Your workmanship is second to none my friend, if I ever wanted a car to be restored you would definitely be top of my list , I wound care how long it took me to get hold of you, great work again as usual 🏴
Hi great watching you guys work im was going to comment on the video where you took the windscreen out and i was going to say fit the screen with the aluminium trim in the rubber and then string it in. if you try to push it in after you fit the screen it will be to tight and it will bend hope it helps. Respect 👊
I left the drip rails alone on my car and cut a 1 inch strip below. I then used 2 pack adhesive to bond the quarter on in that area, saved a whole lot of work.
Hello Ryan captain yorkshire man I sure was worried about you haven't seen you since you did the ford focus last week. I commented about four hours on this video and I clicked by on it and it was missing just wanted you to know that I did watch it and commented I guess UA-cam gobbled it up..take care buddy and tell everyone I said hello 👋 ❤️ much love to you buddy you are the best.
I hate to think how tedious it must be aligning all the panel gaps, and it must be very difficult allowing for door and window seals. I'm sure that it will look superb when it's finally completed. Best wishes.
Why should you use a 1k rattle can primer to paint the rear seals inner side? And I am always a little bit surprised that people think the inner side of a seem, protected with primer is still well protected after you torched with a welding tool. The primer around a weld is burned and not so effective anymore
You are correct, but it is generally considered to be better than nothing. The usual rust prevention is put on after, and this car does seem to have had quite a lot of that.
What about all the cars you and your dad did start with and never finished by now, Mat Armstrongs BMW, the disaster Datsun, the Mazda Cosmo, the Ford Escort RS2000, the VW Porsche 914 from Shmee etc.etc.etc.
Calm down. He works on all of them. At the end of the day he runs a business so he works on them when he has the parts in stock and whatnot. Can’t run a business by what his UA-cam audience wants.
Great work on the sills, quarter panels, and the panel fitment.
Watching meticulous attention to detail never gets old. You and your Dad are true craftsmen and you are lucky to work with him every day.
Brilliant video, and it shows how long it actually takes to get it right.

Are you teasing us with the RS500? Will there be a series on that?
Fantastic workmanship as ever
Lovely to see such great teamwork Ryan.
Great follow. Nice work chaps

Good video guys, around 9:50 into the video there's a Opel Manta A in the background, are there going to be any video on that one???
Was that man in the shadows really there or did I dream it 😮
great videos
What are the songs at 6:20? And 11:30?
another cracking video! do you sell your project cars? if so, how do you advertise them please? would possibly be interested in something like this.
Badda bing..
Alright buddy , love you show , sending love from Bonnie Scotland ❤️🏴
Great episode again Ryan. Have you gone to one upload a week now?
Absolutely love your channel, could you tell me what the background music is please?
great job ryan really good work going to look a beast when finished
Quarter panels are always rear. Wings or fenders are always front.
How many hours of labour to this point?
I spy an RS500 badge....
Yeah me too, would love to see some footage of that 👍🏻
Who is the new guy tech?
Wear mask mate when grinding, breathing in that catches up with you later in life
Keep up the good work. Thank you for the video.
Front wing gaskets?
They are coming back off
Would have been funny at the end when he smacks the rear quarter it fell off lol

Still better than original
What would you suggest then ?
Another brilliant video been a long time since last one buddy

It's definitely better than not doing it plus it's all wax oiled at the end
Any other ADHD people here and can’t put these videos down? 😂
