I love how this channel can be so versatile. Yeah they can do the fun & silly stuff but then they're able to produce documentary style content like this. Keep up the good work!
This series shows how great this channel has become. Editing, script, voiceover, you guys are doing an amazing job. Can't wait for the rest of the series!
This was a strong first showing Sam! I’m already looking forward to the next episode. Side note, Luger should already be in the Hall Of Fame. However I’ve a bad feeling that’s not gonna happen anytime soon
TheSoullessSurvivor Feel the exact same way. Poor Vader was begging to be put in and he died before it could ever happen. Now you know WWE is going to do some ridiculous “good faith” thing and put him in this year or next. But it’s too late.
thebrotherhood227 Did I ever say every wrestler pre 2002 deserves the Hall Of Fame? No. I didn’t. Don’t put words in my mouth. Lex has more than enough accomplishments to be deserving of going into the Hall Of Fame, not that it matters. He’s a name, a part of Wrestling history and would draw some interest which is the only real requirement for The Hall Of Fame.
@@thebrotherhood227 It would be hard to tell wrestling's history without including Luger. He was a major player whether you liked him or not. And since wrestling's history definitely couldn't be told without Luger, I say he deserves to be there.
How hysterical is it that Bischoff thought Luger was arrogant, crass, dislikeable, and didn't know what he was doing considering how everyone who ever worked for Eric said the same about him.
Luger showing up on the first Nitro was the opening Salvo in the Monday Night Wars. Bischoff laid out the rules: anything could happen. See Rick Rude showing up on Raw and Nitro on the same night!
Awesome video. Pretty cool how Luger basically is the start of the Monday night wars. Mick Foley is pushing for Luger to get in the WWE hall of fame. Crazy how things come full circle.
Love a good mini-documentary series, and it is something I don't see wrestling channels do often. The presentation and the style is great, and even though I've heard this story countless times, the way by which you tell it makes it sound fresh and exciting, and just a joy to listen to. Great work dudes; looking forward to seeing this continue!
The new video introduction, text, format, music and to go along with Sam’s storytelling delivery, and overall presentation looks GREAT and CLEAN. Very different from any other wrestling channel out there. Maybe have Triple Jump give this new format a dry run as well. FIVE STARS!
If they would have paired him with Beefcake and revamped his egotistical male dancer gimmick they could have been a great rag team and evolved into a stable.
Sam was the absolute right choice for voiceover on this project. Everything about this looks and feels like a professional documentary series. Congrats to everyone who worked on this, looking forward to the next episode.
What a strange card at 11:08... hardly any of the wresters mentioned were active in the WWF at the time, and The Headshrinkers were still tag champs on the date advertised. Yoko and Owen didn´t get the belts until April 95, I think. Otherwise, a fantastic video alround with a solid VO from Sam and marvelous editing.
Dropping a comment to make sure you guys keep this series going. This kind of content is exactly what I look for, and I’m super excited to see what you guys do in the future.
I've never heard these stories before since I became a wrestling fan in the mid 2000s, so its super cool to finally understand these references to the Monday night wars! Definitely would watch more of these!
Finally, more high-budget content than [[NAME REDACTED]]. I can't wait for more of this series, by the way. You have grown quite a lot in two years. I am so proud.
Really hope this will be a new series!! Loved it. You guys legit could put together a feature length documentary and it would be fantastic. Just keep getting better and better.
I am so thankful right now! Seems that since the new logo showed up “Join Us” is finally gone! And this new series looks amazing! Keep up the great work!
I knew Luger worked without a contract for some time, but I didn't know it was SIX MONTHS! I always put a lot of the blame on McMahon for this because letting him work without a contract for 6 months is inexcusable.
"Gaaah" "uggh" "oooooof" "deeeeeeer" "ouuuch" "mehgerd" -OSW LEGEND LEX
DON'T TEASE ME LEX
Lex can sell me 50 cents for a dollar
Agh!
V1 saying "mehgawd" was hilarious
Can he even pay me? I DON'T KNOW!!
This could become one of the best series on this channel!
I love how this channel can be so versatile. Yeah they can do the fun & silly stuff but then they're able to produce documentary style content like this. Keep up the good work!
Everything here is so good, new style, new interesting ways of presenting images. Keep it up lads, keep it up.
🤡
The music really does it
Glad to see a new series, I feel like the rebrand is taking you guys to a completely different level than before, truly I'm stocked and excited.
And that's saying a lot considering how high quality everything on their channel is
"The first shot heard around the world of the brand new, Monday Night War."
Absolute fucking chills.
This video is my favourite kind of tea. Quali-tea
I dunno if I should hate you or love you for how obvious thus joke was 😂!!!
\_NERD_ BROSKI_/ just love my Broski, only love ✌️
+David Thompson
*I see what you did there*
Some people don't find jokes like that funny. I disagree with that o-pun-ion...
Two minutes into this and it's already one of the best produced vids I've seen in a long, long time.
This series shows how great this channel has become. Editing, script, voiceover, you guys are doing an amazing job. Can't wait for the rest of the series!
The most serious voice on the channel talking like a real person in documentary style about genuinely interesting trivia. Oh yeah, more of this please
This was a beautiful documentary style video, one of the best you guys ever produce. Can't wait for episode 2
2:36 The image of Vince with that neck brace always cracks me up.
He tried to get the simpy from the people, but he didn’t get my simpy at all
The classic "Im injured so take it easy on me" court appearance.
Really great work here by Sam and whoever else may have been a part of this. A real documentary feel. This is lovely stuff.
A story widely known but the video was interesting and kept me watching. More of this please cultaholic!
And these T-shirts are too tight Billy!

