DO NOT TAKE VITAMIN D3 WITHOUT REGULAR BLOOD TESTS TO CHECK YOUR LEVELS‼️ I was taking 4000iu daily and it caused me a lot of pain and was on the verge of toxicity.
I accept you want to sell but it is wrong to suggest every human being must take tablets.
No human must take tablets. Every human must eat correctly but I accept that is wishful thinking bcos some want to destroy themselves very quickly.

Yes the sun is the best but if your elderly your body struggles to process the suns ray so you have to supplement with vitamin d.
As soon as I stop or run out of tablets my pains come back especially backache winter or summer🌞
But too much sun can get skin cancer too

My vitamin C comes from lemons,i have three or foour every day, half lemon per glass with two pinch himaleyan salt per glass,i use destiled water

I was definitely low on Mg. Started re supplementing and doing better. I just have Mg-citrate but it's good enough.
Vitamin C is very debatable. Some people can develop kidney disease with excessive Vitamin C.

Hi there! Mixing Gundry MD powder supplements with other Gundry MD supplements is okay 👍 and encouraged! However, we always recommend speaking with your physician before adding any supplement to your diet, as everyone's body is different and different amounts of vitamins may be helpful for you individually. We also cannot speak on mixing our powders with other brands and how that will react.

Industrial acid ascorbic comes from bacteria, so it is as "raw" as all vitamin c in food.

You realize that ascorbic acid is just the chemical name for vitamin c. There is no difference in the molecular structure of the compound, whether or not it is naturally sourced or synthetically produced. If there was, it wouldn't be or be called ascorbic acid.
