Everyone’s talking about the message of this song, and I agree, but nobody is talking about this masterpiece of a music video.
true, most people listen to songs which have a very important message for humanity only when they are in touch with the trends
Fr bro 🔥
i didnt even understand the message lol
When a falls down, cool
Priority, some things so important rightfully eclipse imagery. In this case the imagery further emphasizes the message. They go hand in hand and while artfully done it should never take front stage of the cause.

Saw Kendrick perform this song live and it was arguably the best performance I’ve seen at a concert. Just hearing the entire stadium screaming “WE GON BE ALRIGHT.” made me feel a powerful sense of positive energy.
i got a 3:30 minute recording on my phone. He even did an outro with the bridge. Truly amazing to have gotten to see him
I was blessed to see him in London this year - I feel you. The energy was real light as I walked out for real
Saw him in Cologne. And I feel this 100%. I’m getting goosebumps when I listen to it at home now. Describes our failed Generation.

Typical Kendrick fans :
@@apacoba5276 I am not really a kendrick fan, didn't liked his last album. I listen to a variety of genres, mostly not rap, and I immediately recognized this whole TPAB album as some of the greatest songs ever written in my opinion. Alright is I think the most creative song of Kendrick and in rap general. The only artists I think come near is 2Pac, who had the most amount of energy in his songs and his voice was and is the best. Still I think Kendrick is a whole step bigger in TPAB.

Am I the only one that realize Kendrick is going in the same direction as Pac, Jimmie Hendrix, John Lennon, Michael Jackson, Kurt Cobain, and many more artist that tried to change societies way of thinking for the better, "let's try to keep this one alive people"
Branden Long Hopefully his life doesn't end like theirs did
It's Jimi, not Jimmie
Branden Long I would rather him live a short life as someone I can look up to as a role model, then compromise everything he knows is right for a couple dollars and live to see 100. Longevity is overrated. Stop thinking that a long life = a good life. Most of the people who had a massive impact on the world did it in a short amount of time. Jesus didn't live long. Bruce Lee didn't live long. MLK didn't live long. But they all changed the world and no one has forgotten about them.
camdevtube please be quiet so you'd rather him die and have a short life? Maybe I'm just stupid but I don't get that at all.
Trim Lifted He's not saying he wants him to have a short life, he's just saying that having a short life doesn't keep you from making an impact and that he'd rather see Kendrick live a short life and make an impact with songs like this than see him compromise his beliefs for a style that might be more popular and profitable and less controversial. Hopefully Kendrick lives a long life, but either way songs like this make an impact and won't be forgotten.

You gatdamn right. We're the real Israelites. Melenated children of YHWH/Anu/Elohim. Everything we have gone through till now has been prophesied in the bible. They took our history from us and stole our identity. But till Anu, Enki, ENLIL and their host return, we will always go through trials and tribulations for being the original people of this planet
@@kabalahencodes839 Indeed, we are the Israelites but we will not always suffer. It is not enough to feel honour that we are the Israelites, we must do as God asks of us. Our People must acknowledge their error. But as you said, this was prophesied throughout the Bible. The Word is eternal and Daniel speaks for us today. Apologies for the lecture but:-
Daniel 9:9 To the Lord our God belong mercies and forgivenesses, though we have rebelled against him; 9:10 Neither have we obeyed the voice of the LORD our God, to walk in his laws, which he set before us by his servants the prophets. 9:11 Yea, all Israel have transgressed thy law, even by departing, that they might not obey thy voice; therefore the curse is poured upon us, and the oath that is written in the law of Moses the servant of God, because we have sinned against him. 9:12 And he hath confirmed his words, which he spake against us, and against our judges that judged us, by bringing upon us a great evil: for under the whole heaven hath not been done as hath been done upon Jerusalem. 9:13 As it is written in the law of Moses, all this evil is come upon us: yet made we not our prayer before the LORD our God, that we might turn from our iniquities, and understand thy truth. 9:14 Therefore hath the LORD watched upon the evil, and brought it upon us: for the LORD our God is righteous in all his works which he doeth: for we obeyed not his voice.

I am 57yrs old I'm not into Rap however, my son played this song for me he truly supports his music. I was taken aback by this young man who is so creative with the truth just AMAZING..as you young people say OMG! My son had me watch the award show as well I enjoyed it very much. Brianna Noble the Horse rider in the Oakland California "BLACK LIVES MATTER PROTEST" is a very close friend of my son. I am so very proud of you young people for being so strong. God bless all of you and keep you... Sincerely Mom

Why do u always make every rapper irrelevant each time u drop something fam smh
That's exactly what I thought when I saw this. Don't worry man, we'll make it there too. Keep working hard and so will I.
This made everyone forget that Meek Mill dropped yesterday 😂
Who?
Schama Noel because every other rapper out there is Thugger, Fetty Wap, Drake, Future...making catchy hooks, saying nothing w/ any purpose
RedskinK28 drake don't rap on rap trap beats dumbass. Check his albums before judging
