Having a distributor bring new equipment to the job site, then help bring the new equipment to the basement and help you bring up the old equipment out of the basement to your truck, that is worth of weight of gold.
Now that's what you call a How ya doin mama job! Thanks Steven. Went good with my lemon pepper trout and rice pilaf and asparagus dinner!
Oh arent you so friggen cool!
@@jimdeck8670 your troll skills are seriously lame.
Good thing you came and did all those things. Great job Steve
35 plus years my
" leakham boiler"
Has been given off heat nd no water yet !
But you got to keep it serviced! Yes I replaced aquastat, gas valve, relief valve, pressure reducer fill valve,3 of the 4 circulators.( all on return side, which work just fine) 2 flow checks, 5" flue/nd smoke pipe, but never the expansion
TANK..
WHY ? cause I drain it every season before heat, wipe it down with an oily rag on the fittings nd tank. It has no bladder to go bad!!! I think I'll keep her.
THANKS STEVE !!
keep the videos coming, Workin Man
Video's Mamaa
For 10 years I put in burnams with RIELLO Burners for petro oil. It is known that between 99 & 2001 there was a forge Era as they called it and they made good but nothing will make me forget a house on lake Mohawk in Sparta nj. 123 stairs 3 times. I swear I was tempted to put the old boiler in the lake.
I enjoy looking at the houses and such when Steve drives, I am in Washington State and our architecture is so different. Some nice homes in Ma. Old ones to.
I like seeing the drive too and I'm in CT. Looks similar but nice to see the differences like when they green up vs here or snow or leaves changing
I had 4k plus on 3 acres... gorgeous ..3 car garage.. but weather sucks.. pretty state though... it's not missed at all... nope..
I call them Leakhams as well; glad to hear someone else call them the same thing 🤣😂😅 Another company near me will not install a Burnham boiler at all. He said he got sick and tired of doing warranty work on them. I've seen them only a few years old leaking.
That wasn't a cheap day for that fella. Once again though, Steve saves the guy's day and kicks the can down the road a little further. Better start budgeting for a boiler.
Good old finger ripping grinder from Steve's toolbox, fixes the job real good.
The Honey well blinked red before you took it off when it didn't fire. Nice job, grinder is definately the Ship!
All those leaks and you never said “:it’s a leaker “ !
Another great job 👌 keep making the videos.love watching em
Good work. Steve
"He's got his panties in a bunch".
Good one Steve!
Tell Molly I said hello.I like your work ethics Steve.
Great job and video like always
Nice job Steve on the multiple offender!
Steve: Did you miss charging for the new control or wasn't it on the tag. Great video, thanks.
Wow STEVE everything on that boiler is a LEAKER MOMA
I had a plumber install a used 2001 Burnham Boiler in 2007.. Now 2021 and still going. Only because I use it for domestic hot water mostly. Wood stove is our primary for heat. Although we have the boiler on this morning since it was 10°F outside with wind. Ranch 1700 sq ft home.
Those icm controls are poop. Have had over 5 go back on warranty within 1 month of use. Been using the universal lately with no.issues
Never used these controls but i always replace with another honeywell controller. I try to stick to oem
Poop you say? I love poop
Good videos
👍
Steve my wife and I love your vids! but, please do more cooking videos! All the Best!!
Working man’s cooking series.
@@picklerix6162 OK! Thank you for letting me know. Guess I'm late to the party
Wow.. That Leakham ever get serviced? Wow
Steven lavimonier I like your utube videos
Got love it, Steve putting the mini films out 👍🏻
Circulator pump is installed upside-down. Taco wants them installed horizontally, if it absolutely has to be vertical the motor must be on top but never on the bottom. Plenty of room there to mount it horizontally like the instructions say to do.
2:33 How dare you're to say "I'm only one guy" here but thanks for the immediate correction!
That flange has grade 8 bolts 6 lines a grade 5 bolt 3 lines no lines grade 3. And since those bolts move Steve why not give the home owner the option to replace that gasket not going to be a shit show all the bolts move will be a cakewalk. Just saying.
Loving your videos. What kind of camera do you use to record your jobs?
Jackpot..
Grade 8 bolts
Your merch link is not working!
Why doesn’t anyone put unions in so you not have to keep cutting pipes just to change out a valve? Crazy
If the flame controller is bad it will not reset on its own . You will have to reset every time by hand
You do great work, salute to you.
