel like it’s not worth it to stress myself trying to figure this out when i use analog and just dot up anyways
bro trust me. i said the same thing. it is so much more fun and rewarding to use pinpoint
@@OhChev same. It keeps you more intrigued when your playing and when you dot someone up it feels more rewarding bc its a little bit more complex
Had to swing by my boy
And if you r left or right of the blue o ,thats were the pitch will go to the the plate
The pinpoint pitching prince yezzuur
