I found one that improved my mood the most especially the next morning, and another that improved my sleep quality and an extra 2 hours of sleep at 64 years old. Both are less than $40 each. Probably not the same effects for you. My advice, keep trying new ones and drink one until it is gone, they often change for both taste and effects after a few days of drinking them.
But is it phenomenal?

Good list, but Top 10 bourbons or whiskeys? Would be cool if you guys had a Rye and a Bourbon list separate.
Gonna have to give this some thought to get a full 10, but #1 bourbon/rye is JMCB and #1 Irish is Midelton VR 2022 (Have same issue with getting bottles late). Great list and looking forward to 2024