Defecting was the only important thing he ever did
Not every wrestler pre 2002 deserves the HOF

'Big Pop Pump' said that the WWE Hall Of Fame is in Stephanie McMahon's bedroom. Why bother even having one with no legit place to visit. 😂😂😂

lex look like MacGyver 😂😂
Lol he really does!!!!
Yeah he does! Hahaha
An older Luger looks like David Lee Roth
@@jackbarnaba7751 he does 😂😂
7:07 Luger didn't look happy.
How hysterical is it that Bischoff thought Luger was arrogant, crass, dislikeable, and didn't know what he was doing considering how everyone who ever worked for Eric said the same about him.
Well done Sam and the team, this was awesome, can’t wait for more!
As an average wrestling fan this series has got me hooked. Production quality is insane. Great work Cultaholic!

Who ever does the music for the channel I give mad props love all the sound tracks
I think it's royalty free music that you can find on the internet, but they do choose the best ones.
John G that’s very true, a good bit of music does make it just feel right
Kaepernick is a 49ers legend
chito Im he is indeed, standing by him for life needs to find a new team
@@chitoim2332 Kaepernick is a bigger narcissist than Lex Luger
Really enjoyed this format and found the video really interesting. Sam's voice over is crisp and amazing. I can't wait to see the next video like this
This is a brilliant idea.. well done
Love to see high quality content from the Cultaholic team. Well done guys, keep up the hard work!

Great Job breaking down EVERY Minor detail! That made me a subscriber!
Culatholic producing TV channel quality work. Great job lads. And also say hello to the new motion graphics guy!
The new video introduction, text, format, music and to go along with Sam’s storytelling delivery, and overall presentation looks GREAT and CLEAN. Very different from any other wrestling channel out there. Maybe have Triple Jump give this new format a dry run as well. FIVE STARS!
WWE totally messed up the narcissist gimmick with Luger. That was a good character for him
@Juan Ramos yup Luger was a heel even in the early days of WCW.
I loved that characterr!! 🙈🙈🙈
If they would have paired him with Beefcake and revamped his egotistical male dancer gimmick they could have been a great rag team and evolved into a stable.
WCW revisited the idea in 2000 when Luger was just "The Total Package".
Sam was the absolute right choice for voiceover on this project. Everything about this looks and feels like a professional documentary series. Congrats to everyone who worked on this, looking forward to the next episode.
This is the best thing they've done in a while, Sam's fantastic at telling tales
What a strange card at 11:08... hardly any of the wresters mentioned were active in the WWF at the time, and The Headshrinkers were still tag champs on the date advertised. Can't wait for the Black Saturday episode.

Haven't watched much Cultaholic recently, not for any real reason.
I didn't realise there videos got so polished.
This was pretty cool!! Good job.
I've never heard these stories before since I became a wrestling fan in the mid 2000s, so its super cool to finally understand these references to the Monday night wars! Definitely would watch more of these!
Man Sam narrating this is so perfect 👌🏽
Lex Luger and Sting are amazing.. 👍
That was fantastic I cant wait for another episode
I absolutely love the presentation, it makes everything so good

This is fantastic, thoroughly looking forwards to the rest of the series.
great new show/format. sam's VO work in particular is superb and oozes professionalism. tight presentation & editing, too. keep up the great work!
This is like a bloody SB Nation video. I'm definitely looking forward to the next one.
This is high end guys! It feels just like a real documentary! Keep this up bay bay!
I gotta give credit where credit is due, the production value in these segments is phenomenal! From the music to the narration, you nailed it.
Never realised how eloquent sams narration was. Really enjoyed this! More please
P.s which tf disliking this 😑
11:08 very interesting and time-travelling 1994 card !
Sorry guys!
1.35 the caption on the "Doomed from the Start" picture, you wrote Folloed instead of "Followed" sorry guys :(
This is really dope, keep these coming
Excellent production quality. This is the kind of content that will keep me coming back.
Very well put together video. I'm going to enjoy this series .
Much appreciated work. Subscribed!
Great new series and very well done. Thanks for all your videos guys.
New series Hell yeah!
I am here for all of this if this! Nice addition to the channel!
Top quality stuff as always bring on some more
So, Lex's last WWF working date was a house show in New Brunswick? That's New info!
Love the work you put into this, Sam!!
Awesome video as always I hope it becomes a successful series for Cultaholic
This was brilliant! Well done guys
Wonderful job of breaking down every detail!👍
Ahh back to a time wrestling was awesome. I like these old shows of wrestling past better than wrestling itself today
Amazing work and atmosphere. Editing is top notch.
I'm going to love this series
Loving it! Great job (sorry I'm late to viewing) can't we wait to watch all the rest!👍
These "War Stories" are fantastic, great job.
I enjoyed the hell out of this. Please keep these videos coming
Great idea for a series. Would love for more about stories that weren't widely told
Wow more great content from cultaholic. Good job guys
The biggest problem with Lex Luger as a face in the WWF - you can't wrap someone up in the US flag and instantly turn them into Captain America.
This was really well done and I can't wait for the next one
A fantastic debut of a great new series.
Excellent work, guys! This was near-Network quality.
It's cool that Sting was that one guy everyone could rely on, especially during WCW.
this is super great content. please keep this up
Well done, guys! Good doc
Incredible... I miss these days every week.
More Sam content please. This was excellent.
Loving this. Shades of the one you did in japan about the guy with a bunch of stuff
Wow, this is really good. Please keep this up.
Nobody sold quite like Luger “ooh, woaw, beh”
