I'm not getting any progress in slugger tasks like total plate appearances. I've simmed 5 games and focused on a position player and its not counting them. Is there anything I'm doing wrong?

I added my player on DD and for some reason the progress doesn’t record when I do this method. It did the first few times and then it stopped... maybe SDS caught on??
I had seen a couple of these videos pop up for me on UA-cam but this was the one that actually clicked for me. I was able to follow everything no problem, and out of all the final stat lines I've seen I believe this "hawk" setup you chose is the best overall.
I grinded it out last night, and was able to complete the full Diamond reward program. Thanks so much for making an easy to follow video, it worked perfectly.

yes! RTTS position does not influence DD position for your ballplayer! DD position is ALL based on the archetype !

At first I was simulating by next appearance and it wasn’t counting towards the program then I realized you were just simulating the entire game and now it’s counting. This game is so glitchy.

How bro? The first few games I went like 130 for 140 but now I keep winning only by like 20 and I go like 2 for 4 or worse.

@@charliewhite8440 it glitches sometimes and gives your player that many at bats. The team as a whole will hit like 1500 runs. It’s insane. But it’s like 1/10 games in AA, 1/20 games AAA and very rare during the majors

Hey Chev, I noticed after the 1st season they start to sprinkle in players that aren't just 0 overall. Should I keep simming or do I need to redownload the roster or start a new archetype?
you can start over if you want , it doesn't really affect it that much

Same thing happened to me you have to go into diamond dynasty and get a hit with your player. You can do it against a cpu.

in the video you mention a spreadsheet for the best loadout. Any chance we can get the spreadsheet?
Put up 1 run in first and second innings continued to put up 100+ in every other inning. I’m not sure if this works towards archetype tho can anyone confirm or deny if it does?
It does, I had a big chunk of it like that.
fwiw, if you create a pitcher loadout and hitter loadout and play as a two way, you can grind both at the same time, especially since you pick your loadout before each game.
also, for any archetype that rewards assists and putouts, pick catcher as your preferred position

I do that with multiple load outs just to see what I liked best and I made a bunch of players lol but I hate how every character you make is the same pretty much

I was having same issue. When you go into a game, get one hit with your player first, then sim the rest. This worked for me.
How do you know when your player is ready for diamond dynasty ?
Will all his stats be maxed out at 125 ?
Or at 50 ?
You can actually just make multiple saves at the same point just after you choose batter or pitcher. Play through to the minor league all Star game, quit and load one of the old saves. Save that over your previous save you just left. Rinse repeat.
this method also works with pitchers!!!
How do I select pitch as a position instead of being and infielder? Like I have a pitching archetype equip but I’m not getting innings pitched because I’m a 3rd baseman.

i started with the hawk, but now i'd go for a Yo Adrian build and play a position like SS or 3B

If your program stats aren’t carrying over, be sure that you play your first appearance (you just need to walk up to the plate and be able to move the PCI around). From there, simulate, and the stats should go towards the program.

That shouldn't be necessary. I've never done that and it worked just fine for me. I got 6 archetypes to diamond without doing that.

Nvm I figured it out. Just had to play an inning of one game and sim the rest. It bugged pretty bad in that game but after that one it started working

Wait so my original ballplayer is on the mets. If I start a new one does my original player stay on the mets or does he go to the Rockies? Plz help
He does stay on the Mets. You can have different teams for all the ball players you make. For example, I have a RF on the Cubs, I made a new player and put him on the D Backs. And when I went back to my Cubs player he was still on the same team.

How come the stats I see in rtts aren’t the same in diamond dynasty
In DD the highest they can go is 50. To see their full stats with the equipment and everything load into a game and hover over your cap and you’ll see his stats
so once you are done with getting him maxed out do you start a new player with regular roster?

You have to play vs cpu and take an at bat with your ball player then leave and it should track progress in RTTS

No, you can't. You can just create another player because every player will have the exact same attributes. Even if you make a shortstop and a pitcher, not a 2 way but 2 separate players, the shortstop's pitching attributes will go up as the pitcher's attributes go up. They're basically mirror images of each other. Just make the player you want in a separate save.

@@trevorvollmer489 Any archetypes, attributes and perks that you get when playing one player will be there for every player you make. There's no grinding multiple players out. Everything you work for along with the perks you buy will be there no matter which player you're using.
Well in one game in each inning at least had 226 scores so yeah it works

I got 336 runs in the first inning and the other team gave up my guy got 52 homeruns

Brecken Weiland follow all his steps and start a new rtts path with the same build and everything and save the one you are already using and then you can transfer all the upgrades and perks and everything to the one you are currently using
I played at shippit in minors and like every other game they would get cracked and score like a 1000 runs and I would get everything done.

Go to setting after pressing the main pad at the clubhouse. Turn on missions in the settings
