I think the best piece of advice you said is you need to figure out what is best that works for you. There's some things you said that either worked for me in the beginning that don't work for me now or don't work at all, and that's why you have to listen to your own intuition and be your own advocate when it comes to your health. Doctors may not tell you something crucial you need to know that you may have to figure out on your own or tell you something that you may just end up not taking their advice or you change your opinion later. I remember I couldn't lose weight for awhile because of a vitamin supplement I was taking, and no doctor figured that out but that was simply me being mindful of what I was taking, drinking, and eating.

What do you think about Intermittent Fasting? I've had insulin resistance since childhood. I lost a lot of weight on Ozempic and went from a size 2X to a size 0. Sadly, Ozempic almost killed me and I landed in the hospital with a stomach obstruction, and a hole cut into my right side with a hose from my hepatic duct which was attached to a biliary drain. I vowed to speak about the danger involved because, like you, I don't want others to suffer what I did. Thanks for your insight and for sharing. . . .

Low carb is great and I lost 34 lbs doing it but then my body revolted and I gained back 24 lbs. it took me about a year to lose the weight and 4 months to gain it back. I'm exhausted. My body is shot and I just don't know if low carb will work for me again. I'm not a big foodie but I am a junk food junkie. Ughhh! Please help Mayra!!

Try the chocolate ones in a protein coffee, I like them hot. I do half cup of coffee, half a ready made latte protein shake and half a packet of the chocolate medley. It's really good that way.
The modeling thing was not personal. Regular models have to fit into sample sizes 2/4. It’s based solely on that. Designers make a very small batch of samples for financial purposes.

Increasing natural proteins will not affect your ketosis, carbs will affect your ketosis. You can eat chicken, beef, fish, eggs, as long as you’re not adding carbs you should be ok. 😄
@ Ty!! But I know too much protein can turn into glucose which can kick you out of ketosis. Is there a certain percentage? Right now I’m eating 20-25% protein but I want to eat more because I work out harder now
@amandau.2367 try adding some daily grams of protein every week or so and see how your body responds. Also, staying in ketosis is overrated once you've lost the weight and reached a nice bodyweight ketosis won't be necessary anymore
No, their whole thing is more salt so they don't have a low salt option. Something like Dr. Bergs might be a better option, but imo they do not taste as good.

It depends on height, weight is not a one size for everyone, other factors like muscle vs fat composition and height can change what that looks like physically and what size a person would wear.
