Im gonna go with gkmc because it feel like a movie over Tpab because Tpab makes me think of racism a lot and that doesn’t feel very comfortable to listen to
That’s completely respectable, i’m glad that you gave a reasoning for why you don’t listen to the album instead of instantly saying the album is mid and that midrick is trash. So thank you, because it makes me throughly happy that you listed a valid reason.
Am I the only one who abd loves for sale? It's such a haunting song, but manages to be so catchy and keeps me thinking if he's speaking with the devil or just confronting his sins
I gave it 8-8 as well but I think tpab gets it as it has stronger songs all together but SAMIDOT is my favorite song from him and I think it’s his best
Money Trees is clearly better, These Walls is an unbearable poppy ass song. Money Trees is an atmospheric lyrical masterpiece. Not even comparable, if you have enough Brain Cells
I’ve listened to GKMC more due to when it came out, but TPAB is a better album. But it’s like picking between fine cheese or wine, you’re not gonna be disappointed either way.
I agree with pretty much everything except you ain’t gotta lie and black boy fly. And good kid got screwed with it’s match up bc that’s prolly top 2 songs off of GKMC imo
About the same, I just picked Poetic Justice over U, so in my rank and opinion GKMC wins 9-7. Anyway this only tells us why these 2 albums are 2 of the best of all time and It also shows us how good Kendrick's discography is. Great video.
Wesley’s Theory, For Free, Backseat Freestyle, The Art of Peer Pressure, Money Trees, U, Alright, For Sale, Momma, SAMIDOT, How Much a Dollar Cost?, Complexion (A Zulu Love), The Blacker the Berry, You Ain’t Gotta Lie, I, Mortal Man… 12:4 😅

I thought I was the only one who though this

I would have picked Now or Never over I, but yeah Complexion is way better than Compton
Yeah this is the correct answer so its 10 - 6 to TPAB
Agreed
I > Now or never, Compton > Complexion
tbh this is a very unfair way of comparing two albums
I feel like going track by track is better than how most people do it