Like the energizer bunny, the issues kept going and going and going. Nice fixes Steve. That was a good amount of tightening on those bolts.
Wow ...... this boiler is a train wreck!
Good video Steve.... hopefully one day we will get a burn chat video soon when your not to busy! Keep up the good work!
what goes worng with the nozzels you keep changing do they wear?
Steve you pick on Burnham Boilers being "LeakHams", yet you install Crown boilers. They are both made by US Boilers as far as I remember...lol.
Of Course they are all junk when they are broken, lol.
Thanks for the great video, when in doubt, get Steve out !
What camera and mount do you use? I would like to record my work to protect me and my work
I believe it's just a cell phone and a tripod. Nothing fancy needed
Easier to list what wasn't wrong with that thing!
A crying one mama
Wow tons of good stuff great video Stevie is a real working man mama
Motor sounds rough
ITS A LEAKA MOMA !!
What a shitshow! Love your work. Its interesting to see the difference from how plumbers does the job in sweden. Its not many parts that are the same.
What are the stuff you put on the relief valve pipe? And is the pipe coppar or cast iron? Keep it up!
Water on the floor, water in the bucket, water on the furnace. Water everywhere except in the system where it should be.
Have noticed these boilers require a lot of maintenance! Forced air looks better all the time
Half my life with radiators; half with forced air. Radiators = comfort, consistency, clean, quiet. Forced hot air = noisy, dusty, irregular comfort (warm when blower runs; chilly when not running).
Owner be like ok ok ok ok ok ok
I will come help you anytime brother
Grade 8 bolts? Torque them suckers down! 🤔
In what # need to be those 2 red button the Hi and LO?? Thanks
when its all set and done its cost around $360
The Power Venter Sounds a little Crusty.
nice, 43 min video :-)
She is a leaker Momma !
What kind of oil dose the boiler run off of.
Fuel oil delivered by trucks
I sure hate to see his bill
🍺🍺🥃🍺🥃🤔🥃😜
Stay safe.
Give Molly treats.
Retired keyboard super tech.
Wear your safety glasses.
Steve needs a new plug in work light. Thing keeps going out
@@joshrobbins3629 I use corded tools all of the time. Batteries are expensive and go bad quicker if you don't use them all of the time. Plus battery designs change decade after decade. Be difficult to get a battery for a drill made 30 years ago.
@@joshrobbins3629 well I can understand where hes cominf from with the old fashioned style but he could atleast upgrade to a led corded light. I always see him struggling with alot of his tools. Also he could upgrade to led headlights on his truck. Like the headlight assemblies for those trucks are standard and they sell many led retrofits. I mean he has a very outdated set up but I respect him for what he does either way.
@@matthewbestdfghy your right about the battery but from what Ive seen like milwaukee and other brands is that they have changed the battery but each change the product gets better and a longer time goes by before the battery design changes. Speaking of milwaukee, they seem to be the only company that I really know of that has a standard battery design without a change in a while. Considering how many tools they have say on the m12 & 18 line i wouldnt think it would be soon that they would change the battery design. Other brands like dewalt, rigid, ryobi ive noticed are trying to update and standardize their batteries. But this is my opinion on guesses. I might be wrong. Feel free to let me know what you think.
@@meatycraftfan23 again if you're a professional and or someone who uses them all the time battery tools are the way to go. However if you are someone who uses them once every couple of months and has vintage power tools that are over 30 years old some over 60 plug in tools are the way to go
She's a leaker
You love your programs, my name is s p a t z i e r first name is a l l a n. I've been checking some thumbs up on your programs they're very educational. Keep up the good work I appreciate watching your shows. If you could service Sussex county New Jersey I would have you the replace my furnace which is 30 years old. Because I would trust only you and nobody else. Do you make long distance deliveries and put ups for new equipment. I know that's a long ride. if I won the lottery I'd fly you out and give you a hotel room and you could fix the furnace in my house eventually I have to replace it's getting old 30 years is a long time she's been very reliable. keep up the good work love your show and best of everything to you
Make your video short and informative please 👍

He has an old bread delivery truck with a Ford 7.3 diesel. Also truck has no sound insulation because it was a commercial vehicle.
@@charleskosyjana1295 it’s actually got a 4.5L International or 3/4 of a 6.0L.
